Very rude employees, no problem using profanity including the F word, then refusing to wait on customers if they complain about them. They over-shout a customer trying to talk to a manager, while the manager allows it. The problem lies in very poor management that has no clue about what customer service and courtesy is. One employee should have been dealt with a long time ago, yet she is allowed to continue her very rude behavior.
The manager in there is a bitter old man, and yells at his customers and employees.it was embarrassing to witness.
