The facility appeared clean and orderly, with an easily navigable layout and access guidelines that were simple to follow. Renting a space was easy, the process was transparent and quick, terms are entirely reasonable, and the facility is accessible 7 days a week.Bottom line: Clean, dry, convenient and economical temporary storage for unused household items.

Dave and Nancy are awesome! We had three units at Dale Street Storage for a year. The facility is spotless and well maintained. Dave and Nancy went out of their way to make sure our stay was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Dale Street Storage!

Whoever worked the desk the afternoon of Feb 19 had the most rude and condescending attitude Ive come across in some time. Id rather throw my belongings on a bonfire than keep them here.

I have been with Dale Street Storage for 12 years. It is a very clean place and hours they are open are just great, with easy access through an automatic gate, when you input your code. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful to me. Gil and Dave are great guys and have a good sense of humor! The area across from each row of storage units is very spacious. When parked in front of your unit, there is plenty of room for cars to pass. They have a referral fee program and offer senior a discount. If you need boxes, etc., they sell them in the office. I highly recommend them.

Excellent place to get storage was here for a little under a year and they offer great service and hospitality. The storage is very monitored and they keep it cool. They have a lot of options but worth the near by price. I think I paid 10 more a month for this facility but I think it was worth it.

Spaces are clean and well lit, David is AWESOME! Very helpful and rather than renting you a unit you DONT need, he is going to help you get exactly what you DO need. You cant beat their security features- I would absolutely recommend Dale St. Storage!

We have been at Dale Street storage for almost 6 years when we moved from out ot town, they were easy to work with as our storage requirements have changed over the years for different size units. The units are clean and access to the unit has not been an issue. I feel my possessions are in a good safe place. I would recommend this business. RT

I have been with U S Storage for over two years with no worries or hassles. they even fixed my broken lock on my unit when it fell apart and never charged me. ( We did not need to drill it out). Debbie and Kevin are always friendly and ready to help. five stars all the way

Help someone finished unloading truck all storages should extend gate hours for persons who just got the unit giving more time less stressed to complete task in hand storages are very depressing knowing you could loose it all owners of such establishments need to be more concerned about making customers feel comfortable.
