The place was really spacious and clean. I loved the atmosphere and it was a good place to study. The staffs were really kind. I couldn’t take coffee but my friends told that coffee was really good. I took some tea and it was great as well. I would like to try drip coffee another time. Recommended!

Excellent coffee! Matt is very knowledgeable in helping me make the right coffee choice. I loved the Blueberry Sage Coffee...the Coconut Latte was wonderful. Thanks Matt for making the best tasting coffee. I will definitely be back.

The coffee was great and the atmosphere was super unique. The different rooms were so nice and it was easy to find a quiet study place. The outdoor seats are also really nice on a nice day- especially the little gazebo out back!

Best coffee shop in Bryan and College Station. The baristas know what they are doing. Espresso is well dosed to where you can actually taste the flavor profile of the coffee. They roast in house and serve it The Polite Way. The atmosphere is excellent and open providing lots of seating, indoors and out with lots of parking. I cant recommend this place enough.

This is an amazing place for a group meeting or an event also if you by yourself it is a nice place to stop by to grab a coffee enjoy the scenery read a book beautiful set up a classical historical building

Amazing place! Super cozy seating area, amazing coffee, great pastries, and friendly (educated) staff. I went there for high quality coffee and was not disappointed. The seating area gave me upscale Sweet Eugene vibes. Its very spacious and cozy and a perfect spot to enjoy your morning talking with friends or just studying. The cortado I got was very well prepared and tasted amazing. It was one of the better ones Ive had. I will definitely be going back very soon.

Great coffee and scone

This was my first time at the Kyle House and I had a fantastic experience! Trent made an excellent drink and was very knowledgeable about the history of the house. The homely feel is really relaxing as well - Ill definitely be back!

This is hands-down the best coffee house in the BCS area. Theres great, freshly roasted coffee, plenty of space, and an extremely nice vibe. Other coffee houses in the area are great as well, but with everything taken into account, this is the best one.

Fantastic little place to study!

I was served a legit third wave style espresso that was ground to order, weighed, and pulled on a La Marzocco by an actual barista. Yes, thats standard practice for specialty coffee in larger cities but this is an absolute gem for BCS.5 stars for the espresso alone: balanced and sweet with a mouth watering acidity and a lingering moreish aftertaste. None of that smoky charbux or faux hipster lemon juice bs.

Amazing customer service and history lesson from Trent. His original handcrafted recipe was incredible. 11/10 recommend for those on the hunt for the best coffee in BCS!
