I have a sub zero refrigerator now for 17 years and it has been worth every penny of it. Recently I called their customer service because, for the first time, I had to replace a part. The woman on the phone, Barbara, was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but she was most kind, cheerful and uplifting in her voice, tone and attitude!! Great job, SubZero, in hiring such a fine Human Being such as Barbara! She is a rare gem and definitely a keeper. Her attitude is exactly what we need especially during these challenging Covid times. Thank you!!
Cant review.. need appointment to go into showroom
Where to begin, first their pre-site inspection people show up to make certain all cabinets were built to spec, electrical was installed to spec and so on. 3 men came out all arguing with each other as to what need to be done or not done. It became a democratic debate, 2 said yes 1 said no, it was a yes.. These 3 were not as professional as one would expect when spending an exorbitant amount of money on appliances. In the end we were given an itemized list of repairs or modifications to be made. Once the cabinet builder the electrician and contractor became involved, it was 100% apparent that the pre-site inspectors were not versed in their work. From the entire list of 10 or so items to be addressed, only 1 was accurate. We made the adjustment and moved on. So, preparing to set up an installation date, my AMEX was run 3 times and all times coming back declined.. apparently the agent at Riggs did not know that Riggs does not take amex. I purchased my appliances from Davies, fabulous people over there, not problem with taking AMEX, but the installers for a piddly 2K are not willing to pay the extra 3/4 point in fees to AMEX that they dictate to us how we MUST pay. CHARGE ME THE EXTRA 3/4 POINT, or at least give me the option. You see there are other installers, but if you want your warranty to stay intact and extended, YOU MUST USE RIGGS. No other installer in the ENTIRE bay area will be acceptable to WOLF and their products. So, in the end you may think, just use a Visa or check, but why should I? We account for our spending and get our points using our AMEX, and when being dictated to by a company who has a monopoly on the installation, I would certainly look for a different brand next time.
I visited the showroom today and was provided so much information from Elizabeth Andrade. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the Wolf/Sub-Zero products. I was impressed by the products and her down to earth style. Elizabeth helped me make my decisions of what I wanted.
If you are looking for Wolfe ideas, this showroom is amazing!! The staff was helpful, friendly, and very professional!!
Excellent customer service. Elizabeths knowledge, suggestions, and advised made my shopping experience very easy. Thanks!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This showroom is only for very high-end kitchen appliances.
Really helpful staff (see Elizabeth) and the full gauntlet of appliances from Wolf, Sub Zero and Cove.
Very disorganized, unreliable, company. Avoid.
You really have to read the fine print to know this is by appointment only. Driving all the way from downtown San Francisco to Burlingame to be turned away for lack of an appointment - is very disappointing. On top of it, when I called to talk to a manager, the same gentleman mentioned its a pretty common thing. Not the kind of customer service you would expect for such good machines.
Outstanding event with super attention to detail and quality of the entire experience.
Friendl, helpful staff.liked all the appliances that we saw.
