My experience at Sterling was amazing. The were through and seems like they were slow. Kept my SRX Cadillac for a day almost 2 days. They didnt have a loaner car. Everyone was great. John the service specialist and his manager, really everyone was helpful.
Everyone that I came in contact with was helpful to the extreme, friendly, and professional.Jason Toal, (Sales)Mike Stuessy, Charles Claypool, (Service)Bruce Morris, (Parts)Ray Castro, (Mechanic)Thanks to all for being good people. Keep up the good work. I look forward to a long relationship with you and Sterling Auto Group
Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean, lots of cars in the parking to choose from, mechanic did a great job fix my Buick. This is a very good place to do business with.
The ONLY reason I am giving two stars is because the service side has been wonderful. The sales side on the other hand... anything to make a buck. To start, before I bought my used vehicle I asked multiple times about Bluetooth capability concerning music and was assured over and over it had it. Since only test driving the car, I didn’t bother to connect and check it out for myself. I buy the car and guess whose car doesn’t have music Bluetooth capability?? Mine!! Frustrating but not the end of the world. Until two days later when my brakes completely give out and I almost wreck into a vehicle. My rotors were completely warped when they sold me the car. I could’ve been badly injured or even died had I needed to quickly stop on the highway or somewhere with higher speed limits. Service did fix this for free, and as mentioned before the service side has been wonderful. The point is, the vehicle should not have even been sold like that. Rotors get fixed, and everything should be smooth sailing from there, right? WRONG. Both key fobs die in a matter of two weeks following my rotor replacements. I did get charged for one of them. I had not even had the car a month and had multiple issues already. The brakes still act up every once in a while even now, months later. Well today I have finally had it. I take my car to go get an inspection as my registration is about to expire. Guess who failed? That’s right. Me. The window tint was too dark. I have not done a single thing to my tint since I have purchased, so it was sold to me with illegal tint. I had to drive across town to the dealership to have it stripped off. One of the selling points for my car was that it was already tinted and now it no longer has that. The amount of nonsense I have put up with is not worth it. They don’t care about your safety when selling you a used vehicle. They just want to make a quick buck. I wish I could still use the service side, but I refuse to give this dealership a cent more of my money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Sterling Cadillac. Your safety, time, and money is so much more important.
I am NEVER coming back to this dealership. I was DISRESPECTED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER, James B., when he suggested that I go to another dealership to resolve my issues. I took in my car in January and after almost three weeks, I picked up my car and was still having the same issues. After weeks and weeks of trying to get in contact over the phone, nothing happened until I walked into the dealership expressing my concerns. My service advisor, John, is a really nice guy and was always good to me. I had service done by Ross at one point as well, also a great guy. Today I met with Steve, a sales manager, and he was very understanding and made me feel at home. Although they have a handful of great men, it can not make up for the fact that my car was in service for much longer than it should have, I paid out of pocket for some of the work done to my vehicle (I have a warranty on it), practically had unnecessary work done on my vehicle, and did not even have my issues resolved. It can not make up for the fact that after expressing my concerns, the service manager blunty refused to get me in a rental car and suggested that I get my issues fixed at another dealership. The service manager, James, is more concerned about the money he makes rather than customer relations. At this dealership, they will milk not only YOU of your money but also your warranty company. I am local to Bryan-College Station for almost 21 years. I absolutely LOVE Cadillacs and would love to feel at home when I go to my local dealership, but there is absolutely no way I can ever come back to this one. I strongly suggest that everyone else avoid it at all costs too, unless you enjoy spending too much money and waiting forever for your car to be fixed.
They were very helpful and professional
John always makes me feel welcomed
Went in looking for a truck. Sales guy super rude. Told them I wanted a 2019 and they kept showing me 2018s. Doesnt make sense, then got pissed when I said I didnt want an 18 I wanted a 19. Welp I drove 20 more miles up the road and just bought from Allen Samuels. This was the first and only time I will ever got to this dealership. If they read these comments, someone that knows what they want with cash in hand maybe you should provide better service, because not only did you miss out on the car sale but also any service down the road (oil changes, tires, etc...) I am sure I just got a crappy sales guy but there ya go
Friendly and helpful!!! John from service was amazing and the shuttle service is fast. Thank you Rick, John and everyone that worked on my car.
They have by far the rudest and incompetent person answering the phones for the service department. I was not excited to have to call in the first place because I had my oil changed here and waited 3 hours for it to be done. After explaining my situation she replied in the rudest tone and hadnt listened to a word I said. I asked to speak to someone in service so they could better assist me and she responded they were at lunch. It was 10:18 AM!!!! My car is only 2 years old right out of warranty and having computer troubles already.
Went for an estimate to get two front struts replaced. After two full days of hearing nothing they finally called and said it would be $2000 to fix. I said no thank you and came to pick up my vehicle and they are holding my vehicle until I pay $179 for the estimate! When I brought it to them I told them what the problem was!! Ridiculous and very rude.
Ive only dealt with the service department and they made my visit quick and hassle free.
Went to another service center to have oil changed and the stripped the drain plug that had only previously been serviced by Sterling only. Was in a terrible mood afterward when they couldnt get the plug out after almost an hour trying. Told them to stop and proceeded to Sterling in a foul mood when I entered I was greeted by Daniel who listened to my complaint and told me that he would Handle it Mr. Matejka, putting a smile in my face as he has been a man of his word since day one. After he took care of the situation he came to me and told me the truth about the situation not trying to cover up any mistakes. At this point he had won back my future business with the service department at Sterling otherwise that wouldve been the last time to use Sterling for service or a new vehicle. This guy has been nothing but a winner in my book and glad to bring my business back to him. Man deserves a raise in my book.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Made me an offer I couldnt refuse...but had to ;-)
I recently had another situation arise so I have decided to share a past experience and the current one. A while back I was hit by another driver. The car went in for work and when i got it back I had white powder everywhere, a newks cup inside, and food wrappers. None of which were mine as I took car of my car to the best of my abilities. The trim around the radio was scratched to hell. Wasnt when I brought it in but was told in short couldnt prove it was them so they wouldnt be fixing it. Next event. I bought the vehicle 2 days in the passenger airbag went out. Took it in while under warrenty diagnosis? Nothing. Took it in later about 2 weeks after they say something about a pressure plate. Worked for 2 days then went out. Several trips in and all the answer was idk nothings wrong. Skip to today. They have an answer for it but guess what my warrenty is out so it will be out of pocket testing and fixing. Oh also the kicker is there is not a single record of me bring it in for this issue even though my copies of the paper work shows otherwise. So the air bag will remain broken.
The Subaru Service Dept are very accommodating... getting work done right away.
Bought a new truck and got a Great deal!!
Awesome team of mechanics, great visit!
The best dealership in town!
Great collision center..
Called and could not get anyone in service to answer. Drove to the dealership where someone answered some of my questions but when I asked for a quote, he said he would get it in 15 minutes. Quote never sent.
They lie to you about services needed for your car after a complimentary inspection.
Very good dealership!
Ross in service is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Nice employees!
Poor Service, long wait for repairs
Friendly staff
Good place to buy cars
