Not pleased at all. I have been using this site for the last 8 years, but now no more. The person working behind the counter seemed to be geared only in sales. I upgraded my phone, got a new case, and a screen protector. Both the screen protector and case were not what I asked for. The case was for a different phone. It fit, but it blocked the camera flash/flashlight completely, so you would never know if your flashlight was on wasting battery. Also, he refused to put the protector on. I made one attempt at putting it on at home, Not only was it the wrong type (I asked for matte, and got high gloss) Immediately dust stuck to the sticky side of the screen protector... the protector is now unusable. Bad/wrong case, bad/wrong protector, and bad service. I cannot recommend this place.

I needed critical service around closing time. Not only did Andrew and Bailey fix my issue quickly, but their customer service was top shelf and they were hilarious!

I stopped by the Mall of Ga Metro PCS store on 4/19/21 and had great customer service from KYLA. I needed help with some problems I had with my OnePlusNordN10 that I purchased in Oakwood, Ga several weeks ago. I had received little of the help I needed in understanding my new phone at that store.After reading good customer service reviews of the Mall of Ga store, I decided to stop there.I was not disappointed! They are GREAT!KYLA helped me with numerous issues in a very efficient, knowledgeable and caring way!KYLA went above and beyond to fix the issues I had and made sure I understood what she had done to correct the problem. She encouraged me to return should any other concerns arise that I could not resolve on my own. I will always bring my business to this MetroPCS store in the future because of the great service I got from KYLA!Thank you KYLA!

Long story short. Went in to get the LG Styles 4. Got talked in to the Motorola e5 plus. Phone lasted a few months. They did a warranty swap for 15 dollars. I had bought a Pixel XL 2 on eBay and planned on giving my wife the Motorola and connecting the Pixel for myself. They told me I had to use the Motorola for a week before I could switch the phones. When I came in after a week to switch the phones they could not figure out how to connect the Pixel. I did the switch myself at no cost by calling metro in a matter of minutes. This location seems to be only focused on high sale and very uninformed.

Excellent customer service. Eric was very professional helped me get the best deal I could get while switching services. If you ever need help with your metro phone this is the best place to go!

We upgraded our Apple iPhone and it is a pain and takes forever to update and setup but he was kind and let us get lunch etc. very helpful and deserves to be recognized for a good job. Totally not his fault or metros that apple does not update and load the latest on there devices before selling them.....

The best Metro Pcs that I’ve been to. they only give you what you need. Unlike these other phone companies trying to up sell you on everything. They’re very professional, friendly, and it’s so organized. I had a trainee helping me, he was so knowledgeable but what he didn’t know the manager was there to help. She gave me a free screen protector for my patience. I was like okay thanks. If you want quality service go here and see these guys, I promise they won’t disappoint.

Where do I begin?!?!This Metro Pcs has the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere.Young and Coco dealt with my issue after, issue after, issue for no kidding...a week. None of it was their fault nor mine, but they managed to sew together wet tissue paper. They went above and beyond to make it right, they where constantly updating me on the status, Coco stayed an hour after they close just to try to resolve my issue, Young came in on his day off just to help make sure my port was a success.I met these people 1 week ago with a janky phone problem, and they did an exceptional and prompt job to satisy and impress this customer ❤❤

I had a problem with a recently purchase cell phone accessing it using a pin I thought I had set up when I purchsed it. I found that where I will be using my cell phone is a dead zone. I had less than one hour of usage on my phone and return the phone in mint condition. However I did a factory reset the phone before I took it to the store and they refused to return the phone. Classic bait and switch stay far away from this authorized dealer. Go to the corporate store off of old Norcross Road Duluth. The black female manager has a very unwelcome me attitude and I could tell she refused to help me the second I walked in the door I refuse to recommend anybody to this place
