Still a great place to get office supplies as well as back to school supplies.

Went to pick up an online order that was ready for pick up and the associates told me their was nothing there. Apparently to the manager it was a first come first serve type of thing, then that obviously defeats the purpose of ordering online and then tell me my order is ready for pick up and will be held for a couple of days when they end up selling it anyways. POINTLESS. NEVER again will I be buying at Staples.

Went here to get a Pentel Energel Style pen. The cashier told me more pens were in aisle 15. The pen I wanted needed an associate to retrieve it, unfortunately the only associate I found was headed to lunch. She called for someone to help me and I waited for 8 minutes. No one showed up and as I was leaving I remembered we needed a SD card. I didnt want to go to another store so I checked their stock. They had a 128GB card for $49.99 so I bought it and got a $10 coupon off for my next $20 purchase. However this did not make up for them ignoring me but I did get something I needed.

Went to shop for some DL blank DVDs. Got a great price on them and staff was friendly.

Placed an order at the store. Less than 24 hours later, order was ready for pick up.

Rebates only work when purchasing online not for in-store

They have my ink cartridges and if I recycle the old ones, I get credit points and in store coupons

Found poly folders with prongs....Yay!!

This staples sucks. They have four workers on the floor with no customers waiting and only one employee at the copy and print shop. Where is the damn manager when you need em?
