One of the worst experiences I have ever endured in my 14 years delivery driving. Totally smug and belittling attitude. Rent-a-cop female terminator thinks she is more butch than me. She definitely needs to be taught proper human communication I refuse to ever go back .

This was the first and last time I order an appliance with Best Buy. After looking through the reviews, all negativity should be directed at the company handling the orders. Best Buy was a nightmare to deal with. I never spoke with the same person twice, and each time I spoke to someone it was like starting from square one. When I finally got in touch with someone from the warehouse, which Best Buy would not allow me to do, an employee in the delivery department named Jennifer was extremely helpful. She is a problem solver and deserves a raise. She helped me locate my missing appliance and manually forced it onto a delivery truck for the next morning. Also, when the delivery team came out they couldn’t have been more helpful. Dustin is fast, efficient and friendly. Great team. Great personnel. They deserve five stars. Best Buy deserves zero.

Order From A Different CompanyI did not answer my phone when the delivery agent called and they immediately cancelled my $5,000 treadmill delivery. No voicemail was left. I called back 7 minutes later and no answer. I was sitting at home waiting on the delivery agents to arrive (as instructed).After making 3 or 4 phone calls to customer service, I was not able to receive an explanation. Then I called headquarters (no help). I eventually called the warehouse & a security guard answered. A security guard answers your phones? Fortunately, the security guard was able to redirect me to Geek Squad.The best explanation I received for the cancellation of the delivery was from a Geek Squad agent stating: “I have a note here saying the product did not leave the warehouse...that’s all I can see.”My advice to Best Buy / Geek Squad / The Buford Warehouse:If you cancel someone’s order during their delivery window, perhaps do a better job of giving an explanation for “why”...so customers don’t have to spend half their day making phone calls.

We ordered online, and it said our order was ready and waiting for us. Dont believe it! We had to drive almost 1 1/2 hours to get there and it still took 46 minutes to get our dishwasher. Luckily I had my Switch in the car and there was a fishing tournament in Animal Crossing! Lol. My husband was not so lucky!
Great place to pickup items ordered online and not available at your local Best Buy location. This is one of their major distribution centers so they typically have everything available.

Appointment @6:30 came 5:40, they told me to wait up the hill till 09:00, came to check in at guard took 25 minutes to check me in. 14:00 got green light, so never come back again or I must be ready 8 hours wait. This place sucks.
I mean - just stop offering going to the warehouse as a pickup service. It’s slow, miserable and frankly just a terrible experience. I should have listened to myself the last time I came here for an item pickup. I’ll just use Amazon from now on.
Quickest way to grab an in-stock appliance. Downside is they are in no rush to get you loaded up and gone. Goal accomplished with my patience well tested.

HORRIBLE my appointment time was 9am got there at 8:40 and had to wait for a door once in the door to get unloaded it took them 6 hours to unload me our time is valuable as drivers and I was late to my next pickup
Very nice employees, be prepared for a long wait we waited outside for about 30 min then another 50 waiting in the car. They Need more structure. But again very nice employees that were trying there hardest.
Checked overnight around 23:00 with appointment 4am they say come back 3:30 they call me 3:14 am telling me they have a door for meAfter I checkin they say wait for a door, waiting a door more than 2hrs and very slow unloading
Will never make the mistake of ordering at the distribution center again, I was the only person in line yet I waited 1 hour to pick up a simple order. Lazy staff, doesn’t answer the phone, nobody is anywhere to be seen for like 45 minutes. Online order pickup at bestbuy retail store is much better
Reading these reviews had me regretting the decision to take this load in fear of a day wasted, but it was nothing like the reviews- we checked in to deliver at 808AM and was pulling out at 853AM smooth check in and out! Was very pleased

15min to 5hrs for unloading. Once down the hill around 5am security will take your phone number and direct you to wait at the top of the hill on the right on Broadmoor until 6am. Theyll call you when the warehouse opens. Give your license and bills to security then get in and get out or get real comfortable.

Not hard to find if you use Google Maps. Entrance for trucks was designed for straight lines. For a company as large as Best Buy, their distribution center is tiny. Very small yard and way to busy. If you have a load going here, I feel for ya. There are two huge distribution warehouses on the same road. Best Buy should look into moving into those as they appear vacant.
Lack of communication. Probably the biggest business failure, most people are reasonable if they know what to expect. Communicate!Long wait time, no updates, just sit in the car and behind a warehouse and pray someone comes out with something. 10+ cars out here in a line and not one person out here doing anything
During the pre Black Friday sales, the Warehouse was the only place in the area that had 2 TVs I wanted in stock. The warehouse had them.Now most of the reviews on here are from truck drivers, and based upon the disparate cargo containers, I can see how they are as they are.As a consumer, this was about as easy as could be. I walked into a small office with a window where a nice woman promptly took my receipt and directed me to the bay dedicated for consumer pickup. I backed up the ramp, waited maybe 3 minutes, and they loaded the TVs into my SUV.I was also offered the opportunity to inspect the TVs for damage, etc.I will do this again.

Friendly enough reception, but slow -- next in line now after waiting 70 minutes, and there were only 4 people ahead of me. Better to pick up in the store or have them deliver.
Hard to find. Google Maps takes you to the wrong address & phone #, on my Best Buy invoice, was incorrect. I called the closest Best Buy store & there was a fantastic lady that gave us directions & even stayed on the phone until we found the warehouse. Once located, everything was processed very quickly.
My husband and I had a little trouble finding it on the gps and a little patience, we were able to find the right entrance. If you follow the instructions, you will have an easy experience. The staff was very polite. It is an unorthodox way to purchase something so you will not have the same experience that you would in the stores. They were extremely efficient.

These people can care less about attending anyone delivering anything. They take forever to take your paperwork and take forever to give you your paperwork once its all done. And the warehouse workers see you trying to get their attention and just look at you like youre something weird. Especially the night warehouse workers, theyre all trash. I wish Best Buy would take a little more pride in the people they hire at their warehouses.Why do they take the time to hire decent people for their stores but always hire trash for their warehouses.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! But I guess what can you expect... This is Georgia.

Awful place! Please dont you ever go to this place, either for the pickup or delivery . Nobody is answering the phone beside some security guard who can not help you on anything. I would give them minus 100 stars if I can .
This place is a load you definitely want to turn down.... truck GPS will not find address (use your phone) theres no other truck docked and Ive been here for 3hrs only carrying 16k TURN THIS LOAD DOWN

Delivery install guys were amazing and did their job accordingly but DO NOT BUY IT ONLINE. We bought a stove online and paid for the Install package. But.... They will tell you that they have to bring it back and reschedule if you already have an existing stove in place. Joe was a horrible manager to talk to and did nothing to appease the customer. They have third party installers not bestbuy professional installers. If it’s not on the order they won’t touch it. So my husband uninstalled ours so they could complete the job. NO WHERE ON THE BESTBUY WEBSITE DURING CHECKOUT DID IT SAY EXISTING ITEM COULD NOT BE IN PLACE. Joe needs training in customer service. So one star for the poor guys who delivered it or else they’d get none and word of mouth is everything.
A bit unclear as to where you need to go for service. And it is a huge warehouse with tight security. But no problems picking up my purchase. Best But needs to be clearer on the fact it is not a store but a distribution center during the ordering process.
Im not giving the actual place a 1 star rating but the navigation. My wife spent nearly an hour yesterday trying to find the building, so she told me to come with her the next time to try and help her find the building. I had to zoom in using my fingers to figure out what road to take to get to the actual building where the red target was at. The GPS keeps taking you to another building where youre not supposed to go, Google maps needs to fix that cos I see that its confusing a lot of people.
The warehouse manager should read these reviews. Very unorganized! Theyll spend money for pointless posters on the walls inside but nothing to mark where to start your pick up (and that u need to bring in your drivers license). Ive been here over a half hour with nobody in front of me and the pick up door still hasnt opened. Dont waste your time... Just have it delivered to your house or the best buy store.
Be prepared to wait. New clean and easy docking. But be careful at the entrance/exit gate. The turn into the gate is only big enough for one way passage, so take turns politely.
Great to pick up items quick that would otherwise be an extra charge or extended wait. I was in and out of there with all their security process in under 25 minutes, though I was the only one in line Im sure it can get quite busy at times and youll be waiting a lot longer.
It took an hour to pick up my purchases. Phone number is also disconnected. Unacceptable.

Went to best buy mall of ga to pickup a microwave that was in stock online. After paying for the microwave i was told i would have to wait for it to be delivered to there store in a few days or i could drive to the distribution center and pick it up. Obviously i was shocked that it was not in stock like the website said i told them i would go to the distribution center. Arrived at the distribution center at the agreed time and then was told to park in front of a door. After doing so i had to wait for a hour and a half. Tried calling the distribution center to see what was up and the number was out of service... Called best buy and they said they get this all the time and they will try and get through to them... Worst experience buying anything.
Wish i could rate zero stars i arrived before the appointment time and still had to wait over 2 hours to be assigned to a door for unloading when i was finally assigned a door it has taken another 3 and a half hours to unload the trailer my suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs.

Worst place ever. Appt. At 10am, arrived at 7am because i was told by fellow driver the line to reach the main gate is 2-3 hrs. Then security said cant get in line until 9:40 am. Parked outside on road until 9:40 and then cant even get in line because not receiving until further notice because they cleaning docks and yard. UPDATE : Was unloaded and out the gate at 8:30pm.

Disrespectful, somewhat acting angry, here are the security prima ballerinas for you. You will be waiting not for but in front of the assigned door as they want to cut the seal themself as if security ballerinas at the front gate couldnt do it themselves simplifying the process...cant see from truck if they already opened up the door and ready to cut the seal, am I supposed to wait outside in the back of the trailer couple of hours or is someone going to come outside and let me know what s next?? My appointment had to be rescheduled to drop off 5 pallets.They are quite inconsiderate of other peoples time, work and life. Drove here over 1000 miles, got late for appointment over an hour or so with only 5 pallets, but these people arent people, these inflexible robots wouldnt receive the load.Thanks for not taking those few pallets immediately, waisting my time, making me lose income and screwing my work history.Is it hard to understand that Trucks arent helicopters? And NO, they arent airplanes either! Next time please take your goods off of my trailer, goods made by slaves, delivered by sweatshops on wheels to your distribution center. Thanks.

Place is a absolute disaster, Got Notification that TV was ready for pick up. Stood outside in line for 45 minutes baking in the sun. Get inside they have a water cooler with no cups. Get processed then have to drive around complex to wait in another line. 2 hours later I finally get tv.

Gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons... One it was convenient to be able to pick up the purchase at a local wharehouse vs. Waiting for shipping and 2 a nice employee that was his 2nd day on the job and took pitty on the fact that we were burning up waiting outside for someone to bring us our item. I really hope he is commended for his customer service skills... Because it is obvious it is a rare find on this location. Now... The reason why i did not give it 5 stars is because the entire process took too long. First the door for will call is very hard to find, second it took about 10 min to get someone to see my paper and another 10 to direct us to the actual pick up location. Third... We were told 5 to 10 min to have someone giving us the item and it took them 30min after lots of knocking on the rolling door and picking thru the window and seeing multiple employees passing and no one paid attention... Even the guard noticed that they took forever...Again... I hope they commend the employee because he demonstrated great customer service skills.
Went for the warehouse sale. Nothing spectacular. All appliances that had scratch or dent were pretty noticeable, and I didnt think the price was marked down enough. The had a decent selection of TVs, and I was about to get one until I saw a sticker on it stating it didnt power on. The sales guy assured me it did work now and was refurbished. However I didnt think the price reflected the status. They need to be more aggressive on the markdowns.

Real bad location. I couldnt get there per the GPS suggestions. It took me over an hour to find it. I had to stop by and talk to people in order to find the warehouse. They need to reorganize the location on GPS!

Website says pickup hours 9am til 7pm got a message my order was ready showed up and they are closed from 2:30-4pm email did not let me know this and now waiting in parking lot for an hour to what the security guard says they should be opening up around then drove 60 miles round trip for this garbage.
