I called to get a price on a standard transmission. Gave the guy behind counter the information he asked for. Told him 3 times it was for standard transmission. He quoted me. I hung up. Talked to my customer gave her the quote to repair her truck. She said do it. I call the direct line to the guy i was speaking to. He asked for the mileage then for the full vin. Then the guy behind the counter that gave the original quote said oh thats not the right price i gave you before it was $1500 higher than he originally quoted. I told him i needed to speak with a manager then because thats not what he said when i called to get quote first. Then says no manager is at the office today. I told him send me to his line ill leave message. Instead i got put on hold several times. So i kept calling back to speak with manager. Finally after my calls werent getting answered. I called the direct line 1 last time. The guy answered sent my call to manager. Manager Dan heard the conversation previously and said he would check into it and see if they could knock the price down to be near what the other guy quoted originally. Just disappointing having to call that many times and try over and over to speak to management. When someone else was blocking me from speaking to them. Manager Dan got back to me quickly. Then told me he was going to get me a different representative to help purchase the transmission that i got quoted for. New representative Taylor handled the situation very professionally. After fighting to speak to management for 30 or so minutes i got what needed to happen in the first place.

I need it two doors on the passenger side of my Infiniti M35 I called them then I went to the location to pick them up in Burleson and I tell you the doors were perfect that I need it for the car the people were helpful it didnt take more than an hour to get everything done and get back home I would recommend them to anyone and actually I quite often do

Call Talk to Joe Lopez Ask him about a 2017 Dodge Charger engine 3.6 with 44000 miles he had in stock he told me how i could research the car to insure it was the motor. he told me if i paid for it by noon 8/16/2021 i would receive it 8/18/2021 he sent me a link with the total price with no other details l paid it .I received a motor from elpaso 8/19/2021 with 98000 miles When I asked Joe Lopez about it he said I was actually getting a better deal than I originally asked for

First off, as a relatively frequent customer of LKQ, I have always found the staff and front desk at this location to be very friendly, pleasant, professional, and have had nothing short of great interactions with them. My trouble begins a couple weeks ago when I ordered an A/C compressor for a 2012 Cadillac SRX - After placing the order and picking up the part at this location, it wasnt until I began the installation that we realized the compressor they sold us had the words FoMoCo molded into the housing...an obvious indication that this compressor was for a Ford and not a Cadillac. We googled the part number and found the compressor LKQ sold us was for a 2010 Ford Fiesta & not a Cadillac SRX...and while inventoried for a Cadillac, it literally had Ford written on the part. Understanding mistakes happen, we took the part back and got a refund and ordered another compressor. The rep informed us that it was cheaper to buy online as LKQ online offers free shipping. We did so and after a week went by we received the new compressor over the weekend. Upon opening the box, to avoid screaming in anger we chose to have a good laugh and took the attached pictures. For those not acclimated to vehicle parts - this is an ALTERNATOR, not an AC compressor, for a Buick Lacrosse, that arrived in the box exactly as pictured - no padding or extra cardboard or anything at all to prevent it from bouncing around, punching a hole through the box, and ultimately breaking in multiple places en-route. LKQ used to be great, I love the Burleson location, but this has just gotten completely ridiculous and has turned into an extremely frustrating comedy of errors that will once again fall on deaf ears of our angry customer who has now been waiting over 1.5 weeks for their vehicle, but still we cant finish the job because LKQ seems to have issues understanding the difference between a Ford & a Cadillac the first go-round, and an alternator for a Buick vs AC compressor for a Cadillac the second go-round. Do what we are now doing - convince your customers to buy new or re-built parts from a reputable auto parts store. Spending a little extra will save you much more money in the long run. LKQ just isnt what they used to be and is not worth the hassle unless you have adequate time to waste and your businesss reputation is not subjected to customers becoming angry over LKQs inexcusable mistakes

Rude desk help! More like they dont want to work. The part I waited five days to be pulled either was damaged while pulling or already damaged before pulling. Sold to me without even letting me know. I dont work on cars so no I wouldnt have noticed the part was 🗑️. * Note*I understand how to handle parts. Part road in my backseat. I drove from the other side of the metroplex to get this part. I now know why people dont want to deal with the Burleson location.

I bought a spare tire about a year ago from LKQ. I gave the associate I bought it from my car type and the dimensions of my tire and he sold me a spare. I did not measure the tire to double check that it would fit, and thats on me. And of course I did not discover that it was much too big until I actually needed to use it. I called customer service, I was not trying to return the tire for a refund, I knew that would be unreasonable since I had bought it a year ago, but I was trying to enquire whether or not I could return the tire for some type of credit towards one that actually fit properly. I could not even finish my sentence before the customer service associate cut me off and told me they wont refund me, which was not what I was even going to ask. Just put out the extra cash and buy from the dealership. They should be able to sell you the right part, or at least listen to your call.

Very helpful when ordering my part, having to buy the whole door to get the trim for my cadillac. BUT !!!!Next day, door was shipped to wrong location, will have to go back. Second day, went to pickup part and it was the wrong door. I was informed they would correct the problem. Now 2 wasted trips. Well see what happens....

Bad experience 4th time there.Not professional staff. They always order different parts. Want to get you in and out quick and dont pay attention to orders example i ordered a ecm for a 5.3 and they gave me for a 4.8.. Another order i ordered a taillight for a 2016 Malibu they gave a 2012 said it fit. While i had broken taillight in hand. Never go back ill order online my take longer but 90% of the time you get what you order.

Can someone please tell how everything is more expensive here than anywhere else. 6 year old car and grille and front bumper is $1200. And its a salvage yard!!! Phone sales was more than happy to get me off the phone. Promptly told me that he didnt have the part, then hung up when I tried to verify if we were talking about the same part. I thought they were networked with other LKQ locations. Could they not have it somewhere else and have it shipped to this location for a fee? Who knows because goober was too eager to hang up. What a joke, never again. I think their overall rating speaks for itself.

This aint a salvage yard this is a screw yard if you want used parts goto pick in pull or something this place has used parts but what more than what you can get them for brand new like lights i can get 2 for 40 brand new and normaly thay cut the pigtail off with it well not this place thay want to charge 35 just for the end john real nice though but still wouldnt buy from there again just because its cheaper to buy new

If you own a business, dont schedule your customer! They will say for DAYS the part is on its way, then rudely tell you on the day it is to be delivered, dont know what to tell ya and then transfer you to your sales rep whom is also rude WHEN YOU CAN EVEN GET HIM TO ANSWER THE LINE! My phone conversation was fine, and David ordered a wheel for my car to pick up the next day. when i could make it, the day after scheduled lickup, i only waited about 5 minutes to get the wheel. unfortunately it wasnt until i was at Discount Tires 20 minutes later getting new tires that we noticed they gave me a 15 wheel, but my receipt did in fact list the proper 14 wheel model. i took the wheel back 30 min later, and they ordered the wheel again and said they would call by tomorrow when it will probably be there. 3 stars for not reading the wheel upon receiving it, but they had no problem taking care if it and ordering it again. they even told me not to wait and they would order it & call me to confirm ETA so i took off back to work after setting the wheel on the counter.THANX GUYS AND GALS @LKQ!

This is my fist time coming in here, I needed a gear box for a 98 Chevy Truck the old guy, who was a complete jerk, couldnt understand the fact gear box and asked me if it was a rear axle I dont know much about vehicles for matintence wise, and he was arrogant and rude and inconsiderate, he acted annoyed and dissatisfied to help me, thats not how someone should be treated, especially in a business! I was treated like I shouldve been the expert, I went a little ways down the road to I35 Auto and they helped me tremendously, very helpful and nice. The douchebag I associated with at LKQ, made my first experience there horrible, and I will never return, nor will I recommend this place to anybody.

I have bought more then one engine from this company and both are very good low mileage basically plug and play for a competent mechanic very fair price and good response time my altenator i bought before 1pm for next day day pick up and they forgot to put it on the shuttle so now i have to wait till over the weekend to pick it up they gave me a refund of $25 dollars on the parts but i would have rather payed full price on the part to have it today sad i liked lkq but wont be returning for anything but a engine now there parts department is obviously incompetent and here i recommend lkq to all my friends and family

Incompetent salvage yard. Too many rules at a salvage yard will smother the business. They require retail customers to prepay before they will pull the parts. The only problem with that is they dont hold up their part of the deal. They wont pull the parts in the allotted time and wont give you a reason why. This is the worst experience I have had at a used parts place.
