Jason D is the kindest person I have ever come across in the raging hell that is customer service at CVS. Even after being screamed at by some old hag whos insurance didnt cover what SHE wanted, he greeted me with a smile and had a genuine conversation with me. Never in my life have I actually felt compelled to write a good review before, but this experience completely turned my day around and I felt like I owed it to this kind, gentle soul. Where most individuals sound dead (for very fair reasons) when taking in customers, Jason was surprisingly upbeat and happy. This was hands down the best CVS adventure Ive ever had the pleasure of going on, and I hope others can share the same splendid experience as me.

This CVS helps me out every time I go in to get meds. They will try both insurance and GoodRx to find the lower price—that’s pretty great! I have never had an issue with their customer service, nor I have I ever witnessed poor customer service. I have overheard customers mistreating the pharmacy staff because of insurance or the cost of medications. This is not their fault. Be kind, Brownsburg.

After my experience and listening to the manager casey give her password out loud which included a capitol S with her number sequence. I now see why data has been getting taken from this location - this occured while 2 customers were trying to ship a package. Occured at 9:30 to 10:05pm. Please be CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS.

CVS in Brownsburg has wonderful employees and customer service! We previously got prescriptions filled at another location but recently moved to Brownsburg and moved all our prescriptions to Brownsburg CVS. The people on the phone and at the pick up windows are so personable. When it’s the health and well being of your family, it means the world when people listen. I’ll admit that my family can have complicated requests and they deliver with kindness and speed. So happy with them!

Christie (sp?) at the pharmacy window was awesome. She went out of her way to help me when in most situations I dont think most would, and I greatly appreciated it!

I purchased ayr nasal spray from CVS Brownsburg Indiana at the pharmacy drive up window. A young man helped me, brought the item to the window and held it up for me to see. All I noticed was that it said ayr on the box, I assumed it was the right thing. My mistake, although I had wrote it on a piece of paper and gave it to him with the correct item on it. When I arrived at home and looked at it and realized it was the wrong formula, I was upset because I could not use it. Not only that their prices are overpriced, they charge twice as much as where I usually buy what I need. I will return it and hopefully get a refund and I will go where I usually buy it.

One of the worse pharmacy in Brownsburg, slow service. Every time I visit it’s a issue with running insurance and prices.

I recently moved to the area and have used CVS for a long time at a different location. I cannot believe how kind and helpful every pharmacy employee is at this location every single time I come or call!!! They truly seem to listen to my needs and help me. I have been incredibly impressed and am so grateful for their kindness!

Excellent customer service. I came in to do foreign passport photos and the staff was very helpful and trying to get the right format for me. Would definitely go back.

Walked into the minute clinic about 10 mins before they closed with a sick 3 year old. They were not taking anymore appointments for the day, but Nurse Stephanie B. still took us in. Beyond grateful for her patience and thoroughness even “after hours.” Thank you again for easing this momma and helping!!

I get my prescriptions filled. They have a convenient drive Thu. They have a little bit of everything..

The store and staff are great. The pharmacy (having medicatications in stock and speed and wait time at the drive- thru) is pathetic. Its been like this for years. I would recommend this store to anyone that has no need to use the pharmacy.

I called Brownsburg CVS because Walgreens had my prescription on back order since the sixth, and said they weren’t sure if it would be ready till the weekend and to call CVS. I called CVS and spoke to Ryan H ( wouldn’t give out more info) Who told me he didn’t feel comfortable divulging that information. He didn’t ask my name phone number date of birth or any questions to verify that I was a patient who fills prescriptions there. I left it at that and called Avon CVS who told me it was in stock and will be ready in a couple hours, I called Walgreens who told me they had it in stock it could be ready in 15 minutes, and I called Brownsburg CVS back and spoke to the female technician on staff who also release the information. When I asked to speak to the male technician again he was very dismissive and said that he personally didn’t feel comfortable giving that information out, didn’t hear me off to somebody that would be, and then told me he was sorry I felt that way when I told him I wasn’t going to waste my time dropping off a prescription if they didn’t have it in stock. He proceeded to tell me he would be speaking to the rest of the staff to make sure that they weren’t giving out that information either. Is he allowed to do this? I understand a certain pharmacist may feel uncomfortable but could he have passed me off to someone that did? I’ve been using CVS for about 15 years and they’ve officially lost my business

We like CVS. Its in a convenient location for us. Its kind of high priced on certain items but its within walking distance for us. They take our Insurance too which is so important now. They have a decent photo dept too. All In all I guess they are not so different from the Walgreens across the street but there is really no compelling reason to cross the street.

Worst customer service ever! My daughter has a raging ear infection, the Dr wrote a script and when we went there to pick it up, the staff was so rude. They were out of that specific medicine and it was like pulling teeth to get them to call another location. The tech kept rolling her eyes, and then told me that she was not calling another location and to just wait until the next day (afternoon bc thats when she thinks their shipments arrive) to get my daughters ear medication. I told her that my daughter was in excruciating pain and we really needed something tonight and all she said was sorry and shrugged her shoulders. She took my number down and said she would call around but we already know thats not actually happening. So until then, its over the counter drops and ibuprofen for my girl.

When getting someone a gift card at CVS in Brownsburg, please know if you have any issues with the card ( like not be able to read the claim number after scratching off) they take no responsibility and refer you to the vendor..... NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CVS. They are very quick to show you the sign the have posted on the counter with this disclaimer... I doubt they discuss during purchase as the are takingvyour money though. If this is such an issue why are they selling them in the first place! Be responsible to your customer or watch them go some where else when they need another product!

Pharmacist Ashley was phenomenal! Because of her, I am transferring all my prescriptions to cvs in brownsburg. She was so kind and willing to answer all my questions. Ive never had such great customer service before in my life. People like Ashley need to be recognized for a job well done! Thank you Ashley for all you do for your patients

Wonderful, competent, kind staff at pharmacy. Always prompt and courteous.

They are extremely rude every time you go there its a long wait. There either out of something Or have an excuse as to why they dont have it ready when they said they would. but mostly they just have the most unhelpful and unfriendly employees of any pharmacy Ive ever visited. It is why I switch my prescriptions to kroger 6 years ago thank goodness because CVS is worse now than it was when I transferred all my scripts. worse pharmacy in town.

This Brownsburg Pharmacy is just ridiculous. ALWAYS running behind and they act as though it is not a problem. My insurance card God help me is CVS & you cannot use mail in for a non maintenance drug. I have been outside waiting for over an hour & still not ready. EITHER hire more staff or more competent staff who want to actually do their jobs. I feel for a parent with an ill child who must come here, Im in so much pain I could cry and Im an Adult. time to search for another CVS :-(

My daughter is sick with bronchitis, Dr calls in the Rx, and tech tells my daughter can’t fill it today and offered zero alternatives. The kid is sick and needs to start an antibiotic immediately. Not acceptable to ask her to wait until tomorrow. Give her another pharmacy that can fill it promptly. This wasn’t a apothecary special mix, it’s an antibiotic.Last week they couldn’t fill my husband pain med (throat cancer), and again no alternative was given. Whitestown CVS is so much easier to work with. Never again Brownsburg CVS, if I need Browsburg, I’ll use Walgreens.

Waited over an hour for a perscription. They told me 2x it would take 10- 15 min. Hour later I am still waiting. My family needs these pills

Its a decent place like any other CVS - dont go in expecting to be blow away but its not bad

Always friendly staff. This location is super busy all the time but the staff deals with it very well. Pharmcy is always busy, however when a doctor sends a prescription it is usually filled before I can even get across town. People complaining about waiting for a prescription, have your docotor send the prescription and do not use paper scripts saves time. Know your insurance before you go problems solved. I will agree that there is a male pharmacist that is extremely unhelpful and rather nasty. I just go when he isnt there or hang up when he answers. It does not mean the rest of the staff and store should suffer because of one person.

About a month ago I asked for assistance from the pharmacist on duty, Ashley, picking out vitamins suitable for me- she basically told me that was not her job. Basically, she did not want to be bothered. The pharmacist at the CVS near my work came out, read labels with me and even special ordered something they did not stock in the store.Went to pick up a prescription today that I dropped off 6 days ago, they never filled it and now they did not have it in stock. The pharmacist on duty, Ashley, could not have cared less. She told me that I did not drop it off with her so it really wasnt her problem.I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Always use for our prescriptions. Prescriptions ready faster than we can make it from doctor to CVS

Im on disability due to an illness which I take a maintenance med for, taken this med for 7 years now with no change.Called into get it filled, the pharmacist said not for three more days, because last month wasnt early but the mo before was a day early and the mo before that a day early and the mo before that a day early so add them all together you get 3 days. So I have to wait 3 days out of meds even though the extra ones make up for the 31 day months. Not happy. Bad pharmacists treating me like Im s druggy, I wish I didnt need my meds.

I will give a reason for the one star when they can give me a reason for their continued incompetence...

No Stars from me if I could but I had to put one...Both scripts I picked up last night had hair in them...thats disgusting...the pharmacist Robert Avila thought it was funny...Youre the joke youre suppose to be a professional...Not going back to this pharmacy.
