First time in this store, and it is awesome. Also, great staff members. All of them very kind and supportive. They answered all my question and helped me a lot throughout the process. I will definitely come back for more. I highly recommend it.

Freddi, Emilia and Kimberly were a great help! First time in this store and went into T-Mobile to get a new iPhone for my mom and everything went smooth and great. They had everything ready to go and got it activated in no time. They answered all my questions and they were all supportive. Felt comfortable and they even had fire music playing haha. Definitely recommend any of them, will for sure be coming back to this store! Best T Mobile store hands down. Thank you guys!

Ive been to this store many times and this visit had 2 young girls working. I went to get back on TMobile bc I strayed to a diff company and had no idea at the time they didnt have bluetooth.Anyway, none of the stores had the free phone and the store had no substitute.I left disgusted that customer service has gone to the gutter.They told me to order it and come back when I get it.I was really upset w them and might just go to another one and do business.I also believe more training is necessary when people are in that line of work.Ugghhh

Love this place so far the t-mobile I have been. The girls have lots of experience they know what there doing. Also I felt comfortable with Kimberly and Emilia were the girls that help me with my bill and phone. Great customer service, very helpful and understanding. I had some money issues and had to leave to go to my bank, and when I came back we were able to continue right away due to the wonderful foresight of the manager. Worth going out of your way for this store compared to others, for sure!

Brian was able to help me resolve a complex billing issue I had from months ago. I had switched the primary account holder to get on the military plan after a phone purchase promotion. Credits were not showing properly and Brian was able to get all the details figured out and corrected. Great customer service and problem resolution.

Emilia and Kimberly helped me to get my new iPhone, they were so helpful and gave me an amazing customer service. They kept distance from me and had their masks on, the store was smelling clean and every phone was very clean.

I went to this hidden gem of a T Mobile store and was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Brenda and Richard. I was trading in my old I phone and upgrading to a newer model and they spent over an hour with me so I would know exactly what to do with my new phone. I am a senior citizen who is electronically challenged when it comes to setting up a new device. Brenda and Richard were very patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this store and these 2 kind and competent employees to anyone who has T Mobile as their cell phone carrier.

Brian at the store was amazing! I had problems with my bill not bring the amount we agreed on. Called customer service and escalated it to their manager... who disappointment me more by trying to call the store twice and gave up because he didnt get through. I called the store and left a message and Brian submitted a ticket, sent me a text it would take a week to resolve... and FOLLOWED THROUGH for me and was able to figure out my billing issue.Every time I have gone to the store I have been treated very good. They do a great job for caring for their customers. Brian, Thank you for restoring my faith with t-mobile!!

The service agent was extremely friendly. We were approached with a warm welcome. The service agent provided concise answers to our questions regarding the product.

BRIAN IS AMAZING.Someone stole my identity and was able to get into my T-Mobile account. They changed my information, I called t-mobile support and they changed it back. Later that day it happened again, I called t-mobile support again and said this is the second time it happened and we need to find a way to stop it. Later that evening my sim had been changed. Then while on the phone with t-mobile support on my fiancees phone, the call drops and that phone said the sim had been changed. I rush over to a t-mobile store and I get there after closing. BRIAN is getting ready to close up and go home, but I explained my situation and he stayed an extra hour to help me get everything fixed. Without Brians help theres no telling what information the thief could have gotten by having my phone number. I never write reviews, but Brian deserves to be recognized, he went above and beyond what he had to do to take care of my situation. THANKS AGAIN BRIAN.

Dafne (sp?) and Chanel were great! Switching from a disastrous ATT plan with zero customer service in which we were paying $271/mo to T Mobile of $140/mo with better features. ATT was making it near impossible to switch and Dafne allowed us to borrow to demo phones to get us by because numbers already ported though phone still locked! Amazing. Both were very helpful, friendly and actually cared to help us out. Good bye ATT!!!!
