We have been using Jimmy at TEC-LOOP in Burlingame for 5 years plus and recently had problems with Verizon on our Samsung and iPhone.Verizon & Apple stores could not help us and then tried and tried. Then after exhausting hours of trying to get help, we visited Jimmy at TEC-LOOP. Jimmy figured out all the problems, ........unbelievable. I cracked the screen of my 15 2016 Macbook Pro. I knew it was going to be expensive, but i did not expect the $1000 from Apple and $1150 from Best Buy that i was quoted. Apple said they would need my laptop for a week and Best Buy said they would ship it to Kentucky to get it fixed (4-6 weeks). So i called around several mom and pop shops and Techloop was by far the cheapest. They told me $650 out the door. Sounded a little too good to be true but i figured id give it a shot and drove out to Burlingame. Sure enough, i dropped off my computer and picked it up the next day (they had to order a new screen) and it was all done. The guys were extremely helpful and very nice. Please give these guys your business. I have never written a review before, but my family owns a tire shop and i realize how helpful our yelp is to us. Apple does not need any more money. I am writing this on my fixed Macbook. Also, he quoted me just $135.00 to fix my Iphone 10 screen, very cheap.

Went to fix my iPhone 5ss glitching screen. He talked with me about what problems the screen was having (unresponsive, random buttons pressed when I didnt touch the screen) and whether it would be better to fix the screen (about $50) or get a new phone. I decided to get it fixed and he did it in 15 minutes! All the glitches on the screen were gone and I can keep using my super old phone. Thank you!

We love this place. it isn’t often that you can find a place that you can trust 100% when it comes to repairing your phone. More than once, we have gone in fully expecting to pay to fix our phone; and more than once, Jimmy has told us how to work with the Apple warranty program to get our phone fixed for free or for less with Apple. They care more about building trust with their client base (which means loyal, long-term customers) rather than making a quick buck here and there. We always call Jimmy first now when we have any phone issues!Recently went to the TechLoop looking for a laptop. Jimmy helped me figure out what I needed/wanted and sold me a MacBook Pro for a very fair price.

Great Owner! I want to uninstall thin version iMac mount and send it out. But the owner friendly explained the whole process and suggested me that it will be lower cost sending it directly.

I had a problem with my iPhone SE. It would always want to turn itself off. Jimmy troubleshooted the phone and replaced the on/off button. Works fine and explained to me why phones and computers get obsolete. I was going to get a new one but he explained that I have at least 2 or 3 years to go until Apple doesnt support my phone. Learned something new that day. I highly recommend them.

Apple Store said my iPhone 5s would only be useful as a paperweight. They were serious. Jimmy at Techloop opened it up, and repaired the power supply port, put in the latest version of iOS and the phone is working perfectly. I highly recommend this store and Jimmy.
