Products are cute, but they have THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Emailed them everyday for a week and NEVER got a response. Even messaged their Instagram; nothing. Googled their phone number and called the phone number provided; it went straight to voicemail.

I received a lovely gift box with lavender candle, bath bomb, body creme jar, lip balm and body splash. Yummy smells and tastefully packaged.
