If you have a CUSTOM PC build that youre having problems with, I would recommend RDA Technologies. Ive taken my pc to a few repair shops both here and out of state, and most Ive left with more concerns and still with a pc that shuts down randomly. I can finally say that it works after taking it here and Im so glad I didnt have to replace anything! Good prices, you can take custom pc, laptops, manufactured desktops, they know what theyre dealing with so long as you tell them exactly what problems youre having, couldnt be more satisfied!

I have done business with them for awhile now. even bought a small dell elite to take on trips. they have fixed several problems for me as i am a cmptr illiterate, this time i really did it. i had a lot of stuff on bookmarks and after deleting a dozen i saw at the top, clear book marks. dont ever do it!!! i lost everything. email weather, games google maps dr. appts. he told me it was gone forever. oboy! all my emails gone. i had my little cmptr with me. he was able to get everything back using it! they are the best.

I had a problem with my motherboard or my cpu, I thought I overheated it and wanted to get confirmation so I can replace it. So I took it there to find out what was wrong. I waited 5 days and paid $55 for them to diagnose my pc. Just for them to tell me its either the cpu or motherboard and we cant perform anything else. So, basically they wasted my time and money for them to tell me what I already knew.

They were friendly professional and helped me with all my issues.

They had us sign some forms saying that theyre not responsible for anything that happens to the laptop. They charged us for a part our laptop needed to work. We payed 65 dollars and the laptop was returned in non working conditions. So they basically washed there hands and took the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I clearly told then my laptop needed a new fan and they completely disregarded that. I dont even know what part they added for it to work Try another Tech repair store. Save yourself the head ache.

Do they sell graphics cards for gaming?

Bought the computer a little over a year ago I got a blue recovery screen, was told that It was just a hard drive issue, they replaced it then they said theres another issue with the motherboard and told me it was junk and they wouldnt even give me any credit towards another purchase Im a veteran and they say theyre veteran-friendly, but Im going to have to say no they are not.
