Monica was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Shortly after our conversation, Jason arrived, repaired my door, and freed my car!!I am extremely impressed with the service. Very responsive and professional staff, I highly recommend.

This morning, I could not open my garage door. My friend, who has used Douglas Door in the past, recommend I call. I called before they opened and left a message. I was immediately called back. Monica said she thought it was the springs. She had a technician out the same day (today). I am happy to report, my garage door is fixed. It was in fact the springs. Great place to find replacement parts when needed for your garage door,prices are low but competitive to other door companys,clean,friendly personnel ready to assist on any question that you may have, its family operated and have been in our community for over 30 years all i can say is wow,for a small place it provides geat knowledgable service,but what makes it unique in a way is there snack station free to help your self or your little ones if you happen to have them and had to purchased a new remote for our garage door,and the way its set 10 stars to Monica lounch where my kids sat and play XBox while i conducted business thank you it made my day easier and found what i was looking for keep up the geat service
