My husband & I were able switch to 5g phones & the young lady that helped us was SUPER helpful & patient! There was another guy working & helping other customers in a timely manner as well. They both had great customer service & were very polite. Overall, it was quite a positive experience & well continue to be loyal T-Mobile customers 👍👍

When you think of a T-Mobile store, you think that whatever service you get will be less then what you would get from calling T-Mobile directly. Richard is one of the most knowledgeable and service oriented managers I have ever met. I have a total of three reviews because something has to be outstanding to elicit a response from me. I struggled for months for a resolution to my iPhone problems, first by calling T-Mobile, then apple care. Richard went to work immediately to resolve my issues. I now have a phone that works. To say that Richard is an asset to T-Mobile is an understatement, they are lucky to have him.

The service at T-mobile beat all my previous cell carriers. I cal in to change the cell service from an existing to a new iPAD and it was the most painless experience I have had at a cell carrier location. I’m a T-Mobile customer for life now.

Im not happy with TMobile. I just setup home internet service with them, and cant get a straight answer from no one from customer service or the store. Its like they dont communicate with each other. I went to the store this afternoon and the guy who was assisting me looked at me crazy when I asked him a question.

Omg they rock at this store. Russell is a God. HE is so patient and so kind and helpful, especially if you are completely lost, like I was. Make this your goto store. You wont be sorry.

I love this location! I live all the way in south college station and I drive here because the atmosphere and friendly people. Richard, I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he’s amazing. Always polite and helps me with my needs. This location is the best!

The manager is super helpful and is always trying to get you the best deal possible. This is now my go-to store for any concerns I have with my bill or my phones.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager was very unhelpful towards the employees and I couldn’t understand why. I was treated well by the employees themselves but the manager did nothing when asked for help by employees. I can’t believe there is someone running the store there that doesn’t do anything.
