They monogram a bag I had bought at Burlington. And I love it. The girls were really nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to get something monogrammed or to find really nice gifts.

I like this store & before today, would’ve given 5 stars but I gave my friend a gift that I purchased there & had it gift wrapped in-store, which was beautiful, but they didn’t remove the price tag from the gift first... When I bought the gift the young lady was very nice but when I returned to pick it up from being monogrammed everyone was kinda snooty.

Went to the Winterville location and the store was disgusting and didnt get greeted. The clothes are not cute and most of them felt like horrible quality. This store is definitely for older women that try to fit in. The girls that were working seemed to have horrible attitudes. Dont work in retail if you cant handle it.

I cant imagine why anyone would give a negative review for this shop. The customer service has always been great. I have shopped here since they opened and have continually loved the store and the service!! 5 stars from me!

I purchased a Yeti from here then had a custom powder coat applied to it. My father is a retired Marine and I got Semper Fi and the Marine Corps emblem on it. I was very disappointed when my husband and I visited the store in Winterville. I have shopped here as well as the mall location for a while and was very disheartened when we entered no one bothered to greet us much less ask if we needed any help the entire time we/I were in the store (my husband actually walked out and waited in the car). However, the couple who entered shortly after we did were greeted and helped immediately (they were picking up items). I walked around looking for what I needed, but the more I thought about it, I just left. Apparently my business wasnt important. My husband stated he will not spend another penny in this store. I definitely will not return the to Winterville location. I have always had a good experience at the mall location.

Customer service was awful. I was not greeted when I entered the store. No one asked if I needed help finding anything which I did. When I approached one of the young ladies to ask for help she barely looked up for folding to acknowledge my question. I will not return.

Came up with plenty of excuses of why they did not have my shirt ready, and my shirt was in there for over a week, so I just got my refund and spent my money at monogram plus ... Excellent customer service there, and quick business five stars for monogram plus and one star for shimmers .

Would not trust people who work there, they dont have a clue what real silver is, brought a bracelet supposed silver spent alot and it turned out fake, poor customer service, they didnt even call me when it was done, you dont even deserve one star
