No experience techs work here anymore. They have ran off all the good techs. Do not take your car here unless you want it to be used as a training tool for inexperienced kids. Do yourself a favor and ask around town before you make this place your decision.. all the quality techs are down the road.. take your car there

Bought a vehicle in September 2020 and it needed the front bumper fixed. Set up time to go to the collision center to have it fixed as part of the purchase agreement. Got it “fixed”. They told me it would be a 3-4 hour project. Took less than an hour. I was skeptical but it looked good so went with it. A year later the bumper is once again not right. Took it to my body shop because I do not trust Deery brothers at all and my body shop is convinced that all the collision center did was glue the bumper and not replace the clip like they told me they were going to.

Very professional and affordable. There price was more affordable then some others in town. I had a side mirror for my car put on. It looks great They even washed my car and washed off my rubber floor mats too! Very pleased with there work. Thank you!

Danielle was on top of stuff, texting to keep me informed as the repair was completed. I appreciated the considerable amount of time she took to keep me in the loop.

Didnt repair all of my car the first time after having it for over a month. So now waiting on the other parts to be fixed. Said they detailed my car inside and out and dont believe it was done.

My experience is with Justin Cobb. He was friendly and courteous about answering my questions. The fact that you get an option about updates on vehicle repairs days a lot about the quality of service and standard of care.

Great and quick service. The girl who wrote up the estimate was very helpful and answered what questions she could. And provided a fast reply on providing me with the estimate.

The employees are so kind and helpful. The quality of the work is great. My car was cleaner when I got it back than when I dropped it off. I like that they would text me updates!

I had a bit of body damage on my new truck and Deery Collision took up the challenge to make it look good again. I was originally quoted at about 4 days to get it done. It took a little longer than 4 days, but upon looking at the work done I am fine with the couple extra days. It looks beautiful. Paint matches perfectly, all signs of damage are gone, and I can look at my truck without a pit in my stomach. The pricing was not outrageous for what they had to do, and I cannot stress how wonderful of a job they did. I had constant updates on what was happening to my truck, and if I had any questions I felt welcome to ask them and everything explained fully. Incredible job Deery Collision!!

Find another body shop. They gave me the heads up that they are 45 days backed up on work... my car has been in the shop 2 months and they are still waiting on parts.

I’ve been to Deery Collision twice in the last year for various repairs, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are courteous and helpful, and my repair jobs are top-notch. I’m hoping I don’t have to take my car back again, but if I ever have another accident, they’re my first choice, and I highly recommend them.

I was worried that this was going to be a huge bill and time to have this shield fixed under the front bumper. We have such plans for this next few weeks there just wasnt time in there or dollars for that matter for ...... well you get the drift. 20 minutes and $30.00. Really appreciate the help. I know it wasnt a huge job but any car repair seems like a huge deal.

My Sierra damaged pickup bed was removed and replaced with a totally reconditioned used one.

The manager was so helpful and very nice. He also made sure I got out of there spending as little as possible for a repair. They had refreshments while i waited as well. Not what you expect from a car shop... but better!

I have had three vehicles repaired there and the do first-rate work. You certainly get what you pay for. Customer service is great, and things are clearly communicated prior to the job starting.

Not happy! Cant say front office not helpful, but experience there not positive for my repair. Insurance company prompted me there, and I figured it would be ok as it was just a bumper and is warranted, will not return to have it fixed! Some sort of debris left under paint, grease on interior driver door, and I just found this weekend after washing what looks to be polisher marks right on center of hood, which causes my paint on original hood to look odd as it is so conspicuously different.

Prices for the car repairs and services are OUTRAGEOUS. Nobody should have their cars worked on here. Manufacturers warranties never say you have to get your car serviced where you purchased it. Take your vehicles somewhere else to save BIG BUCKS.

Terrible customer service. Prices are ridiculous, they wont work with you. Gave me false information on my vehicle, telling me I need parts fixed when I had bought new already. Employee decided to grab a piece of my vehicle that was already falling apart and pull on it showing me that it needs fixing. If you are a female and want a quote on your vehicle expect to be rudely treated and lied to.

I wish I could give Deery Brothers Collision zero stars because of my experience, but, I cant. My truck was hit by someone in May of last year. The work was done by a shop in Vermont. The person that hit me had Nationwide Insurance. His insurance company was great and told me if the work was done by an on your side shop, they would guarantee the work. The work was done and after moving to Iowa I notice there was a flaw in the paint. I took pictures and sent them to the original agent. I was then sent to Deery Brothers for an inspection. They agreed that the work was shotty and done by someone inexperienced. The insurance company then paid Deery Brothers to fix the flaw. Now, I want to say that the original flaw was a spot the size of the palm of my hand. Through the paint you could see the imperfections in the body work. When I went to pick my truck up after 6 days of work, I noticed there were bubbles everywhere on the fender. I said it looked terrible. The original person I talked to said they were allowed so many imperfections on a job because new vehicles come with imperfections. I said that is false, new vehicles do not have over 30 bubbles in the paint new from the factory (which is how I bought the vehicle.) The truck was almost brand new when this accident occured, and has no other imperfections anywhere. I called management and had the manager of the collision ceneter look at it. He said he would have his guy buff on it and see what he could do. After a few hours of buffing I got the truck back. This is how it looked. Remember: this is after they did their best to make it look good. I just looked at him and said this was a new truck when it was hit. After they did body work on it, the paint looks 30 years old. I told them I wanted it fixed and they said they would have to call the insurance company and see if they would foot the bill. It has now been a month since they told me they would call me and they have not contacted me to tell me how they would fix this. Do not take a vehicle to them. They are an absolute joke. Instead of making you happy, they try to justify their terrible work with excuses and tell me how its someone elses fault. Now, the insurance company is going to pay to have a different shop do the work again.
