I ordered 48x80 mirror sliding doors back in July and its now mid September. They had a 3rd party shipping company attempt to deliver the doors 3 times, which they were received broken all 3 times. Each time they requested me to purchase the replacement item in full while I had to wait 5-10 business days to be refunded for the previous failed order (3x). I contact them today and now all of their items miraculously are required to be Will-Called from the Burlington location. After a month of 3 failed orders, and hours of time spent dealing with aggravated clients they were not able to honor the difference for another item that was a $30 difference that was packaged differently. Instead they insisted in a maximum discount up to 15% that could only be applied once the 3rd delivery was refunded (5-10 business days). I dont know what this company was using my funds for but this was an extremely horrible experience and about as big as a bureaucratic birds nest you can imagine. I dont know how this company stays afloat.

Very good experience working for them, everyone is a very helpful employees are on point and its a very busy Company.

If you a truck driver and you happen to deliver here. you have to try GROOVY PIZZA AND CAFE . It is affordable and great pizza. Worth the money . LETS KEEP AMERICA RUNNING! 2021

I will never do business with HD again, ordered 12x20 Straw Wettle online. I stopped by my local store to see if I could pick it up the online order said it was coming from there. They did not know about the order at all, called the toll free number and was told they no longer sell that item online and would cancel my order. I told them they had charged my card the $103 and they should reverse the charge. They told me they did not charge my card it was only a pre-authorization and I should call my bank. I told the operator I know my bank would say it take 4 to 10 days for the process to complete and I should talk to the merchant at which point the women hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I spoke to my bank who told me just what I knew they would there is nothing they can do while it is in processing status it may or may not drop off in 4 to 10 days I should call the merchant. I called HD for a second time to tell them what the bank said and they insisted they did not charge my card. I once again asked for a manager and the women who was not the same as the first one hung up on me. I have $103 in limbo for 5 days now and they knew good and well when I ordered the product that they were not selling it online due to not being able to ship it. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

I got a rake in a small box handle sticking out of the box. And this was a replacement one because the screw broke halfway into the wood when I was assembling the last one. Yes I even had to assemble the rake. Not to mention the price of the rake I could have gotten a bigger one at the local hardware store for the same price if not less.

They like to treat temps like crap and make false aligations just because there honded to do somthing they were supposto do a while ago the only reason I give them a star is they have good products but all and all if your a temp employee its not a friendly place to be
