I only been here a few times, this seems like a decent Walmart. Its clean, I went early in the morning so it wasnt much of a crowd. Shelves were hit and miss some empty shelves, but mostly stocked, Customer service needs work, I passed by several associates not even a good morning, hence the reason I am giving 3 stars.

Curbside order ready 15 minutes early for pickup. Friendly and helpful Wal-Mart team member was prompt and carefully loaded my order into the trunk of my car

I found a lot of good deals in the fabric department. The two young men that waited on me was very nice and helpful. Benton, Arkansas

My experience with the Bryant Walmart was 180 degrees different from the McCain Blvd Walmart 2 weeks earlier. My curbside order at Bryant was ready 15 minutes early and was accurate. Oppose to my curbside order from the McCain store was delayed 2 and a half days before I finally canceled the order. Ty Bryant Walmart staff and management for living up to the Walmart standards for customer service.

Waited over an hour in pickup trying to get my groceries. Called to try and speak to an associate and no one picked up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not come back.

Very clean and organized store. Employees are very friendly and helpful when you are looking for something you cant find, cant reach to get an item or when that item will be delivered. Great customer service. Need more employees tho on the other half of the store away from your edible items. Thats the exhausting part having to walk all the way back to find someone. I dont mind the exercise, but after 2 hrs of shopping with a cart pretty much filled up and pushing that cart Im tired. Im sure that cart is way over 100 lbs or more! lol I take surveys/reviews all the time where I shop at or eat. Over all I have to give the 4 ☆ rating. 5☆ would have been chosen but you do need extra employees.J. Griffith

Came in at 10:15pm to grab some groceries, because I did not have any. I went to check out, at 10:40pm. All self check outs were card only. The manager checked out a lady in front of me, who had cash, but told me, he could not do so for me. He walked off. Another lady comes over, I asked her, if someone was going to help me, she said she didnt know what was going on. Luckily, she comes back, saying another register takes cash. Finally, at 11:10, I am able to check out. The manager is behind me at this point, to close this register down. When I was ready to pay, it said insert cash or card. I inserted my cash, and the manager asked why I did that, so, I told him I was directed here. Then, he said to go on and see what happens. It took my cash and gave me my change. Im not giving the rating because of the card only, situation. Im giving the rating because of the customer service I received. I will probably continue to go elsewhere, because that was ridiculous. You never know what someone is going through.As for the card only situation, itd be helpful if people knew that, before they get ready to check out. Or maybe accept cash in exact change only? I have a bank account, but I am paid in cash, as I am a server. It just blows my mind, that people have the money to pay for stuff, but cant purchase, due to not the right kind of payment form 🤔

Its Walmart. Sometimes its the best place and other times its not.

Whats up with all the scan n gos not accepting cash..its really a waste of time standing in line with 3 items behind a basket full of stuff in front of you.... Ill start doing business elsewhere if this keeps up. Discrimination against cash customers? Yall will help bankrupt so many people charging goods in their credit cards, its so easy to do but when the bill comes all youve done is help the credit card people collect more interest

I work for door dash and I absolutely hate running Walmart deliveries. They almost always take 30 minutes to an hour to be brought to my car which is 30 minutes to an hour I am burning gas and wasting time, plus thats 30 minutes to an hour more the customer has to wait. That means I get poor reviews, lower pay, so and so forth. I dont care if that sounds selfish, door dash is a source of income for me and many other drivers who experience the exact same gutter quality customer service, and between Benton and Bryant Walmarts, Bryant is by far the worst offender.As I write this review, I have sat in the parking lot for over an hour and the last time I talked to an employee was 45 minutes ago, who told me the order wasnt even ready yet.

We order groceries on-line. Stores in Florida and other locations offer great, quick service. The Bryant, Arkansas location consistently performs below the levels of the Florida stores. It seems each time we use the on-line system, the wait time increases. Today it was the slowest. Our pickup time was between 9 & 10 am. I arrived at 10:07, seven minutes late because I had to shop a competitors store for the items the Wal Mart store is out of stock on. If the Wal Mart service continues to drop, we will not be back.

I dont know whats wrong with the people that stand around handing out gun permits all day BUT THEY ATTACK, STALK, AND HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS AROUND THE STORE. MR MANAGER THAT DOESNT SHOW UP FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING HIS JOB! YOU ARE THE SORRIEST MANAGER IN THE TOWN OF BRYANT!

I love Walmart pick up but lately I’ve had several issues with my orders… either they cancel right before pick up due to “unavailable items” or they delay my pick up until next morning… broken eggs, broken yogurts… you name it. I might go to another Walmart or pick another place to do my groceries. I’m Very disappointed

Could be stocked more with automotive items and a more variety of choices but other than that great place to shop for just about anything u need.

No Checkers again. Leaving my buggy again. If I wanted to check myself out, Id get a job there and get paid for it.

Eyewear department was excellent. Knowledgeable young lady.

Waited 2 hours for grocery pickup to find that they had given my groceries to someone else. Teenagers taking groceries out together so they can help each other. Or talk. NO supervision for these kids. It seems like all management for the whole store left at 6 pm. I will not be back to this store. I live in Bryant and looked forward to shopping locally, but thus is not acceptable.

This is my favorite Walmart when I have to go in one. They have everything and it is easy to find my way around. This Walmart is super clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is never an issue. They have plenty of spaces for both handicap and not. I have used their bakery a few times and got exactly what I wanted. My favorite department is the fresh fruits and vegetables. It is always well stocked.

Typical wm. Out of alot of things on my list. Staff not friendly. But grateful to be able to get groceries.

Bryant location has a very helpful associates there. Asked three of them for help while I was there, usually you can’t find help in a store.

I do doordash, my average wait time at the other 4 Walmarts in the LittleRock area are ten minutes or less, my average wait time at this Walmart, 30+minutes at best

It took forever when I came for my pick up order and I was never able to get anyone to answer my call to check in since my app wasnt working...but they were very polite and apologetic!!! They informed me that they were very understaffed at the moment. They were really just doing the best they could!!

Night and difference between this one and the one in Benton. This is more what Walmart built their business on. Clean, bright and stocked shelves. Several registers open, wait time was minimal.

The online order and pick up service is HORRIBLE! I much rather go to Krogers. Only one other car is in the designated pick up order spots but it took over 20 minutes to bring out my 2 bags.Then when you arrive and call they have the audacity to rush you and be very rude. Bryant Walmart is just one of the worst walmarts.

It has all the normal things any Walmart Supercenter would, however I was walking in with my filmgear/laptop backpack and the secret shoppers followed me around for quite awhile. An everyday supercenter but you will be judged by your appearance even if you are carrying thousands in photo/video equipment on your back.

It was clean and organized. Easily accessible. But didnt have what I was looking for.

I dont care much for going to Walmart anymore since they try to force you to use a card to pay for your purchases. If you dont, youll have to wait in a long line with only one or two cashiers who are in no hurry to get you through the line.

They need to get it together with this Self Check Out - Cash Only, Card Only BS... AND ALSO... Why close down to one self check register with 40 people in line at closing...cmon now...do better....

It’s neat to come here and walk around people. I only do my groceries here. The workers all know me well in a creepy way and sorta appreciate me, yet are rude at times...I do feel bad to the cashiers sometimes when they ask their boss for a break. Sometimes there’s a person checking the receipts at the electric doors when there’s kids around at occasions.I haven’t see a trashy thing in all my years coming to this Walmart for me to post on people of Walmart so that sounds nice.It’s cool seeing people I know in the Bryant area (rather than Benton) come together in people rather than seeing them in social media.I always like coming to the Bryant Walmart over Benton’s Walmart. Feels bigger and filled with people than there. Both are awesome in their own way.

I visited to Bryant Walmart earlier this summer.Me and my wife shopped home and garden we had approximately 200.00$ in plants, weed eater and various garden supplies.Only to be told by the only employee that she was only person there. No one to check out and told no one could. Prime garden season no employee’s.poor employee staffing. Also love to fishAnd you fishing inventory hasn’t been restocked in the two months. Prime months for outdoors with fishing and summer activities, again nothing . No bullet weights, no plastic bait selection and even very little in types of hooks.WOW! Usually twice your done but your proximity to my house one hope this read by those who realize you running away $$$ Signed, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

This Walmart is awful, waited for pick up fo an hour while other people pulled up after me got theres and left, not only did I have to sit for an hour but Im missing items I was charged for. The staff does not communicate in pickup and does not pay attention to who should be getting their groceries first.

Store was clean. Self checkout was nice. I passed 4 associates and not one asked of i needed help finding anything... that customer service was not satisfactory. I go out of my way to go to the so called nicer walmart but I can say management has failed at this location

Online orders delivered to my door and pickup orders save me a lot of time and energy. The Benton store is closest but I like the Bryant store better for availability of stock to pickup and the staff.

When we got there to the drive thru we were told that 2e has to order using the app. I thought that was ridiculous! Then they got both of our orders wrong. And to make matters worse the manager was rude. I have no desire to revisit that Rallys ever!

Their corporate office thinks men here wear nothing but Spiderman and Pokémon shirts..might have 4 racks when the womens side has about 20...

To be fair, the experience I had here was with the customer service dept but it was bizarre. An older woman was clearly irritated attn I walked up looking to cash a check. She kept asking questions like she didnt believe the check was real because I used my passport. The first thing she said was, Uhhh, you dont have a drivers license?? I explained my DL has just expired. She was not having it. Then when she saw the check amount she got even more irritated and walked away loudly exclaiming she wasnt going to do it. It was a lot of hassle for an innocent exchange of services. No thanks.

Nice store. Didnt have all I needed but had most of it. Very friendly staff.

Some of the shelves were bare due to the snow, thats to be expected & out of their control, but every employee I saw today on the floor was working diligently to get what they could restocked. It was also decently organized despite the chaos from the weather over this past week or so. Thank you to the employees working hard! I cant speak for everyone, but it is much appreciated by me and mine!

Do not use online ordering at this store. They are slow every time but today I got a notification that the order was to be delayed from the 5 to 6 pm pickup time. We have tried to call numerous times and it is now 840 pm. No notification of the order being ready and no one answers the phone. I have never seen it this bad.

Love the pickup service on groceries, has honestly made shopping fun for me.

Everything was fine until I went to check out cashier was on is Bluetooth ear phone talking to his I guess girlfriend the whole time he was checking until the next person in line but on the other hand he was nice and acknowledge that I was there and even asked for some input on his conversation with his girlfriend

Love the Scan & Go option with WalMart +. BUT its rude and annoying when its 10:15pm and Im being told by multiple employees its time to go they are closed.... Umm no you close at 11:00pm. I still have 45 min to shop. Also, if you walk in the front door anytime after 10 they rudely remind you theyre closed ... I get wanting to get out and go home but dont be rude to the customers. Thats just bad customer service and poooor management.
