The absolute BEST!!! I stopped by today with my 2019 4Runner, which had some door dings and scratches. Robert went over the car with me and then said he would take care of it for FREE!!! I was totally god smacked. They did an amazing job! I would 10/10 recommend.In the past, I have had a couple vehicles window tinted and a keyless car starter installed. They have always been so kind, professional and reasonably priced. But today they went above and beyond. I am a happy camper!

They needed may more time install clear bra and tint the windows and anyone else I got a quote from. I now understand why. It looks awesome,, and I am sure it will last.. I am so glad I used Precision. Dustin Brock stayed until 8:30pm on a Friday to make sure I got my car back for the weekend. A rare attribute in a company; they care. Really care! Thanks Dustin! Rod is the best on autobody and restoration including tinted windows and invisible bras. Excellent tint windows for all my cars and truck and the bras, could not believe how well are for looks and protection. I could not see it unless your very close or tell u is there. Especially the headlights!Of course it can do more so ask and you should receive. The prices are not cheap but are good for the quality and peace of mind you get. Keep up the good work guys!

I was recommended to Precision Auto Works from Fine Tuned Auto where I usually get my oil change done at. I needed to get some paint work done on my car and since Fine Tuned Auto doesnt do paint work, they recommended me here.I could not be more satisfied with the customer service and quality work I received. I worked with Robert mostly. He was patient in answering my questions and worked to accommodate a quick turnaround time since I was moving out of state. The next day after I picked up my car, I realized the shop had fixed the rubber lining on the driver side of my door and installed my new license plates to the car. I never asked them to do that and they didnt charge me anything extra or even mentioned it when I picked my car up. I am thoroughly impressed with the kindness and professionalism of this shop.Thank you Robert and team!

Just got back from a window tint. Easy experience, relaxed shop, and good vibes. This is mostly to give a shoutout to Dustin. He talked with me about the plan for the car. Most notable and respectable, he didnt try to upsell me on a product I didnt need. He took my priorities and recommended the best option for what I was looking for.

Not pleased at all, had an appointment set 3weeks prior to bringing my car in for a quote. No one was there to give a quote so I had to leave the car, the following day I tried to reach out to them and I had to call numerous times and leave numerous voicemails for about 3-4 days until they finally got back to me. Told me my quote would be done in 1-2 days. A week and a half later I had to reach out once again to see what was going on. Just to get some cheesy excuse and a crazy high quote. Not a way to treat a potential customer. I spoke with rod 3 weeks prior to bringing my vehicle. The only reason I brought it. So go ahead and keep lying and trying to keep a good name. Ill keep spreading the truth. How am I supposed to drop off my keys when I dont get a response? For days. And sorry I work 12 hrs 6 days a week. Something you must not know about. Has nothing to do with bad customer service.

I got hit on the side door of our van by a deer, which left a noticeable frisbee-sized dent. A standard body shop wanted $1400 to fix it. Leandro told me up front he couldn’t make it perfect again. In an hour, for a fraction of the body shop quote, he made it look great. He’s a magician with metal! These guys get an A- plus from me.

I had an excellent experience with Prevision Auto Works! They repaired and replaced my front bumper, front windshield and right rear side of my 328Xi BMW. The staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional! I trust their expertise is all matters with my car. I have seen first hand other luxury vehicles and vintage cars that once repaired look absolutely pristine! I cannot say enough about my experience at this shop. We took in our 04 Malibu that had been rear-ended during a snow storm. After calling around to 4 or 5 shops and being told they were 5-6 weeks out (only after we told them we werent using insurance), we stumbled on Precision Auto Works.These guys are amazing. We had a couple of things wrong when we got the car back (I am still not convinced it was their fault), but they told us to just bring it back and they would fix it. No charge, no delay, just a perfectly functioning car. This will be my go-to shop for anything on our vehicles (as someone who has multiple family members willing/able to do work on nearly any car, I dont go very many different places, and these guys just removed any reason to go anywhere else).If you are looking for a shop that will do all of your work for free, this probably isnt your shop, they do a great job and they know it. If you want the most expensive shop in town that is going to overcharge for their service, this DEFINITELY isnt your shop. They treated us really well and were very reasonably priced. They talked us through our options and didnt pressure us to an expensive option. Here are your options, and these are the prices. Will definitely be back if anything else needs done on any of our cars.

I highly recommend anyone needing auto work go to somewhere OTHER than Precision. I was caught in a bait and switch scam by the shop manager Robert. When I questioned him on it, he threatened not to allow my truck out of his facility, unless I paid him storage fees, and a $150 administrative fee that he admitted was made up- but, as he said - he can charge me what he likes. He then required I drive to Broomfield to pay the bogus charges in cash- as, he said - he didnt want me to control the narrative. An absolute fraudster and, in my 30 years in Colorado - Ive never been treated worse.

We recently had two of our automobiles repaired. Precision is everything you hope a body shop would be. They provided the repairs we needed, giving us efficient, courteous service which was ready when promised. I highly recommend this shop.

This company is exceptionally unprofessional. Robert, the general manager, is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I find his behavior disturbing.During a phone call made the day my car was originally promised and having received no updates in the prior week, Robert became aggressive, using profanity and accusing my husband of being unappreciative, when we were disappointed that he was telling us it would take another 5 days before it might be done. Roberts outburst included shouting at us, threatening to return all the OEM parts and suggesting he would use subpar parts to complete the work, profanity, and hanging up on us. After the outburst, I was truly concerned Robert would damage my vehicle. We immediately went to pick it up and take it to a different, professional shop.They would not release my car until I paid $312 including a $150 admin fee and 3 hours of labor that they said was for teardown. When I arrived, my bumper headlight, and other parts were sitting on the ground in front of the vehicle and it would not start. We were able to start it, and quickly left. Ive seen several other reviews from people who had similar experiences that I wish I would have seen before taking my car here.As a side note, this business apparently is uninterested in following the law. This happened in mid-September of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. When I walked into the office to pick up my vehicle, none of the three employees in the cramped space were wearing a mask as required by current law.I also find it unprofessional and disturbing that Robert chooses to write lengthy responses to negative reviews criticizing customers and detailing personal information. The responses are unprofessional and it should serve as a warning to all customers that they do not appear to value customers. After the outburst, I felt that Robert was, at best, unprofessional and, at worst, unstable, and it is alarming that such a person is the general manager.I also note that after having posted a negative review on a different forum (that rhymes with help) of this company, I received a threat of legal action. I doubt Im the only person who has experienced such behavior, and I hope others do not allow this company to bully them into removing honest reviews. Beware.

Her updates were assuring as this was my first time going through this sort of a process. PAW has gained a customer for life should I have any other auto body needs. Their work reflects the care they put into bringing your vehicle back to new after an unfortunate event such as a hail storm.If you are running the repairs through insurance, I suggest you tell your insurer to work directly with the shop, this is what I did and no headaches were created from that aspect of the process. Also, get insurance to make checks directly to the shop should you go this route. Very happy with this shop. They were suggested to me and they were a bit out of the way (20 miles), but I feel like you have to be able to trust your auto mechanic, so I followed the referral because he is a close friend. I have no ability to second guess what an auto mechanic tells me, but sometimes in the past Ive gotten a sense Im being taken advantage of and feel naked. Not this shop. No surprises. Very straight forward. They worked for me with an insurance adjuster and since they gained my confidence, Ive continued to use them (and refer them) for my my non-insurance related issues. The owner and the manager are straight shooters. Happy I found them.

Horrible experience! Stay away as they are only interested in gouging clients covered by insurance claims. They charged me for a window replacement service they never performed nor had any part in setting up the service appointment. I was given a name and number and told to call and make the appointment to have it done at my residence. In addition, I had to continually call them and ask about status updates about when I could bring my car in for hail damage repair. After waiting patiently for 3 and a half months, I was informed they would need to keep my car at their shop for 10 to 12 weeks! What?! I called around to other shops and found out that most of them won’t let you bring your car in until they are ready to do the repair and then they would typically only have the car for 1 to 2 weeks at most. So I made the decision to not have Precision do the repair work on my car and only pay for the windshield replacement.The only time Precision initiated any calls to me was when they wanted to collect money for doing nothing. And then I was lied to by Tammy and the owner, Rod, telling me they had setup the appointment for me and had made courtesy calls to me. Huh?! I especially found it interesting that Tammy claimed she had called and made my windshield replacement appointment in May 2017 when she didn’t start working for Precision until June 2017!Clearly this company has no integrity and is willing to blatantly lie to their customers. Shameful!

Im new to the area and had a minor fender bender causing my hood latch to not close properly. Not having a go-to auto shop yet, I was looking for someone who could fix my car quick and at a reasonable price. Precision Auto Works took my vehicle in on the spot, fixed the latch, and had my car back to me within 15 minutes. Robert was the guy who worked on my car and because he realized it was a small repair and more of a safety issue, he provided the fix as a courtesy service. Great customer service and did what was best/right for me, not just what could make the biggest buck.

Very efficient!!! Perfect work!!! Very professional!!! My car had deep scratches on the two doors on the left side. They had to repaint the whole side and they did it in a few days perfectly. They also did it for much less than other places I had checked. They worked very easily and quickly with my insurance. Ill go back to this place without any hesitation. Highly recommended!!!

So the bad reviews are very correct. This makes me extremely sad. My truck went in to get fixed from being hit from behind during the last big snow week and came out with that being fixed and a huge crack in my window shield. We spoke to Tammy ( my husband was kinder to her than I was) . Tammy wasnt apologetic at all .. all she did was say, that was a pebble crack. The crack literally goes up to the top and circles around. It is a stress crack. She said, our shop is extremely hot so it started from that and with the heat, it happened because it was always pre-existing. While the extreme heat is correct, what actually happened was it went from the cold to the extreme heat and became a stress crack. You see the line going all the way up to the edge. They know we cant prove it and refuse to help out or take responsibility. While we will be out of pocket for paying for it, I am hoping I save others from going there. These people should not be in business and are rude.

I came here for an insurance claim. I was involved in hot and run. Its been a frustrating, long and painful process.There was a discrepancy with insurance claim.I asked Precision for assistance.Instead what I got was yelled at for ten minutes by the shop manager, Robert. He talked over me and didnt give me even 10 seconds to explain the situation, but rather went off on a 10 minute rant about God knows what, as he didnt respond to the insurance discrepancy once during his rant.If you want to experience bipolar disorrder in its truest form, take your car here.Cant understand why owner would trust this lunatic to run the show. Beware.

I have used precision for years to get windows tinted and paintless dent repair. Recently they painted the engine bay of on one of my vehicle and did an excellent job. They have always done a great job.

They did a good job tinting my windows. They said they would call was it was done but never did. They were also suppose to get me a quote to do some additional work, vinyl wrap over some chrome trim and they didnt have it ready when I came to pick up my car. They said they would call me the next day with a quote and never heard back from then again. Seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. They did a good job, but their customer service was really lacking.

Extremely happy with the knowledge and pricing here. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Colorado.

Terrible experience with this company and recommend for you to stay away from this company! I made an appointment earlier in the week, dropped my car off at 8am to have 2 windows tinted. I was told that my car would be done by 11am, I cam to pick up my car at 3pm and the owner jumped up like they forgot to do my car then lied about it up and down. No apologies at all just take your key and go. Do not do business with this company!

Biffed the bed of my new 2018 Ram 2500 with 5th wheel RV, but Robert and his team was able to get it back to showroom new- perfect! You might have to wait a bit cuz theyre smokin busy, but its worth it because the quality of work is top shelf! This isnt the first time theyve tightened me up, they always have my back, which is why I highly recommend them.

Please dont be fooled by the other reviews. After my experience, I wonder if the good reviews are fake. Customer service is non-existent at this shop. The office manager yelled and hung up on me because I was asking about options when I was told that my car wouldnt be ready for another 3-4 weeks. My car has already been there for 3 weeks; the original estimate was 16 days. It is incredulous that the office manager wouldnt even pretend to consider other options. I can sum up her attitude in three phrases: shut up, too bad, thats your problem. I wish that I could give less than 1 star. They dont deserve 1 star.Finally, the day that my car was ready. I was asked if the insurance company had mailed me a check for $8000 to give to them. When I replied that I had not received a check for $8000, I was told that I needed to put $8000 on my credit card and deal with the insurance company myself. A 1 minute call by me to the insurance company revealed that all that was necessary was for them to request that the initial check given to me by the insurance appraiser that was payable to myself and my bank be reissued to the body shop. Also, the amount to be paid was not $8000, but $3000.

Podunk shop in Broomfield that smells like gasoline. They wanted 3x as much as other body shops in the area for a relatively simple paint repair. Tammy wasnt very accommodating.

My fiancé and I took our Jeep in to get an insurance estimate over 3 weeks ago. We were initially told we would receive a quote within 2 days. After a few calls and being told each time we would have the quote within a week we were finally told that they have over 70 cars and we are welcome to go elsewhere. Seems they are too busy for customer service.

I needed to get the windows tinted on my new truck. I called around, and found Precision to not only close to me, but had good prices for the window tinting and clear bra.

If you like waiting WAY longer than expected, being lied to, techs breaking things on your car, and not backing up a warranty...THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!I dropped my car off the night before it was scheduled to go into the shop and put my key into the night drop-box. Then I went to work for the next week. The next week I was in the neighborhood so thought Id stop in. My car was moved behind the shop and it stayed there...for 10 days from the day it was scheduled! Finally, after day 11 my car saw the inside of the shop for PDR.Delay after delay led to excuse after excuse. I went over my rental coverage by...yep, you guessed it...10 days. My insurance called the shop and asked them to pay, but there was no way they were going to shell out $600 for THEIR mistake. After 40+ days in the shop I got it back. The passenger side sun visor was broken. Tammy did tell me that they were aware and had ordered a replacement. I took it back in for that repair.I was actually at work when my wife picked up the car. I had discussed the deductible with Tammy already, and she knew it was already paid when the rear window was replaced from hail damage. The front office girl made my wife pay it AGAIN and said wed have to get reimbursed from insurance. My wife called me right away and I put a stop to that nonsense. However, the card had already been run, so I had to wait another 3 business days for that (bogus) payment to be deposited back into my account.The next morning I noticed an air gap in the sunroof. I called the next day to have them check it out. Tammy said bring it in and well fix it. I took it back twice and the electronics were still not closing it tight. After the 3rd visit and a youtube video for the shop people to watch on how to re-set the system, it was fixed.BUT this time the passenger assist handle above the back passenger side door was broken. Nobody said anything this time. My son discovered it getting out of the car a few days later. I advised Tammy of the problem and she played it off like they already ordered a replacement...blah, blah... Finally, it was replaced.I had a clear bra applied to the hood and fenders before all the work was done and the car was picked up. A few weeks later one of the fender bras started peeling. I took it in and showed it to the front office girl. She started peeling it off even more! She said it was caused by outside forces and wasnt covered under the 4 year warranty from 3M. Really? You can definitively say just by looking at it that it was 100% caused by something other than faulty installation? Thats talent!Overall, this experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Car didnt go in on time, got stuck with rental fees, had to take the car back 5x for fixes, deductible charged twice, warranty ignored...I think this place is more well known for hot rods and guys with money to blow, and with no time-line or set budget. So, if thats you, come on down! If you just want the work that was promised done correctly, on time, with great customer service, Id highly recommend going somewhere else. This is a really sad excuse for a body shop. Pay attention to the bad reviews. There is a trend here...Ok, now its rebuttal time where I get to hear about all the satisfied customers and how many years youve been in business... Dont care. You need to treat every customer the same. Not just the hot-rodders with a big checkbook. If you cant do simple insurance claims STOP DOING THEM. Youre horrible at it.

Seems like a joke at this point. They give me a quote of whopping 3,400$ to repair my front passenger door that was side swiped, waited 15 mins for this.. and they tell me it wold take 6+ weeks. I just took it to another place that is just replacing my door for 300$ this week.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing. I called and made an appointment and got my Evo X tinted last Friday with the Llumar CTX 15% and I am fascinated with how it turned out. They were extremely friendly; not pushy at all and answered every one on my questions on the phone. While in the shop, it was the same exact experience.
