Office Depot staff seem to always go the extra mile. A few times now they have surprised me with a free copy or scan. I am always greeted by a store associate or two even before I get what I came in for, and always with a smile. They get it; they know that the target is lifetime customers.

This is one of those stores where your rights fly out the window if a Mexican national shows up. There was only one worker on the floor so I waited and waited for him to be done with the customer he was helping but he was glued to her, so fine after a good 20 minutes wandering around trying to find the erasers that come in refillable barrels the size of pencils I gave up and stood in line with the rest of my things. Of course there was only one register open so it was quite a wait, then lo and behold the same effing worker helping out the Mexican national like if she was making a car or Birkin purchase has the effing nerve to open up a register just for that beetch. Like really a-hole? They dont even make large purchases but for some reason their time is more valuable than ours. He wasnt wearing a name tag but I can describe him as gross and unwashed. I dont care if its just pens and pencils Im not going to spend my money where certain types of customers are valued and the rest arent.

Worst experience ever and not the first time either. Its always the same workers with bad attitudes and bad customer service.

Will give a 5 star because the staff and Manager was quick to fix the error in the printing and reprint the posters fast and at no charge. Ill be doing more business with the because they showed that they value their client.

Experience was more then I expected, very pleased and well treated here. The work I asked for was done promptly and very professional. The print supervisor was very well knowledgeable in her area and had very helpful suggestions to add on to my work . Worst Office Depot in the RGV! Doesn’t matter if you go in person or make an order online. It doesn’t get done! The order is still wrong and you have to practically get after the employees like your their boss to get your order complete! I gave them a third chance and it was a complete failure!

Staff refused to sell me an office chair saying that they cant sell chairs that were on display even though there was already other display chairs gone. They didnt have any other chairs of that model.

I get good deals through app. Quick service. Friendly staff. Without app, over-priced. Hard to get employees help and had employee read box to answer tech question.

Its at a plaza so parking is good, but they cant follow printing orders and they literally take forever to attend you.

They have the worse customer service ever.

I tried to buy a desk last wk (Sunday) that was on display because they were out of stock in store and online and I was told I couldnt purchase the item! Very disappointing!!

Pretty empty place, which is good because theres tons of employees willing to help you. The prices are a bit jacked up, but thats to be expected for a national retailer of office supplies.

Bought a clearance computer all in one was was good price, but service and management was terrible instead of explaining certain services and returning situations they just try to take your money very bad experience.

Instead of helping people or helping other workers they prefer to be working as a secury guys, I had to wait it more than 15 minutes to have some copies, and another 10 minutes waiting them to pay.

Find stuff you cant find anywhere else but too pricey
