The store manager was awesome! She took her time and helped me to select the right paint for my project. She was extremely knowledgeable!

This review is for the service I received from Collin. We were in need of Safety Paint in Alabama for my crew. After being tossed around by the Sherwin Williams stores in Alabama because I do not speak their lingo, I decided to call this GA location as we have been in the store before. Collin answered the phone, did not hang up on me but heard my concerns and patiently help me out. I wish I could have bought the paint from him but I had my crew in Alabama, so we called the store there and told him exactly what Collin said and he was able to sell me $500 worth of paint! I almost went with another company BUT Because of Collin I did not do it. Collin you are the man!! you saved the day for my crew and my customer!

I brought five used containers of paint to this location to be mixed up. A couple were Sherwin Williams, the others were other brands. The staff helped me unload, shook up all five containers, then helped load by my vehicle. Really great service.

I would of liked to be helped sooner, however, I know that was impossible with 2 sales associates and later a 3 person came and she was able to help me. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing experience every time we had to come to Sherwin Williams. The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn’t try to push any of their more expensive paints, but instead provided us with the pros and cons of each and the purpose for each finish. We had to purchase a large amount of paint for a renovation and they were nice enough to help my wife get the paint out to our van.We also purchased some concrete stain there, but we were unsure about the amount. The great part was any unopened container that we didn’t use we were able to return without any issues.

The staff does not seem enthused when it comes to assisting you. My husband was told to do the color snap online and if we needed to, come back and bring the color snap photo so that the paint can be lightened. When we came in, Kevan was not friendly to us, but acted and responded as if he had been disturbed. Kevan stated that they could not go off of the photo and that it would be a waste of time. Justin, the person who told him to bring in the photo, didnt acknowledge that he told my husband to take a picture and bring it in. Worst service ever with an enthused or friendly staff.

Would like to give a positive rating but when we arrived at the store there was a sign posted that said, “Grabbing lunch, be right back,” which made me laugh but was fine. However, after 20 minutes of waiting we decided to go to the Dacula store which was fast and friendly.
