Terrible after the sale service!! I bought a 2011 Axis back in January. They winterized the boat for me, and when I got it out in April it ran for about 15 Minutes and then would not start. When I asked them how to get some help they sent me to their one water service company. Apparently that is a sister company. They have mechanics, and would not even offer to take a look at it. After 10hrs of driving, a one month wait, and a $500 bill for a loose distributor that Singleton Marine used boat center installed I hope the boat runs?? I spoke with the sales manager, and he basically told me there was nothing he could do. Very frustrating experience!!!

Really cant say enough about all of the staff at SMG used boat super center. Tom K was responsive, candid, realistic and just flat out fantastic during our experience. He was great with communication and answered every question we had no matter how simple or petty. Our on-water test ride was nothing short of informative. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about our 2014 Malibu Wakesetter and showed us all of the tips and tricks related to making the surf wave perfect every time. Tommy that handled our financing was professional and made the process a breeze. What I thought would take hours only took about 15 minutes from start to finish and we were out the door and enjoying our new boat in no time. I would recommend Tom, Tommy and the rest of the staff at SMG used boat super center to anyone looking for a used boat.

We drove down from KC to purchase a boat this winter. We were really nervous to buy a boat from so far away unseen. Upon arrival, we had a couple of unforeseen issues as boats commonly do. This was my first experience with Singleton Marine and Austin. I live out of state so we did the whole process via phone, text and email until the day we arrived for pickup. Everything went very smoothly. Once we arrived the boat was exactly as presented. They were ready for us to inspect the boat and head out to the lake for a in the water check. Once that was completed we headed to the office. They had all the paperwork ready and we were out the door quickly. Great experience from Austin to finance to the GM. Would buy from Austin and Singleton again!

I spent over a week and a half trying to get information on multiple vessels. First, Do not waste your time online. They have a bot that will not give you information and will only request your number to give to a sales consultant. If you do not provide a number they will not contact you. I called directly and reached a sales consultant named Craig. Most of the boats that they have on their site were sold, but there was one that I asked for information on that was still in stock. He stated that he would reach out to the Atlanta store (actually stopped me from calling them directly) to get more information and he would call me back. Stated that he had to deliver a boat this afternoon, but he would get back to me no later than the next morning (Still havent heard back from him).Then I got in contact with another Sales consultant named Ryan by email (BTW there is only two). Told him what boat I was trying to get information on and never received a response from him until I sent another reply 3 days later about now being ghosted by two of Singletons Marine Sales consultant. Now the boat that I was looking at had a deposit and wasnt on the market anymore.Neither of the sales consultant showed any care about speaking to me about other boats. So I decided to call the Sales manager to at the very minimum let him know that his staff was not following up with leads and to give them one last chance to get my business. I actually got the General Manager, and he had the same attitude that his sales consultants had (taught by example is my guess). He was okay with his sales consultants not following through with the leads and actually stated that I should come in to get better treatment. My take away is that they have so much business that they do not care about their customer and if you do not live close enough to walk in their showroom then you are at the bottom of their list.

I worked with Austin to purchase a 2017 Colbalt A28. The experience was flawless he found me a trailer right away. I flew out met with him at noon and the deal was complete by 3pm. Couldn’t of gone any smootherThanks Austin

We bought our boat back in January but were not able to come pick it up until May. They stored the boat for us until we were able to get there. On the way home we ran into a problem but the GM was very quick to make sure everything was resolved to our liking. I would definitely buy from them again. They really stand behind their customers.

Put a deposit on one pontoon boat. Singleton found an engine problem during water test prep and they were very honest and up front about options and would honor the deal even with new engine. Due to circumstances we ended up looking at and buying a different pontoon boat better suited to us and Singleton was willing to work with us on price to make it happen. Exceptional service from Tom and Dustin and the whole crew. Thanks guys.

Dustin was awesome, he was always able to keep my informed and helped walk me through the process. This was a very easy process. I would buy a boat for Singleton or put a boat on consignment here to sell. Dustin was alway true to his word and that means the world to me. Awesome experience with sales and financing, we love our Cobalt, all of the staff was attentive and friendly. We were freaked out with the social distancing, and Tom wore his mask and gloves during our water test, very accommodating. Fast and efficient closing, highly recommended.

Never got a call back!! Had to call them myself even after doing a credit app online and getting approved had to call to get any information. Once approved they set me up with a sales associate and he told me he would get some ideas and call me back never heard anything.Im pretty let down after viewing the reviews for this place.

Tom Koetter is a great sales manager. He is incredibly customer focused. I purchased my pre-owned boat sight unseen from Atlanta, delivered to Wisconsin. I didnt ever see it until delivered. I will second that opinion with Tom Koetter! I just bought my first boat here in Georgia from Tom at Singleton and I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish! He was immediately available, on a holiday weekend, and the effort they put into reconditioning our boat and standing behind what they sold to make sure we were happy was exemplary! As a business owner I know your business is only as good as the people who represent you. In this case, because of Toms professionalism, Tommy in financing being so helpful, and also Dustin in service - who personally came out to our boat the next day to work on it and ensure everything was ok - I have to say this is definitely a 5-star business! If you buy your boat anywhere else I feel sorry for you!

I bought my first boat in Feb 2016 from Tom Koetter at the used boat center. It is a beautiful Sundancer. I told Tom it was my first boat and he really took a lot of time explaining the parts of boat, how to start it, they took me out on the water during the test drive and really answered all of my questions plus some additional pointers. I watched Tom deal with all sorts of people and he is exceptional at his job. I am already thinking about a 28-30 Sundancer and will, without question, stick with Tom Koetter and Singleton Marine Group.Recently, I made an error and did some mechanical damage in the process. Tom was there and not only guided me thru the process but he also set me up with a mechanic. I got great work done, and it didnt feel like it was unfair.From th company culture, to the atmosphere in the facilities, Singleton Marine has my business and that of ANYONE I know that asks me about a boat purchases.

Went in looking for a used boat, and Tom laughed in our face when we told him what our budget was and we would never be able to find what we wanted for that price. Went to the dealer across the street, and they had 3 boats we were looking for under our budget, and now Singleton has the boat we’re looking for, under our budget, which now we won’t buy - only because of the way Tom initially treated us.
