Great customer service. Recommendation to fix the front and back screen at the same time saved me $50. I needed to have the phone fixed before going out of town and they were able to accommodate and get the phone repaired in time.

Took phone to have charge port replaced. they broke my screen. today i noticed all my twitter accounts in my phone was deleted and the accounts have now been hacked. also my backups were deleted and my icloud backup was turned off. is this a coincidence or is this place hacking phones. protect your data and sensitive information next time i take my phone to be repaired it will be locked. this has never happened before. take your phone to a repair place in norcross it’s worth the drive. now i have to send countless messages to try to get my accounts back. no one had access to my phone but me. my backup has never been deleted or turned off i have 3 other phones and my back ups are on and haven’t been deleted because these hackers didn’t have access to my phone

They were easy to work with. A little Pricey but I got my phone fixed in just a few hrs.

We were warned that they would keep trying to sell u stuff and they did just that. When we said no we didnt want thew battery replaced because supposedly it was out of place and would possibly crack the new screen were had put in. Therefore, they wouldnt give us a warranty on the new screen. We paid 349$ as it was for new screen and other work, then they wanted an additional 50$ for new battery. We then had to wait for 45 minutes because they didnt put the phone back together because they were waiting for us to replace battery. Just be aware !!!!! We definitely would never go back !!!!

Rip off kind of business. First of all what in the world charging you $65 to check on your gaming console then they tell you we are going to look at it in 7 to 10 days.No calls to update you and I am the one who called them let them that console can’t go on the safe mode and that is the issue because all USB ports are not working which I told them from the first time if I need to bring my controller they said no we will take care of it.They called after 2 weeks ooh may be it is the transformer and we are not sure and will cost $250 and if you agreed we need you to pay the difference which is $185 just to order the part and then we will try it to see if this is the problem.What kind of business if they don’t know what they are doing.Rip off Rip off rip off they will take your money no matter what.

Super fast friendly service

I went to there guys replace a battery on a Nexus 6 phone. I had already purchased the battery elsewhere. I attempted to do the job myself and after taking the backing off I was unable to unscrew the 21 micro screws to access the battery. The phone had been in working condition but when I took the backing off the wire responsible for the ON/OFF button came loose.I explained to the guy upfront all these and he check with the tech in the back. He came back and said they would charge a service fee of $75 just to get in there and see if the phone had any issues. Then, he will charge anywhere between $80-$100 to replaced the battery. So pretty much an arm and a leg. Said NO, THaNK YOu, and went next door to UBREAKIFIX and $49.99 later I had a working phone with a new battery in.Always get a second estimate, some folks will rip you off if you let them.

I brought my mother’s cell phone in for repair to the screen and a battery replacement. It was an old iPhone. They had all of the parts there, and they fixed it the same day- just a few hours. Everything went perfectly, which is unusual in today’s world. I was impressed and I will definitely use them again. PLUS- the man behind the counter was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.

Good service, friendly and fairly quick. The free screen protector replacement isnt really free. Youre paying for their labor, which is to be expected, but I think thats a disingenuous sales practice. If you advertise a free Zagg warranty repair, it should be no charge for the customer.

They did a good job in replacing my screen in a timely manner. However, there was a problem in printing out my receipt, and I had to wait awhile for it. I was given the charge receipt but not the receipt showing exactly what they did. The girl said they would email it to me, but I never saw it.

Customer service is very important, but so is the face and the personality, be prepared they do good work but not every member of the team is warm and fuzzy. I dont expect a hug, but a smile, or a greeting would be nice. It can be a turn off. If you cant be pleasant please stay behind the scene, it can he very off putting to customers!! Not good for business especially when you do good work.

I purchased a battery for a phone a few months ago and today I got a new screen on my iPhone 6. Both experiences here have been great. The young guys that helped me were very knowledgeable and patient. The price was better both times than other places I had checked as well. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already.

The guy up front was super nice and very helpful. I was in and out pretty fast and they did a great job putting my new screen protector on. No bubbles, lint, or hair under the screen.

Horrible service after agreeing on fixing my phone for $225 3 days later I called to get a update on my phone and they said that they don’t know who I talked to and wanted to charge me over $300 for simple repairs. They also tried to tell me that if I have any issues occur with in the next 2 or 3 days of repairs they are not responsible owner was very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from these scum bags.

I went there to have a screen protector put on my phone. They told me it would be half an hour. I came back about 35 minutes later I told me it would be 2 minutes. 10 or 15 minutes later the owner came out and explained to me that they were having difficulty with the company on the registration. I would probably be a couple of days and that he would contact me when it was finished. Overall I am satisfied with the work Im pleased the owner took a personal interest and I do expect to hear from him Monday.

I got my sons iPad Airs screen fixed from CPR Buford. Even though it was pricey, they were cheaper than the Apple Store by about $70. Also, they happened to be only store in the area that could fix his make and model that I could easily find and seemed legit. The staff I dealt was cordial, the service speed was a few hours as they specified and the work has checked out so far. I would recommend this location.

I had an exceptional experience at the CPR location in Buford. I had to turn in my iPhone 7 for an upgrade and the screen was busted. After I dropped it off it was exceptionally fast on the turn around. Very good quality and pricing is very fair. Great place.

Took my I Pad Air in on 11/16/17 to see if a cracked screen could be repaired.The front counter person was beyond helpful in that all the +/- of the repair were completely explained. A technician also confirmed what I was told. I appreciated the fact that all the things that could happen were explained.I paid an extra $10 and left the I Pad for 2 extra hours as compared to another quote I had received. But, I picked up my I Pad knowing the repair was done correctly and with some value added service that was above and beyond anything required.Do not hesitate to trust your phone or tablet to CPR.

Recently I visited CPR Buford to purchase cases for new phones. Customer service was excellent, they were able to help me with all accessories and recommended a screen protector, which they installed on the spot. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Only one screen protector was available that day, the other would arrive the very next day, They helped extend the memory with a SD card also. On the next day, they called me to confirm it was ready for me and I took my phone in for them to install the 2nd screen protector. I have used this CPR Buford more than six times and their service is affordable, fast an friendly.

The team at CPR repaired the IC chip which is a known issue with iPhone 6 Plus and replaced the detached screen. They even fixed a few minor things at no additional charge. I really appreciate the quick work the folks at CPR did for me. I could not charge my Samsung Galaxy S5 because the charging port had gone bad. I need my cell phone for work and they had my phone back to me within 3 hours.Everyone I spoke with was courteous and listened to my concerns about how I needed my phone back quickly. They explained the process of fixing my phone and how long it would take. They definitely eased my tension of being without my cell.I will definitely go back if I need future repairs.

Galaxy s8 rear glass was cracked, and the warranty company recommended CPR Buford. Painless experience. The unit was ready and fully functional when they said - looks brand new. Too often these days, it seems hard to get providers to do what they said they were going to do. CPR Buford is not on this list, highly recommend.

Do not recommend fixing iPhones here unless you plan on fixing every single time you drop. First drop and slightest crack the screen doesn’t even work anymore. At least with apple no matter how bad it cracks the screen will work.

I had CPR to replace my screen on my iPhoneX several months ago and it later stopped working, or worked intermittently at best. They would not honor their own warranty to replace the screen again. They said it may be an LED and not the screen. It was going to cost $200 to fix it, which was twice what I paid the first time. I was like huh? “You replaced the display and now the display doesnt work?”Was going to be $400 from Apple to fix it so I upgraded to the iPone11 and will NEVER use CPR for my Apple Products again.Costly lesson.3/11 reply update -1. There was “a” scratch in May’19, which is why we had you to change the display. On this last visit and issue here, there were “NO” scratches or damage as I received a full value trade-in from apple. If it would have had scratches or damage, this would not have been the case. Fortunately I wasnt experience this intermittent issue during my Apple visit.2. I was never convince this was a LED vs Display problem. I do know that when I touched my screen, nothing would work or happen, again, intermittantly.

My phone didnt work at all and they fixed it perfectly! It took no time at all. They quoted a time and they stuck with it! Only took a short hour and half to fix my iPhone and Im happy with the results!!

They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they fix my screen, but I had also commented on the fact that my headphone jack was dirty and they cleaned it for me along with aiding me in adjusting my screen tint color since I had messed with it a while back ago. They also gave me a correct estimate on my wait time, so I was not waiting longer on my phone to be ready.

Had my phone screen replaced here (S8plus) the work was excellent and very quick. I was able to pickup my phone within 3hrs after drop off. Excellent customer service, with all my questions answered.

I really wanted to like this place and overall, the staff was great. There was only one guy I sometimes came into contact with that wasnt that approachable and seemed cold. Anyway, I believe I paid $159.99 plus tax (or around that) to get my Nexus 6P fixed (shattered screen). It took longer than expected because in process of repairing that, they did let me know something happened with the wiring (fried it) so they would have to get a new battery for me. They did offer a loaner, which I did take. When it was ready, I was excited and it looked fine. In any case, I ended up taking the phone back 3 times: one time, it wouldnt charge all the way to 100%, another time, it would shut down when taking pics...lastly it would just randomly shut down in the middle of anything, browsing the web, accessing an app etc. It came progressively worse as the time went on.The 2nd time I took it in, I was given a partial refund - which I was thankful for. After the 3rd time, I did reach out to CPR but never did hear back. Anyway, after being frustrated enough (I could only get my phone to come back on with plugging it in), & never getting a response the last time I reached out, I gave in and purchased another new phone altogether. In hindsight, I wish I had just purchased a new phone from the very beginning and saved the repair fees that I paid here. It was such a disappointment. Im giving 2 stars because they did give me a few dollars back and the courteousness of most the staff, including John. If it wasnt for these positive things, I would rate less. Im so disappointed when I try any place w/high ratings but my experience turns out otherwise. Ah well, everything cant always go well every time - I suppose.

Replaced the screen on my iPhone 7+ in about 45 minutes and even fixed the port that the charger connects too (just needed to be cleaned) at no additional charge! Definitely recommend CPR over other places I have used for this in the past.

Busted iphone 4S screen on daughters phone was no problem for CPR Buford! Fast follow up to an email request for estimate. Friendly, cost effective service with no hidden charges when we took the phone into the store for repair. Dont waste money on a new phone when you CPR can make the old one like new.

I shattered my iPhone 7 plus screen less than a week after activating it. I was heart broken, but CPR Buford replaced my screen for $100 less than the phone companys full coverage deductible. If I used my phones insurance, I wouldve waited a day to get a refurbished device, but CPR had my phone looking like new in 1.5 hours. The staff was wonderful and friendly- 10/10 would recommend!

I have been to this store a couple times...unfortunately. Going to CPR is like going to the Dr. It usually means something is wrong. However, each time I have gone into the store, the front desk is friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. They have been able to fix my cell phone every time. The only thing - if anything - I would find an objection to, is the turn around time. Good for them - means they are busy. Not so good for someone like me who needs their cell phone for business. I had to wait 2 hours to get my phone back during this most recent visit; and, it only needed a new battery. That having been said, I would high recommend them.
