First of all people dont listen, customer service not great! I told these people not to call my landlord, they called anyway. I pay rent timely with landlord, I just dont want them in my business. Long relationship buying with rent a center for over 15 years cash items and rental. Always pay off ahead of time. They decide they going to violate my privacy. Well I told them no on that. They had options. Fail to do the correct thing. So I decided not to rent from them ever again. I am looking into what I can do about violating my privacy. I am sick of some places customer service, just because you rent. Good people rent also.

Ever since the one guy left asmanager it is not the same. I lost my job and ended up sending the stuff back because I got behind. My phone got shut off and we was never home for them to come get it. Now that Im stable and can afford it again they want me to pay back all the back rent. I thought you was supposed to pick up where you left off.

Love the manager🙂, not only does he help you out but he accommodate at yours needs. Been a customer for 7yrs now.

Always calling on Saturdays as Im at work when my payment is due for a friendly remainder. Leaves several voicemails plus emails! I believe that is HARASSMENT! Just leave people alone unless theyre late on their payment!
