Broomfield auto body is a great business and I recommend them. I have used them twice now, the first was fixing damage from an accident. That went flawless and the insurance portion was easy. The second was some piece work being done. The vehicle looks great and a lot better than it originally looked. The prices are great and I will use them again!

Broomfield Auto Body is fantastic. After someone bent in my hood I brought my car in and they had to also replace the clear bra and the racing stripes and Im actually kind of floored at how amazing the work is. I legitimately stared at my car for about a minute and was getting aggravated that there was no clear bra on it...and then I ran my hand over the hood and realized that these guys are just really really good at what they do, because the clear bra is definitely there and actually completely unnoticeable. I could not be happier with their work. Recommend these guys 120%.

This shop is extremely good with communication and my finial product was spot on!!! One of the most important things people overlook with any shop is that there is no way things will always be 100% perfect. Even if its 1 out of 1000000 times something can go wrong, the shop could get a bad batch of paint or really anything else..its how they handle this rare situation that is critical, in my case we had some problem with the hardener.. no questions asked, no fight or argument at all to have it corrected... that is extremely customer focused, it shows they care about their craftsmanship, and reputation. I will be returning for any future work.The end result was perfect, this is the kind of place that you want to do business with!

Broomfield Auto Body is my go to for any work on my car, major or minor. I have used them numerous times over the years, and their service has always been the best. They take time to do it right, and will go out of their way to find good prices on used parts.

I never leave bad reviews but I do want to let people know that I did not have a good experience here. The lady at the front was not very friendly. They never gave me updates about my car whenever I called. Every time I called they said it would be ready the next week, next week rolls around and same response, this went on for a month. When I finally went in they said they ordered the wrong bumper three times and never thought once to give me a heads up. When I did pick up my car the front desk lady asked me all these weird questions that had absolutely nothing to do with my car. Oh and to top it all off there were blue scuff marks on my brand new bumper. Would not recommend.

Great shop. Highly recommend them. After calling several other auto body shops, Broomfield Auto Body made an appointment with me right away. Gave me an estimate, got the car in within a week. Repairs were quick and on time, and done correctly. Upfront with costs and stuck to the estimate. Front end staff efficient and very professional. They have all my future business.

Did an amazing job on my car. They had to cut out part of the frame and weld a replacement in, but it is completely undetectable. The replacement door is indistinguishable from the original paint on the rest of the car. Fantastic customer service, friendly and competent.

The lady up front is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The technician is a anger filled man who cant handle being called out for shoddy workmanship. Labor quoted but not done. Parts billed for but not installed. Including labor, parts, and paint, according to the work summary, they defrauded over $1200 from Ameriprise. We will never go back. This is the abridged version. Did great work very quickly. It should have taken 4 days, but it took one extra day due to the blizzard. Cant blame them for that. Also took care of one last minor issue quickly and it all looks brand new!

I had a great experience at Broomfield Auto Body both times I brought my car there. My car was rear ended badly and they made it look like new. The place I was referred to by the Insurance company wanted me to sign something for aftermarket parts and that didn’t feel right. I didn’t buy the car with aftermarket parts. These guys fight for you, not the Insurance Company. The second time I took it for hail damage and they did a perfect job. The office manager and staff are great, I would recommend Broomfield Auto Body to anyone wanting quality service.

Robert worked on my car on the side and it took him 3 months after he initially said 12-14 working days. It took him a month just to paint the hood, 2 fenders, and part of the frame. The body looks good though he didnt paint one of my mirrors but said he would do it on a Saturday for free. A day after I got it back I noticed he only replaced one headlight even though he said he would replace both upon my initial payment for parts. He denied he ever said that but I have it in writing that he would. Also he cut one of my AC lines and another has cracks in it. Ive tried contacting him via text and calling but he is ignoring me now. I paid him the final amount when I picked it up but didnt notice the headlight difference until later that night and the AC until a day later. He hangs up when I try and call and wont respond to me even though he said he would paint the mirror. What Im most upset about is that he cut my AC line, didnt mention it to me, and now wont talk to me. He cut it so he needs to fix it. This whole process kept getting delayed and his communication is terrible. He didnt up date me once on my car during the 3 months without me contacting him first. I would advise against having​ him doing any work on the side. Or using this shop at all. If you need a shop try SVE Auto Body. Theyre also in Broomfield. Its going to cost me $580 to have the lines replaced or I can try and do it myself. And he charged me $80 for an alignment and it wasnt done correctly so I had to get it aligned again.

Over the past 20 years, I have had the need for a body shop 5 times. Went here every time & wouldnt go anywhere else. Their work is impeccable & service is great.

Terrible communication from Robert, never contacted insurance company, will blame me for his negligence. The car is being professionally repaired at another auto body shop, that worked well with insurance company and got things handled expertly and quickly. Worst experience ever 5-weeks of time wasted, and nothing done.

After waiting a month for an appointment, the shop took six weeks to complete the work on my car. Every call I made was met with a surly next week response. When next week came and went, the story was repeated. When I picked up my car, it stunk. The detailing job was horrid. On top of that, the car was out of gas. When I complained to the owner, Mary, she blamed a lack of good help. Not once was I thanked for my business. She even failed to respond to three of my emails. The car stinks, and I am so unhappy that I will no longer do business with the mechanic who referred me.

I had them paint a spoiler for my Nissan 370z. Color and quality of the paint is fantastic and it was dinner quickly. Will use them for all my Broomfield auto body needs.

In November I moved to CO from IA, where I was used to my dad doing everything on my car. My very first snow storm out here I got rear ended and needed my bumper fixed. I am SO thankful I found Broomfield Auto Body. Robert is amazing! He is very friendly and treated me as if we had been friends for a long time! Recently, I have had more troubles with my car and the diagnosis wasnt something they could do in their shop so they referred me out and made sure I was taken care of. Broomfield Auto Body has been VERY reliable and true to their word. Theyre my dad away from home when it comes to my car!! HIGHLY recommended!

You and your families safety could be at risk if you use Broomfield Auto for repairs. Do not make the mistake that I did....Although they may have some good reviews....please please...Avoid this place!!! Stay far far far away!!! What was supposed to take only 5 to 7 days to complete took 3 1/2 weeks. The craftsmanship was so so at best...parts were left under the drivers seat and not reinstalled (and are still under the drivers seat because they would do nothing about it and we do not know where they go). Paint job had an area where it looked like they had it taped off to paint damaged area and once that painting was completed they ripped off the tape damaging part of the paint from a different area that was not being repaired (which hey refused to fix saying they did not do it). Had to have bumper clips redone because they were not lining up. But the biggest thing is that they returned my vehicle in unsafe condition. Starting the second day after I picked up my car from the shop I started reporting to them that the hood on my car was vibrating and was loose. I called over and over again...leaving messages with never a return phone call. The only time that I spoke with them was when I lucked out and someone answered. My husband took the car back 2 times, I took the car back 1 time and my mom took the car back 1 time. Only to be told that they re-tightened the latch. Eventually they decided to replace the latch. (so in my mind if they are re-tightening the latch each time they are saying that they are finding it loose and something is not right..otherwise why re-tighten and then eventually replace?) Even after the replacement of the latch the hood continued to vibrate and if there were windy conditions on the road the hood would ripple and jump all over the place. This past Friday 06/01 when driving home on the 470 expressway at 75mph in the windy conditions my hood opened and scared the living daylights out of me. I slammed on the brakes and unfortunately veered into the guard rail before being able to come to a complete stop. When we took my vehicle in this morning to discuss with them what happened and to discuss them doing the right thing and taking care of the situation they basically said not their fault and sue them!! I am not one for writing reviews but I do not want anyone to make the same mistake I made. Please beware...

Have been in the Autobody industry for 20 years and upon picking up my Vehicle I was happy with the repairs made I can say only small thing is the bodyshop dust inside but that’s small. I’d recommend this shop

Everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly. They went above and beyond to give me a fair quote, in addition to executing the job well.

During the recent blizzard, my drivers side door got away from me and sprung the hinges. It needed adjustment and I expected a day or two in the shop and hundreds of dollars. . . I stopped in to see Vince and Mary and he took a look at it. Then he said, wait here, Ill be right back. He came back with an alignment tool, and within 60 seconds, had my door fixed. He aligned it with no more than a couple of pulls with his magic auto body tool!Not only would he not take any money, he suggested I go to OReilly or a similar parts house for touch up paint, because it would be cheaper for me than if he mixed it.I hope I never need him for something serious, but he has made me a customer for life!
