Ralph is great. A little expensive dont get me wrong, most foods gone through the roof nowadays, but still a pretty decent place. You cant go wrong with the amount of stuff there sometimes the selection can be a little bewildering. I mean I will just go in for cereal and wind up having to decide between 50 different brands.

Well stocked store with lots of fresh produce and a nice deli.

Most of the produce is rotten and the service is terrible. I always end up coming home with the least brown of the bananas and the least molded of the oranges and strawberries. I also fished through an entire rack of chicken that had expired 2 and 3 days before that no one was bothering to replace. What was even worse, was when I needed a Ralphs card, it took me 3 visits and hounding the employees to help me get one. They wouldnt scan one for me, either, when Id ask every time how and where to get one! A customer behind me insisted I use his one of the times! Three times, the workers pointed me in the wrong direction, said the person who issued them wasnt here, and the last time, I literally followed the security guard around after he gave me some other lame excuse. I told him Id been to this store three times trying to get a card and no one would help me. And then he told me to hold on, and he wandered off for ages, and he brought me to an empty stand in the middle of the store where I waited a whole half hour before a berated worker came up and begrudgingly gave me a piece of paper to fill out and a freaking Ralphs card. Ive spent enough of my hard earned money on rotten food and rude service.

Why should the lowest level of customer service get hazard pay? Definitely Not Burbank! Call in and see how helpfulnthey arent, regularly😒

Daniel in the boar head department wasnt very welcoming. Didnt say hi to me, nothing. Had to say hi first. Please train your employees to be more welcoming 🙄

The worker Ana is disrespectful and rude. she tried to cheat me, and when I told her that she was cheating, she told me leave my store with all rudeness, Ill not go this store anymore because of her, and that is not good at all.

Edward in the meat department is very helpful! He actually showed me how to cut the skin off of my salmon (which before I used to just pull off). I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this Ralphs.

This is a small store, so it doesn’t have the variety of bigger Ralph’s. But you can forget and item and return to the other side of the store without feeling that you have walked miles! I love this place!

Prices are affordable and the customer service staff is professional and friendly. Mary is usually at the entrance of the store greeting me with an enticing bowl of yummy candy treats. Its always a pleasant shopping experience at Ralphs.

Friendly customers service. They are the only Ralphs that has Guatemala Chow Mein. Im happy that now I can buy it at Ralphs. The only problem is that the way the store is set-up is hard to find even though they have in the store. Its easy to miss and most of the employees dont seem to know where it is at in the store.

I was here yesterday I used the self checkout and something was wrong with the machine . The screen said to wait for assistance, Natalie the one in charge was just their standing, knowing I needed help .I had to call here over 3 times all for here to come and make a rude comment . She clearly doesn’t have people skills and should be held accountable for her behavior. I definitely will not be returning

I don’t know why the personnel of this store is rude all of the sudden I was paying and the manager made a drama in front of people took the cashier to teach her something... How embarrassing!!! Even for me I was shame for her and the way that they treat employees.. please support people who’s putting at risk their lives in these difficult times!!!

This is a friendly neighborhood store. They do everything they can to help you in any way they can. I am happy to support local growers in their produce section. The staff at the meat/fish counter are great. The pharmacy is A Number One! They match my regular online insurance so I dont have to buy it through the mail and they know who I am. It is so nice to have this personal service.

The cashiers ( twice- females) are unfriendly. From now on, self check out only!!Another thing I dislike. The man who serves food at the deli never wears gloves. Who knows whats on his fingers? It should be standard procedure..when serving food, please wear gloves. Enough germs are being spread!

The best fried chicken around. Seriously. Ask for it fresh. YUM!

I have been coming here for a long time. The prices are good and the staff friendly. They have a good deli and you can get grocery points that you can apply at Shell gas stations.

The guy that was in the fish department who sold us our lobster tail was super nice and even informed us how we could best do what we wanted to do with the lobster tail. This is the first lobster that we have ever cooked and he was super nice about telling us what we needed to know! :)

They have everything in my shopping list. Their service is always fast and their employees help you and are friendly. Keep it up guys!

The grocery store we deserve.I find Ralphs consistently the overall least expensive of the major grocers. Its clean and my biggest complains are kids trying to sell me candy bars outside, DARE trying to get me to donate outside, and that one employee who seems to be the only one I can find when I actually have a question because she doesnt seem to know where anything is or whether or not they carry it.Oh, and what happened to the Earth Balance Coconut Peanutbutter? Thats my life blood.Gas rewards are great, but only good at Shell which I find consistently more expensive, so I always have accumulated .20/gal off when I do stop there.

This store is very well put together. Its beautiful inside and Im sure theres something for everybody here...

This is my favorite Ralphs. (Doesnt anyone appreciate a small store?) I can get get in and out of there a lot faster than wondering the isles of those massive Ralphs stores. Manager Geri runs a tight ship and everyone is always helpful and friendly. Hope they always decide to keep this a small store. Theres enough big ones already!

Wes said a reset was being done which caused the Ralphs brand milk to be missing from the shelvesSo we bought Kroger instead. But I waited over 10 minutes on the phone for an answer, got none, was put on hold twice, transferred and then hung up upon before I called back and Wes answered.

This is a small market, as supermarkets go... easy to navigate and less walking. I go out of my way to shop here.

So much shoplifting takes place at this location. Management and security legally cant even do anything about it. Recently saw undercover officer take someone out of the store. Lets cross our fingers that this isnt just a temp response from corporate.

Ralphs is not a bargin store. However, great quality is abundant throughout the entire store. Ralphs Kroger brand is awesome. The kroger brand is of a very high quality. And the prices of Kroger are at a substantial savings compared to top shelf or premium. And again, great quality. Ive shopoed Ralphs in Venice..Westwood..and Burbank. All are basically the same. Great!

Fully stocked but too many things in the aisles making it difficult to shop. The store is stocked for a larger sized store compared to its small space making it crowded and poorly set up

This store has so much good stuff! We used to have Ralphs where I live and I miss it a lot. Every time Im in the neighborhood I drop in to this store to pick up an item or two.

Love this store, always have fresh organic vegetables and fruits, love the organic avocados and carrots.. Clean and friendly place. Small section on vegan food but hopefully the expand.

I like this Ralph because it has some useful daily things and staff also very kind so every visit is very enjoyable. In addition Ralph is clean and organized well.

This is one of the stores that I’ve been shopping from for over ten years. I like everything about the store.There’s only one thing that does not seem right to me, sometimes there are absolutely no cashiers to help and customers have to go through self checkout, self checkouts are for small items, the store should always have cashiers at actual cash registers.

I only shop here when I just need a couple of things in an emergency. The store is older and in the past was not managed well at all. Long lines, no carts, shelves not maintained well. I think they have changed managers but the store itself is just not appealing so I drive out of my neighborhood to Vons or Pavillions because I like the stores, products and pricing better then I do this Ralphs.
