Mayra was so helpful and she had a lot of patience n she didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions. She has a great personality to work with people. It feels great to be able to go to an A&T store and know that you will go there and have a person like that working for your company.

After multiple tries of ordering the 13 pro max through online and customer service, which all got cancelled, I decided to go to the store here and place my order in person. The process was streamlined and I got my phone in a couple of days! Excellent customer service would recommend 100%

I came in to get a new phone because my old phone was broken beyond repair and I wanted to get the Pixel 4 XL but they didnt have any in stock, only the Pixel 4 was in stock. I couldnt wait for them to order the Pixel 4 XL because I needed a phone right then and there. If I could just use the Pixel 4 while I wait for the Pixel 4 XL to be shipped in that would be great. But they should have those kinds of phones on hand otherwise how do they expect to make sales. A business that deals in selling phones should maintain their stock if they want to keep customers happy. Even the sister AT&T store didnt have any in stock. Other than that, the sales rep was very nice and helpful. Customer service was 5 stars but not the stores on hand phone availability. Maintaining stock levels should be a priority.

Super fast, hassle free interaction. The staff was more than happy to help me out with my issue and made me feel right at home in their store. They also don’t believe in wait lines, nor machines to take your payment. All very personal, very hands on. This has become my new favorite store and will be making my way out here for future transactions, it is very worth it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful transferring everything from t-mobile phone number to the new one and explain everything on the phone and we even transfer all the lines from tmobile.
