Honesty above all.In the middle of the summer my boat was totaled in a fire, with the family visiting, and all planned for a great long weekend. With a short budget, I went by to look at the boats they were for sale in the area. Most of the places dismissed me in a second. Jim listened, understood what I was looking for in about 5 minutes. The 2nd or 3rd boat he pointed out was the perfect one. When asked about condition, he did not lie, told me exactly what he knew. I took the risk of buying it in the spot, after cosigner accepted the offer. All I can say, the boat was in exceptional condition. It was a few years older then my now defunct boat, but it looked 20 years newer. I took it to my mechanic to check it out (after purchase), and couldnt find anything wrong.
