Decent lower quality furniture for decently lower prices. Vaughn was great though! He was very helpful in helping you find what you need. Didnt buy anything today but may be back another day.

If I could I would give zero stars DONT BUY FROM HERE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They’re liars! Why do they give a guarantee if they do not want to comply when you claim them? They even make a face when you go to the store to claim they have no manners they are rude

I was very pleased with the attention we got in making our purchase. The store location is an area we seldom go into. Some of the furniture I saw created an interest. Currently I have an interest in a recliner that better suits my desires. Will go back at a later date to look further into this.The true test of my satisfaction/dissatisfaction will occur on Monday with the delivery of the washer we purchased. You get 5 stars for now. Keep it that way.

My family went to visit Schwels stores both in Roxboro and Burlington to browse around showrooms on New Years Day. We were very impressed with the wide selection of furniture and appliances. Customer service was excellent and although we were only going to look at furniture that day, we ended up purchasing to full size matching couches. We saved almost 50% buying the pair thanks to both the New Years Day sale and the additional 10% discount they honored. We received our new furniture within 4 days and our house looks great. We will definitely be buying more furniture from them in the future. Highly recommended for quality and excellent customer service.

Very well please with the young lady who assisted me on my purchase but I was kinda rushed because it was closing time. I did like my purchase but there where questions that I wasn’t given the opportunity to ask.

I been with them 3 years + other than they are a bit expensive I havent really had a problem with them other than once they deliver they wont pick back up I had gotten a bed and realized once they set it up it was way 2 big for my kids room i called the next day and asked them if they could come pick it up but they refused and I ended up having to pay for a $2500 bed I didnt want and couldnt keep that was the only issue i had so far

Very poor I returned my item that cost me almost $1800 bcuz it didn’t come with the pieces for it too work they said I had to spend more an buy the water hose to go to my washer machine but never told me that until it was delivery day if I had know from the beginning I wouldn’t have brought the washer an dryer

I am wanting to change my living room suite, but didnt find anything I was interested in.

My grand parents shopped at Schewel for all their needs. It has been 30 years since I purchased a new bedroom suite. I have shop a few other stores in the area. No store has compared to my shopping experience with the Burlington Schewel store. My sales lady was fantastic, not pushy at all, however very helpful in my decisions. The finance dept. was very easy to work with. I will for sure be a repeat customer. I highly recommend Schewel Furniture.

Update 09/08/18: it’s nice the company reads the reviews, we continue to love our dining set; we’ve told some friends who moved into the area about this place, bad reviews probably had finance issues (I tend to be sure I have money before I purchase something)4.5 stars …I lucked out on a great deal for an awesome dining set, people were pleasant & helpful … frigid day means they were quite happy to see me in the store …Even on non-sale / non discontinued items prices were quite fairOnly slight knock was selection wasn’t the widest, thankfully they had something perfect for us.Oh, plenty of spacious parking which is a plus if moving the furniture yourself.

EVEN AFTER MY TERRIBLE ORDEAL, I HAVE BEEN KEEPING IN TOUCH AND MAKING PAYMENTS WHEN POSSIBLE. NEVER MORE THAN 2 PAYMENTS BEHIND. FINALLY IM UP-TO-DATE AND TRYING TO JUST GET THE ACCOUNT PAID OFF WHEN IM TOLD A $126 WAS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS 2 PAYMENTS BEHIND. EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW MY SITUATION. SO NOW THE FRAUD THAT WAS COMMITTED AGAINST ME IS STILL COSTING ME MORE MONEY. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT WASNT THEIR FAULT THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF FRAUD, BUT DID THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE? TO BE EXACT, $126 WORSE? The bunk beds that they told me would be delivered on a certain date, I find out the day before delivery ummm we don’t have the bunk beds. Pretty sure they keep way before the day before delivery, we can get them it will take around 30 days. No thank you, please just deliver the table. For 2 weeks I called and left my number for someone to call me back about new numbers, since the bunk beds were not available. No call backs.(if I was to be late on a payment I bet I could get some callbacks) Finally talk to someone after I called again,and they tell me one thing, then I get a call from someone else, the numbers you were given were wrong. I’m sorry about that. I don’t need an apology, I’ve done customer service before it’s apart of the job to say I’m sorry, even when your not.

Great people to come for help. Manager takes time out to understand your problem and workes with you on your problem. Everyone goes out of their way and yes there a man there up in age. I personal call grandma or papas because he has a great attude about everything and once u get him rolling. You cant get him to shut up no way. Laughs all the time and customer service is a 100% ontime with everything.One thing is ...... I wish i could work with a great of people there. I could fit in there as a sale mam for sure. 15 yrs experiences in sales and retail ....
