The employees there are super rude! You ask them one question and they turn around with a look on their face like “what do you want?” Like if you’re bothering them! It has a very unwelcome vibe! Employees at harlingen Sephora are way nicer than these people!

Love the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and they’re always willing to help you make a choice! Only complaint is that it gets really hot in the store because of all the lights so it makes it hard to shop comfortably sometimes.

Garbage company ideals. Its one thing to have difference of opinions but to purposefully cancel out someone for their Christian faith such as Amandaensing and countless others that you paid to be quiet is unsettling. Luckily you made yourself know and hopefully vote with their dollar.

Yeah, y’all suck asked for help 2 times waited about 30 min nobody came, all I asked for was a simple color match several employees walked past us nobody helped. If you’re gonna ignore/avoid people at least have the courtesy to ask them to leave if you don’t want to help them! K thanks! & please hire people that like their job, off to Ulta where I actually get treated like a person!!!
