During my move my keys were lost between hands of my movers. The moment I found out, I let the storage company know and I was informed that the only way to get into my unit, (how is this possible to not have backup keys?) was to have the owners come cut the lock. I was cool although baffled by this oddity, I didn’t complain as it was my responsibility regardless of who lost the key. The whole “breaking of my lock” was to happen within 10 days of my call. This was 5 weeks ago. I have called many many times, and I get the same run around. I’m told that the owners are coming tomorrow. Because of this unbelievable policy, I have not only had to refund 3-5 business deals, but I’ve also been flagged for lack of paperwork regarding my kids school transfers, and VERY important medical documents that all the proof I’ve been needing and waiting for, are all sitting in my storage unit. I need to have access to my things! I paid an ungodly amount of money for my valuables to be stored within your facility! Something needs to be done!

This place was fine till it became public storage and till 711 came in and brought all the bums now there is always someone weird or trash and i took that bottle out of the door when we cane back out someone had placed it there again to me this just is unsafe and making it easier for people to rob this place since there has been a few over the past few months in this location.

Gennell was and is amazing! She helped us get the a storage locker that worked best for us, got us the best rate, and made the process super easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking into this location; Gennell is friendly, helpful, and great to work with!

So I rented a small storage space (5×4), been there about a month and half, well my space was robbed, what they did was go through the top witch only has wire fence. They obviously used the ladder that are placed through out building, what a great and easy hustle for them...Public Storage does not have cameras in the hallways, are you Fr.....g Serious!!!! That protect the front office with cameras but doesnt help...I see a board in the office because they broke the big office window. So if I had the time.. but dont due to work.. I would have taken my left items and moved them somewhere else. Well they moved me to another storage space...and was charged, CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY HAD THE Audacity to charge me. I needed and wanted to ask them what were they going to do to secure all the top storage units since clearly they are not secure and they didnt seem interested or visually seem to care that customers have been robbed in their supposed to be secure location which they charge you for. WOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH PUBLIC STORAGE??!!! Once I have time I will be moving my items.

I would like to echo the comments about how the business has taken a turn for the worse after switching to Public Storage. I constantly find doors propped open with trash, allowing for easy burglary. I also see trash on the property. Customer service phone and in person interactions have been very rude. They no longer provide carts for their customers. I cannot recommend this storage facility to others until things get better.

FROM THE DAY I MET HER, SHE IS SUPER HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO ASSIST IN MY TIME OF NEED WITH NO COMPLAINTS AND EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO HELP. I opted initially for the contactless move in via a third party website. I was immediately greeted with the most friendly phone call by customer service representative at the location I chose to store my belongings at. Let me tell you, her name is Bianka. This woman went above and beyond for me and my family! She is the sweetest, most helpful, efficient, and punctual storage representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I made the mistake of getting myself in a storage unit that was too small for my familys needs online. She always answers the phones, and when I have been here she has been securing the building making me feel comfortable with my fiance by my side. I have also witnessed her staying busy and making sure the property is well maintained and clean for us to get our things in and out. She went above and beyond her call of duty to help us find the perfect unit for our family! I have stored my belongings in the past with Mini U Storages multiple locations, Self Storage, and US Storage over the past 10 years. This experience has truly made me realize how efficient and truly how storage ought to be for the American society. Dealing with a turn key facility, and the best staff makes me want to become apart of the family, and never store my belongings with anyone else! Ill be removing my belongings from this property very soon. The staff at this location are terrible, incompetent, and unprofessional. Ive called a couple of times with inquiries and never received a call back. When one of their staff members by the name of Emmie did call back she had no idea who I was or what I wanted. She was very lackadaisical about the situation and she didnt even ask for my name until I asked for hers. Their office door stays locked during hours of operation which I thought was because of Covid 19, but no ones wearing a mask, and theyll let you stand outside until they feel its convenient for them to open the door. This place is just a joke all the way around. My advice would be to rent from another storage. I definitely will be in the near future.

I opted for the contact less rental. Was super smooth. Even when I accidentally booked it on the wrong day! It wasnt a problem. Just had to sign an extra document. Place is super clean and the locking system is awsome. You need a code to get into every door. I have had a storage locker broken into in the past. This place seems to have thought of everything. Over all I feel safe and secure there and same about my items!

Jason was extremely helpful, made the process way easier than I imagined, and was extremely professional. As far as the facility, the units and condition of everything was perfect. There are flats to use for free, all of the keypads and doors work flawlessly as they should. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience, especially since this was my first time using a storage unit and I was skeptical about leaving my stuff in one... not with this facility- I feel like my items are secure and safe.definitely recommended!

I take my review back I wasnt informed that with change of storage name I had to update my insurance and just Sunday night I guess from what I was informed my storage was broken into and 3k of merchandise and my 8yr daughter electronic scooter was stolen. They didn’t notify me until 1:36 in the afternoon. The worker then informed me I can add the insurance and my claim should be covered just to get a call that the insurance wasn’t valid so I lost my merchandise and the insurance premium money. Horrible service so unprofessional the storage that it was before were helpful. 9 other units were broken into as well and nothing was done. What I don’t understand is how did the people get in if you need a code ??? Was it an inside job ? Someone just broken into this storage facility 2 months ago and stole 10k worth of merchandise but they were caught according to the BPPD. Don’t rent from here !!!! I told my friends and family to stay away from this one.

The levels of security and safety are impecable. Im so glad that we chose this location for our storage needs. Matter a fact, they even talk to you to make sure all is well. That’s the best service all around. Strong Recommendation.
