The pharmacy staff is ignorant, incompetent, and rude. CVS needs to retrain or replace their pharmacy staff because they cant do anything right. They are not even aware of their own policies. Do not go to this CVS.

Never enough employees in the pharmacy with all the people... for one medicine pick up more than a 30 minute wait... they kept taking people from the drop off line and the people that were on the pick up line were just waiting, when asks if anyone was on this line helping people they just stated that someone will be there shortly.... 30 minutes later 😡😡😡😡

CVS is not responsible for bad weather but they are responsible for having contingency plans. They have customers waiting in their cars for a scheduled Covid vaccine without knowing if and when the power will be back on. Outage caused by rolling blackouts so it’s unknown when it willbe back on. They should’ve had a plan b when the bad weather was forecasted.

CVS Personnel are great, the Pharmacy staff are nice and friendly, except for that male Pharmacit - boy talk about bedside manner- thank goodness he does not actually treat patients.

The pharmacy staff is not polite, nor helpful, and they are not into customer service at all. They also arrive late and wont even apologize for it. They wont even say hi, or anything like that. I wish headquarters would see them in action!

I called since they say they deliver. The pharmacist answering the call was very impolite and complained she couldnt hear me so I had to scream.It ends up that *they. dont.deliver*!!!FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!??!!

When asked a question: Rude and Confrontational Male Pharmacist should not earn even one star on this posting, because he needs health care training, cultural competence training, patient sensitivity training, customer service education, and bottom line, dont speak to people if you dont have the skills to do so.

I took my prescription and they didn’t bother to call me to let me know that there not in contract with my insurance, so they didn’t fill my prescription. Bad customer service, avoid this pharmacy.
