Great place to service any vehicle and good experience to buy a car. The Tipton family care about their employees I know because its the only dealer that closes for certain holidays unlike their competitors who obviously all they care is about money and stay open way too late and holidays. I will continue to being a Tipton customer for many more years to come.

I was visiting this place to buy a truck, and I was walking around the parking for like 15 minutes and nobody was showing up, yes it was sunny and hot, but I was there, they do not look for potential customers, or maybe I do not understand their methods of sales, but really I am not coming again to buy in that place

They take FOREEEEEEVER to do an oil change. They also push to much on the customer to get other services done to their vehicles . Also when I took my wifes car in for service they were suppose to wash and vacuum the car because it is listed on the service but it wasnt done to make matters worse the technicians who worked on the car left oil stains on the door handle and passenger seat. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

I went for a recall, they were great at fixing my cars problems, the doors started to not close one by one and and they replaced all of them plus a few nore recalls it had BUT when i got my car back it had a few more scratches and bumps it did not have before. My car was not perfect but I wouldnt trust to leave them my car if the paint and the outside looked like new.
