Minuteman Press saves our lives on a regular basis. Yvette always goes above and beyond the call of duty and their work is uniformly excellent. And if you need something immediately - they take care of you. Minuteman will be printing our school documents for a long time.

Overall a very disappointing experience from a vendor standpoint. First time doing business with this company; have worked with several other Minuteman Press locations in the past with positive results. MMP Burbanks order was completed and shipped in a timely fashion and credit card was charged to pay their bill immediately. No issues from either end...Four months later, we receive a letter from our bank stating that they had reported the charges as fraudulent and that we had been charged a penalty fee, in addition to their money being credited in full. They indicated they did not recognize the transaction, despite being sent a receipt. Instead of simply repaying the owing amount, they stated the did not have money at that time... This was July, 2017... Many calls and emails were not returned and when contact was made, staff was rude and abrasive on several occasions. After months of repeated calls, voicemails and emails, they have still not paid their bill, with seemingly no intentions to do so.

These guys are great, total class act. They did a great job and made it look easy.. If you need art and graphics, business cards, posters, ect. Look no further..

Couldnt recommend a better place. I often talk to a live person, but either way, MMP staff goes out of their way to take care of every job, small to large. These guys are the best! They dont make me feel like Ive inconvenienced them for bringing in some last minute, convoluted project with small print runs and odd specifics! Yvette is fantastic!!
