Great customer service. The lady at the counter helped me figure out the size springs I need to change from 1 large to two medium. She didnt like the condition of the ones she had so went back the next day. She gave me an upgrade for the trouble of returning. Great small business.

This store is a hidden gem in Duluth, byford and Johns Creek area. I just bought a torsion tube from them and have nothing but good things to say about them. Their store is situated in an industrial area, but are right next to a garage door store. If you know what the torsion tube is, its a 16 ft 10 in long tube and is difficult to ship. I have called a few garage door service companies and they either do not sell parts or simply are not interested to call back once they realize I needed to buy parts. But this store not only called back but also provided me with a very reasonable quote. I scheduled for a next day pickup at their store. When I arrived to pickup the torsion tube, the workers there were very courteous, helpful and accommodation. The young gentleman that helped me realized my leg was hurt and even helped me carry the torsion tube to my vehicle. I got my garage door fixed the next day and this is all because this store helped me acquire the critical part.Thank you Garage Door Store-Parts! I will definitely be back if I ever need any parts for my garage door.
