Amazing customer service! I went in with a framing nail in my tire. I knew the tire had to be replaced, it was in the sidewall. I was so happy that I purchased new tires here with road hazard coverage! They didnt have the replacement tire I needed in stock, but they put my spare on for me and had a new tire brought in with a courier service within hours.All of the associates were so kind, helpful and courteous. They got my new tire put on quickly, and it was hassel free. I highly recommend.

First day my tire were balanced and rotated I had vibration in my steering wheel. Second day I took it back and they said the machine was not calibrated correctly and all 6 of my tires werent balanced. THAT night I hear a clicking from my front driver side tire and found a lugnut that I was able to spin with my fingers... I will never use this shop again.... ever.. zero stars, avoid this shop if you value your families and your life

The absolute best service I have witnessed in a long tim.. Im from out of town and had to have a nail pulled out of my tire and patched.. I dont think I was there even 20 and it was fixed and free! So impressed and these people were so nice too!

We hit a ladder on the highway yesterday and of course at 8pm before a holiday weekend. We called Firestone and Big O Tires and they said they had nothing in stock nor could refer us to anyone who had the tire size we needed. But when we called discount tire Tanner not only helped us find a tire and rim to fit our car but he also checked other stores, gave us numbers, addresses, and the price it would be out the door. Tanner also took his time explaining what our options would be to get it done today instead of pushing us off the phone. During time like these when you cant afford to wait and miss a day of work Discount Tire is the way to go. They are reliable, helpful, and friendly.

Great for getting new tires but also when ever you need a repair or your tires rotated they always get it done for free and in under an hour! Highly recommend!

I had my car in here for some new tires and some damage was done to my car pulling into the garage. Before I could say anything, the guy I was working with offered to make it right and walked me through the process of how they’d cover it. I think a lot of places would try to hide the mistakes or fight about whether or not they caused the damage, but the integrity they showed me was more than worth a 5 star review. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but it’s a lot harder to own up to it and they did like absolute pros. The tire job on my car was top notch and they even fixed my girlfriends tire pressure light when she came to pick me up. A++ for service and integrity.

Brought my 2016 340i xDrive 6 speed in for new tires on a set of new wheels I purchased. I asked them to please not scratch them as they were new. They performed the work in about an hour as expected and the wheels and tires look fantastic. Not a scratch. Had to tip the guy for taking care of me. I’ve always had a good experience in the past with Discount Tire and will continue to go here.

I bought new winter tires through this store a few days ago and realized they were far too noisy and didn’t handle the way I had hoped in the dry. I gave Zach a call and he worked with me to find a more suitable replacement. Zach was extremely helpful in returning and swapping out the original tires for a different set! Nice to see an automotive shop who is willing to make things right for their customers even when it was my purchase that I wasn’t happy with.

I have been going to this store for tires for many years. The staff always run to the clients to help and go beyond expectations every time. Many people drop off their car and then pick it up later.

Been going here for years, however on my last visit, they returned my car with the automatic suspension on my 2014 CLS550 fully extended beyond its capabilities. If you have a luxury vehicle dont go here.

Discount, thanks for taking care of my rush unscheduled repair. I took in 2 tires that popped off the bead and they got me done despite being very busy. I had a the car sitting on the road on a jack with both driver’s side tires off. I timed the guys and it took them 6 minutes to complete.Big O down the road said I would have to leave the tires and would probably be done in a couple of hours.Thanks for going out of your way to help me out! Very disappointed with the service at this location. Had an appointment to put new tires on my vehicle. I showed up on time, and was told it would take about 90 minutes to install. Unfortunately it took 3 hours for the install. As I was having lunch to cover the original 90 minutes for the install, the timing was great for me. However, there was no communication from the location, indicating that it would take longer than expected. A simple step to communicate with me would have gone a long way. Ended up grabbing a ride home, so I could work, instead of sitting in the lobby waiting.I will not be bringing my business here in the future.

I have been going to Disount Tire for years and they have always done a great job. Last weekend, I took my car in to get a slow leak fixed and it turned out the tire had a screw in it! The tires were getting along in miles, so Zach hooked my up with a new set and I was back on the road in less than 3 hours. Awesome!

Outstanding service. Ordered a set of new 33 BFGs for my jeep. They got them in quick, were open for my 8am appointment after a night of snow and at below zero temperatures, then got all 5 tires mounted, balanced, and installed faster than most oil changes Ive had. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for my next set of tires. Well done gents.

Going somewhere else. Tired of having to go twice in one day for a simple fix because they cant get it together. Had a hand tool left inside my tire this time.. Ive asked to use stick on weights multiple times for my wheels because their hammer on leaks air from my wheels when they use them. The managers never relay the info to the staff. I have to continually fill my tires with air every couple of weeks... used to like Discount but Ill find another place from now on.

Love this location. They have been helpful for our last 4 or 5 cars, always honored warranties if there were any issues. Today I went in for an air pressure check. After my mistake of misunderstanding the directions the air pressure check took less than 2 minutes including checking for visual wear on the tires.

The original manager from a year ago broke my tire sensor and refused to replace it. From what I understand that manager is no longer with them and new manager named Drew came to the rescue and took care of me with spades. I always loved this location until that past experience. Glad o hear they are back at the customer service they were known for. Thanks Drew for the fantastic service and I look forward to coming back for a new set of wheels this winter.

Discount tire in Broomfield, CO is awesome. They fixed a nail in my tire for free, even though I got the tires from another tire store, (which I will never go back to). The staff was friendly, clean cut, and professional. The bathroom was immaculate. I have never been to a place that worked on cars, that has such clean bathrooms. I will be a lifetime customer to Discount Tires. It is all the little things you notice, that lets me know this is a great company to work for. Last thing, they play great music in the bays which I think is great for the employees as well as the customers. I work and specialize in customer service, and I am very impressed overall!!!

Bought a full set of winter tires and new TPMS sensors. Sensors never worked from day one. Brought back to relearn sensors. The found faulty sensor RF wheel. But it was near end of business so I was told to come back for a third time. Upon arrival day three, waited an hour and a half for the vehicle to go in a bay. Then the car sat for 20 min before any work done.Horrible customer service, if a customer has to come back 3 times, customer service dictates you bump them up to the top of the line so reviews like this are not left.

I’ve been coming to this store for years for new tires and having them maintained with balance and rotation. Zack the manger is excellent! The customer service at this store reflects within the employees that I’ve worked with and whom have assisted me but I can’t recall all of their names.. Marco & Zack had me in and out in less than 30 minutes yesterday morning! This is one of the busiest discount tires and even when it’s been busy it’s still my go to store b/c I know my car will get serviced correctly. Thanks for such excellent customer service!

He and the team here got two of my tires fixed in about 35 minutes with no hassle at all. They set the bar high and from now on i dont think i can take our cars anywhere else for tire service.

Bought tires from here about six months ago. They put them on during my lunch hour so I didnt have to take off work. Everyone I worked with was great. When one of my tires was punctured they honored the warranty and it was painless (financially and time wise) to get a new one to replace it.

Discount is seriously the best place to go for tires. Every time I come in here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Bobby was such a great help today after I got a screw that caused a flat. He helped me go over my options and discussed whether or not we would have to replace my tires. He worked with me to find a good deal in the off chance I needed to replace my tires. In the end, I had to replace my tires, not a cheap thing to do. I felt comfortable with my purchase and not rushed or pushed to purchase. They got me on my way in about an hour, which is amazing for a Saturday. Also their warranties and coverages are amazing. I will only use Discount.

Quick and easy service here. Needed all four new tires so I opted for their in-house financing through Synchrony Bank. Called first for a quote then applied for the credit online and was quickly approved for the required amount. Minutes later I was able to schedule an appointment and without even having the card or account numbers, the staff at Discount was able to quickly get me in and out with my new tires.Being a new account holder with Synchrony I was offered a $50 rebate on top of one offered from Continental for choosing their tires. All and all a good experience.

Great tire shop. Fantastic service. Stopped in with low air pressure in one tire, they found a screw repaired the tire and rotated tires. All accomplished in less than a half hour.

They live up to their add commitments! After explaining my desire for a replacement for my original equipment tires that would have better all weather grip, they recommended Goodyear Assurance all weather tires. I made an installation appointment as the store was packed with customers like myself who waited until the first snow to replace their tires. I snagged the last available appointment for that week and had them installed.But, durning the ride home on the city’s pot holed roads I discovered what they mean by a firm ride! Those tires announced every bump in the road. I called the store the next day and asked for an exchange. Their store sales guy recommended Michelin defenders for a better balance of ride vs performance. He had none in stock but said he would get them ASAP, he called me that same afternoon, said they were ready and had me come right in for installation. When I got to the store it was still full on customers, but they got me in and out with the exchanged tires within two hours. Good experience. Called early in the morning and discussed what tires I needed. They did not have the tires I selected at the store at that time but said they could have them there by the afternoon. Marco called me in the afternoon to say they had the tires in stock. I drove over and waited less than an hour to have them put on my car.

So far, Ive had a very good experience with Discount Tire in Broomfield. I bought tires (a good quality brand and price) a couple of years ago. They do the regularly scheduled rotations for free. Recently, I have had two tires get nails/screws in them, which is unusual for me. Each time, theyve patched up the tires without charge. (What a deal!!) I also like how they treat me with respect, answering my questions and offering advice on the tires. This week, was the second flat, and there were 3 guys at the front, ready to help. All of them seemed knowledgeable, professional, and respectful (as I waited, I noticed). I cant tell you how much it means to walk into a business and feel very comfortable about a product I know little about and feel like they really appreciate my business. The restrooms and the waiting area are very clean. Theyll continue to get my business and referrals as long as they keep up their excellent service.

Usually have a better service from discount. They told me an hour to an hour and a half. I waited the hour and a half and they still didnt even start on my car. All I needed was one tired repaired that had a nail in it. Yes I did buy my tires from discount tires. Zach is the only reason why I would come back to this one, he was very nice and professional.
