We waited for 35 minutes in line. There was no update on the wait time and they didnt even care or act that this wasnt expected, so I assume this is the typical behavior you will receive from the store. Once it was our turn the representative was helpful and knowledgable. If you are thinking of visiting the store expect long wait times.

Miguel was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me figure out a couple of issues with my new phone even though I didnt even buy the phone there. He also reduced my T-Mobile bill. Great customer service.

When I landed in San Fransisco after traveling abroad, I came to this store to get an account with t-mobile. They gave me a great service and a good price. Lucky me, I even got an awesome phone number. Nice store and nice sales men.

I came today to ask help for my phone. Turns out there was a system upgrade and when these things happen I freak out because I dont recognize the changes. The guy (I didnt get his name, too bad) patiently walk me through the changes. Very good for customer like me who is not tech savvy. Thanks!

I really like t-mobile. but for this store will be my 2 star, because I was not well attended and the girl who was in bad mood. I bought my s10 and I am satisfied. Too bad the service inside the store is very poor.

At this store they are crooks, i went to buy a phone and the employee lied about a pixel 4 phone being discounted 200 dollars off the original price i agreed and purchased the phone, the seller told me i had to sign the paperwork at full price in order to get the phone and then billing was going to adjust the price at 400 dollars, he also pushed the expensive screen and phone protector he lied again telling me it was 50% off the same day i calle 611 and i was told there was not discount on the phone, i was transferred to a supervisor and he lied also telling me they were honoring the 200 discount, after 2 days i recieved a text from billing and monthly bill went 52 dollars higher, there was no discount, i returned to the store and the guy that sold me the phone kept on lying and lying about the discount, i called 5 times 611 customer care and i was reasured there was no discount whatsoever for the phone, on top of it iwas being charge 18 extra for insurance monthly which i didnt authorized, they are crooks to rip people off, i am still very upset i returned the phone and wanted me to pay 50 dollars for stocking fee, i called for the fifth time 611and they talked to the employee advising him not to charge me the 50 dollars, dont set a foot at this store in Burlingame they are big time crooks pathological liars.

The customer representative is too bad, not polite.

Pleasant and Efficient service!

Just switched to T Mobile from AT&T. This location was very helpful and friendly. I switched four lines including one land line. Priscilla who assisted me was great and hung with me through whole process and even checked back with me days after I was in the store to see how it was going with the line transfers.

The representative doesnt know how to talk but knows how to make faces. Such a great willingness to provide customer service! :(

If you plan on coming to this T-Mobile location, be prepared to spend at least an 1hr+ here. This applies especially if your sales associate is Lourdes. Im not sure whether she was training me to become a fellow employee or sell me a phone, but I know every single plan, insurance option, and accessory option that T-Mobile offers for every available device. Im ready to throw on an employee shirt and meet some sale quotas. Whether its a new plan or just a line addition... clear your schedule for the rest of the day.

Went in today because I was thinking of changing carriers and wanted some info. CJ and Markus were really nice and CJ was ridiculously informative and helpful. Whatever hes getting paid its not enough. Ill be going with T-mobile when I switch later this month for sure.

Fast, cheap, nice. Excellent. So, so much better than my experience with Verizon down the street, which was a disaster.

One of the staff scratched the screen of my own phone! Realized it after hours unfortunately. Do not recommend such a service.
