The Apple certified place was booked out for several days when my older Macbook crashed. I thought it was dead for good but hoped they could retrieve something. I brought it in one afternoon without an appointment, they called me that evening and said they fixed it! Ready for pick up! It cost ~$200 but I’m pretty sure Apple would have talked me into something new, as usual. I’m very happy the Genius Bar was closed and I decided to shop local.

Super helpful staff.After going to an Apple Store appointment, Apple told me I needed to get a new logic board ($500) and the guys at yeamac we’re able to sort out my computer within 10 minutes free of charge. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Took in an older generation mini iPad that we had tried to repair at another place for a broken screen. They answered all my questions on the phone and were clear about the process. Dropped it off and in a few days we had it back in perfect working condition. They are very friendly here and I was impressed by the fast turnaround.

I stopped by to have my iPad fixed for the home button, which was physically damaged by me since it failed to respond. The technician suggested me and taught me how to use Soft Button because it cost too much to fix the button and replace the screen protection. The shop earns my loyalty for the future Apple product repair and will strongly recommend to people who need the service.

I had the best experience getting my iMac repaired with Yea!Mac this week.They did a complete re-install and loaded many of my applications so we could test machine speed. They bent over backwards trying to fix a problem that the Apple Genius staff weren’t able to identify.And the price was right.I couldn’t be happier. And then to top it off, they carried my iMac the 3 blocks to my car.They get a 5+ rating from me.

I dont generally post reviews, but felt compelled as this was hands down the best technical support Ive ever had!! Seriously.. they were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I thought my older MacBook Pro 15 was a goner after it crashed and that my hard drive with all my data was going with it.. Not only were they able to salvage my hard drive and place on a new one, helped physically clean up my laptop, it now runs faster, even smoother than before, and they even helped with the most recent updates. Honestly feel like I have a brand new computer, and will offer a hearty recommendation and thanks for all of your work! Happy camper for sure!

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with a MacBook Pro that wouldnt turn on. I walked out after twenty minutes, MacBook repaired without a fee. They also helped me start a routine for backing up my computer, which is how most of my time with them was spent.These guys are affable and knowledgeable!

I walked into YeaMac in desperation because a very important and lengthy excel file had been corrupted. I already had purchased a repair kit on line which did not work and had the company unsuccessfully try to repair the file. They told me it couldnt be repaired. Jay Goldstein is a gem!! He tried a few things while I was standing there and asked if he could keep the file and try a few more. He called me and said he was successful. I am one happy camper! He did the impossible and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him without any hesitation. I will sleep better knowing he is there in case it ever happens again.

I am very appreciative of the service that YeaMac did not provide.I have an older MacBook Air whose battery dies within 30 minutes if the laptop is not connected via power adapter. I contacted YeaMac via email to describe my issue and request a quote. They replied within 30 minutes with a price quote (labor plus parts) and an estimate of how long the work would take.I dropped off my laptop for service and was contacted by an employee (named Will) shortly thereafter to advise me that, after opening the laptop casing, my motherboard had corrosion and a battery swap would unlikely fix my problem. In fact, he advised that since my laptop was currently in a stable state (i.e., it had all functionality as long as it was connected to the power adapter) it should not be serviced; I should simply use the laptop until it dies. I picked up the laptop and was not charged anything (I was prepared to pay for labor).The staff at YeaMac were friendly and professional. I appreciate their customer service and advice.

These guys are awesome. Beyond the day they fixed a cracked iPhone 5s screen in an hour and at a reasonable price, they also will not take your money if they dont need to. I had an iPad that was convinced the headphones were still plugged in when they werent - I assumed either water had got in or the connection was broken. The YeaMac guys sprayed it out with some compressed air, which knocked out a piece of something (hopefully just lint!) that was blocking it and voila! Good as new...and they declined to charge me.Ive given up trying to fix things myself - its YeaMac from now on.

Loved the service I received from Yea!Mac! I was looking for a cost-efficient battery service for my 2008 MacBook Pro. Was told by Apple that my laptop was no longer supported so had to find another solution. Contacted Yea!Mac online and received a prompt response to come in anytime, no appointment needed, for a free diagnostic. Dropped off my MacBook and was told that results would be ready in 15 min. Came back in 10 min, and everything was done! Battery replaced for a very reasonable price, and its working like a champ now. Thank you!!

No one wants to be without their Apple device for more than a few hours. As much as I like the Apple Store for all their help, theyre so SLOOOW when it comes to repairing your iPhone, MacBook Pro or iPad. Yea!Mac was so quick and very honest (!!!!) in advising me about repairing my trackpad.I dropped it off around 10:05am and they called me to tell me it was done around 1pm the SAME DAY. Staff couldnt be NICER!!! Super friendly! Happy people who made my day!!!They told me that it could be just a simple cleaning or replacing it. Instead, it was a cable but I was happy to pay more than an inexpensive cleaning. Very reasonable, competitive pricing. Cheaper than a brand new computer. AND, they cleaned the whole thing. My screen and keyboard have never been this clean!I cant say enough great things about Yea!Mac. So happy I found them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Heres what theyve done for me so far:-Saved my MacBookPro from a major water spill - all systems go-Replaced my crunched iPhone screen whilst I dined-Helped me obtain an adapter from the old SONY monitor power tower to mate with the Mac Mini (pretty sure Apple store would have tried to sell me a zillion $ new monitor: not happening)-Helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with the set-up, hooked it up, made sure it worked and sent me on my way-Eliminated a buncha nonsense that invaded my iMac and hooked up the new printer after Epson tech tried to sell me a bridge in BrooklynANYTHING goes wrong with a Mac and you need to be here. I dont have to schedule an appointment for a week later, I dont have to wait in line and wait for my name to show up, I get great advice on products they dont even sell and they dont treat me like some dumb old bat (which I am)
