The printing lady was beyond nice. Its hard to find genuine nice people. This place has nice workers. Customers are the ones that are not nice. Specially the ones who think the world revolves around them.

Really enjoyed my experience with a young man named Dwight. Guy ended up selling me 3 items I didn’t even know I needed. Was so persuasive I just couldn’t say no. He kept mentioning how overqualified he was for this sales associate position citing his previous Assistant Regional Manager job at some place called Dunder Mifflin I think? Regardless, my experience with Dwight was incredible! Was sad to hear that he had left Staples already by the next time I had visited. I think he had a rather promising future wherever he goes.
I had a great time at this staples store; shopping for my office supplies and plus they have a great selection of pens and markers! Friendly employees!
I can honestly say that this staples is a great store with a great staff, always has what I need. However, the lady Michelle at copy and print pretty much ruins the whole store. She has a ridiculous attitude, is very rude, pretty much an exact opposite of the other employees. Shes also rude to other employees in her department. She has consistently been like this every time Ive gone in for the past 2 years. Thank you to all the other employees and managers for being so great, hopefully the company realizes there mistake in the copy and print and hires a replacement employee that can handle more than 1 customer at a time.
I came here for the UPS drop off and it was super busy! Juan at the copy department was an absolute pro! He was helping like 5 different groups at the same time without missing a beat. He was polite, helpful and deserves recognition for his stellar customer service ! Thank you Juan !!!
This is a good place to pick up most anything you would need for your office. Paper, pens, even snacks and water are available here. It’s easy to get to and the Empire Center where this is located has lots of other great shopping and dining while you’re around.

Came here to print a ONE page flyer. Ive used their great printing service before just a few minutes before closing time. Today, the lady working the printing station was eager to leave since she refused to help me print a page which takes literally three minutes.
Its a standard Staples. Nothing to write home about. If you have other stores or restaurants to visit in the empire center, then its convenient to take care of home office needs. Otherwise, I dislike the traffic in and around the area and I especially dislike navigating inside the empire center. When I need to just to go Staples, Im glad that its on one end of the shopping center, so Im able to avoid most of the cars and people.
Staples Burbank quickly got me back on track when the staples in Glendale completely dropped the ball on my print order. The Burbank location went above and beyond to quickly print and laminate what I needed. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes and their print shop guy knows how to work things. I was so happy! They take customer service seriously and work to make each customer happy and informed on what is happening with their order. I will definitely drive farther when I find a place that cares about its customers.
Cashier tells my mom, were people when she proceeded to explain to him the power cord for computer she purchased was left on counter by staples worker who bagged computer yesterday. She had already spoken with manager who was very apologetic. She was just informing caahier the item she had in cart was already paid for. A little empathy goes along way. Especially at a place of business.
Dwight helped me buy paper. He seemed to know a lot of stuff about paper for a Staples employee.
Tonight our family had the privilege of dealing with allyssa. A most righteous know it all of a computer/copy center clerk. She refused to make copies for us because she just knew everything and our copy situation was simply not possible. We had done this copy job at many staples without incident. We had made a special trip to staples for this very singular job. Suffice it to say it was a very big disappointment. We try to support staples though they have over the years cut their support to schools and teachers. She should be retrained. If in nothing else customer service and tech info. Sadly that is her only real job. Very incompetent.
06.14.2019I decided today to go to this store Burbank Impaire location to do a simple print operation. The same image had to be repeated on 4 sheets of plain paper. In the department Help hand there was a young woman worker who agreed to do this job. For 4 sheets of the same print, I would have to pay about $ 7. Well, I decided to let her do it. I think, it could be done in a maximum of 5 minutes. She said she would do it in 1 hour. I could not even think that she would really do the work that is being done in 2-3 minutes, for an hour.I went to the store while waiting for my order. Even I had a time to view my emails. She talked nicely with her manager and another employee and did nothing !!!When my patience ran out, I asked her about when my order would be completed? Her answer just hit me. She answer that she had not yet passed 1 hour from the moment she took my order!I was shocked!What disrespect for the client! What rudeness !I understand now why shops lose their business. And this store on Saturday was 99% empty! No people was in store!Her manager Nick began to protect her. He was very rude to me.He decided to make this order himself. She explained to him in such a way that in the end he did absolutely wrong what I asked her when placing an order.Time was wasted. They stole from me 1 hour 15 minutes!I had to cancel the order in the end.Im shocked by such rudeness in such a famous store.When I was driving along the road, I saw a man holding a poster. He asked for help. He lost his job and he had no money to buy food.I don’t understand why lazy and rude workers have food, work and wages. And other people dont have that. This man with poster can work in the store. And I am sure that he would do his work much faster and much better!I think that the store must answer for customers, why this famous store have now this lazy and very rude workers.There are many people in the country who could take this place. Im sure about it.06.15.2019Today I was in Kinkos, my order was made!.Its took more than 1 hour 15 minutes. As a result, they brought me an incorrect order! I had to refuse..... its lost time and health.Today I was in this center and the worker .... completed exactly such an order in 10 minutes! This was done professionally and with respect to the client.
David was so helpful. I shopped a lot at retail stores, but they lack great service. David is one of kind I wish he could cloned. I will continue to shop at Staples.

Pencil selection is the worst. Came in to find decorative design pencils but no luck and regular pencils super pricey!

I needed to use a self-service printer. However, not all if them worked, so I had to cancel out until I find one that worked. Come to find out, they pre-charged my card $5 for every time I attempted to use their broken machines. Then the associate said, Dont worry, itll come off in a day or two. Meanwhile, fifteen dollars has been taken out of my account without permission and WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY SWIPE THEIR CARD. What if some kids comes in with their debit card to make a few copies for school, and all of a sudden their account is overdrawn? Are you going to pay those fees, Burbank Staples? Ill be taking my business to Fedex from now on. Shame on you.

The print shop at this location is ALWAYS a nightmare. Ive been going there on and off for over 3 years (usually because its been awhile and theyre more convenient. I should try them again. situations) and without fail I relearn why going to any other print shop is worth it. Calling them usually results in being on hold until someone from another department bothers to pick up, only to transfer you back to the print shops shrill hold music indefinitely. Then actually going in results in disproportionately long waits, incorrectly scaled prints, and general lack of interest from the employee.Clearly their print shop is not a priority and is not worth the time and effort to go there. There are enough print shops around that youre better off driving a little farther to get better service and results elsewhere.

We purchased one office chair online and choose pick-up in one hour in this store, we receive confirmation email at that time. Two days after we did NOT receive any notice email and check the order online then we found our order has been canceled. It is not because the item is out of stock it is just because they increase the price and dont want to sell us. Very disappointed!!!
