Top notch customer service. We worked with Crystal to get a warranty on our new Hyundai. Even though we live in WI the transaction went smoothly. She walked me though my options and was quick with her responses. I could hear her smile via her email correspondences. Perhaps next time we need a new vehicle we will take a road trip :)

I cant say enough good things about Burlington Hyundais service department. Service manager Eric Sansone and his team of service technicians are stellar! They diagnosed a problem with my Tucson and actually showed me the problem while on the lift so I could see it. They informed me about issues that needed an immediate fix and other issues that could wait until a later time. I never felt any pressure to do more than what was needed. Great service!

Worked with Crystal Careau to purchase the Hyundai Protection Plan on my sonata. I live in Cincinnati, and after emailing every dealer in the Cincinnati area, and getting the run around.... I found the several recommendations online to contact Crystal. Im glad I did. She responded very quickly, there were no games or trying to persuade me to purchase a 3rd party warranty. If youre out of state getting the run around trying to purchase the HPP, dont waste anymore time and just contact Crystal!!

I had to get my winter tire changeover and was concerned about a few other issues with my car. I expressed these to Carolyn at check in and she was very attentive and helpful. She called me before doing the additional work needed to get my okay and explained in detail the repairs that were necessary. Thank you to Carolyn and the mechanics in the service department for making my car safe to drive again. I will definitely be back for future service.

My son was visiting me from Pennsylvania and discovered an oil leak on his Hyundai Sonata. He was on a deadline to return home. Even though the service department was booked up with no openings, he had AAA+ tow his car in.Carolyn and the service team fixed the problem the same day. They really went out of their way to help in his emergency situation.🙂

Had an issue with the delivery of the car when it was sold to me very recently. Repairs were made and the car was delivered dirty. On this visit the car was inspected for brake noise and it was fixed for free and reinspected. Eric the manager was genuinely concerned about the previous service and provided me with service records on this car to include all the equipment that are covered under lifetime warranty (Engine) or ten year warranty due to previous problems with the car. I am extremely pleased with the way things were handled I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this Hyundai service department for repair or body work etc.

I reside in Reno, NV, where I recently bought a 2020 Hyundai Tucson “Sport” at a nearby dealership. Upon meeting with the finance manager, the discussion came up regarding the purchase of Hyundai’s Platinum extended warranty plan. Although somewhat skeptical of the idea, especially with a factory warranty as good as Hyundai offers, this car was purchased with the goal of keeping it for many years to come. Then came the sticker shock, “this month only, we can offer you the 10/120 warranty, no deducible, for the special price of $1999.00, normally $ 3,400.00.” Great sales pitch. Thanks goodness, I declined the offer and within a couple of hours shopping online for Hyundai dealerships that sell the same warranty, found Crystal Careau at Burlington Hyundai Subaru offering the same warranty for $1598.00 and 10/100 warranty for $1398.00, the plan which I ultimately purchased. I want to express my thanks to Crystal for her honesty, trust, and integrity, for a great experience. Crystal represents the dealership and the Hyundai brand very well.

Overall I feel taken care of. Its nice speaking to the same employees every time I visit and they seem to be practically oriented while still doing a good job. Im sure I could get a better deal somewhere else but I just prefer going somewhere professional where I know I dont have to worry about getting my chain pulled.

This review is a little overdue, but I wanted to publicly thank Eric and Allan of Burlington Hyundai for diagnosing and fixing my Santa Fes battery issue (a poor connection) BEFORE the service center even opened when I didnt have an appointment and was from out-of-state. They were short on mechanics that day and were booked out for a week, so I wouldve been stranded in VT after dropping off my UVM freshman if they hadnt gone the extra mile to help a stranger (mind you, I wanted an excuse to stay in VT, but I did need to get back to work). To top it all off, they wouldnt even let me pay anything!

Got there a little earlier than appointment. I was greeted promptly told them it was for inspection and I had to pull fuse to shut the radio off, this gas happened twice in 6 months. The service manager explained it has happened to his in the past and took me out to our vehicle and showed me how to do a hard restart on the multimedia part by pushing the little hole near the volume control he actually inserted a pen and did the restart so we knew how to do it if/when it happens again. I then went to the waiting area and less than an hour he came out to get me walked me back to the counter and explained the inspection had no issues. He asked if I had any questions I paid and left a happy customer.

My new Hyundai Palisade was badly damaged after hitting a sink hole in Burlington, VT. Being from out of state, we had never visited Burlington Hyundai before, but requested that AAA transport our vehicle there for repairs. We could not have been more pleased with the outstanding service we received. Not only did they immediately bring our car into the service bay and repair the serious damage, but made us feel as if we were long time customers. Carolyn Adams provided us with outstanding customer service and exceeded our expectations by assisting us with our insurance claim. Ed, in the Parts Department, was able to procure the needed parts to repair our vehicle within a short period of time. We highly recommend this dealership and the Hyundai brand.

Their loaner car service is awesome and they went above and beyond when my car died to provide a loaner, be flexible with it, do an oil change on it, etc. I can’t recommend them enough - it makes a big difference in stress levels when you have a team that’s willing to work with you!

Our car broke down 2 hours south of Burlington and had to be towed to this dealership without our presence. With one phone call to awesome service adviser everything was taken care of. Doing the regular maintenance service, replacing alternator and replacing rear brakes plus rotors in 4 hours was terrific!! Top of that it was washed and vacuumed. So 5 stars were given without any hesitation!!

As a first-time buyer, I wasnt quite sure what to expect from the whole process. Ive seen the typical cars salesman in movies and on TV where you have to haggle down every last cent to get a good deal and then have hidden fees all over the place. This is not anything like that. I had the pleasure of working with TJ for my first lease. He was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted and helping me compare my options. He was totally transparent in the specifics of the specials and what I qualified for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and services I was looking at. I didnt feel pressured for one second while I was in there. When it came time for paperwork, Konrad came out and was very kind and helpful explaining every single little detail of the lease and answered every question I had so I fully understood everything. Overall, my car buying experience at Burlington Hyundai was a pleasure and I would most certainly recommend them! Ill be going back for sure!

Awful service. I brought my car in for a seasonal tire rotation expecting my summer tires to be put on, not realizing that when I paid for them to be taken off and my snow tires put on in the fall, it didn’t actually happen, they just took my money, lied, and said they did it. After noticeably more difficult handling and a louder drive home, I called and they argued with me and told me that I was wrong when I told them what I thought happened, rather than offering for me to bring it back in for them to take a look at again. I didn’t realize I couldn’t trust the service department of the dealership from which I leased the car. They just want money, they clearly don’t care about customers or their safety. Turning in my lease and never purchasing from them again.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Tucson December 31st and it sounds like a cliche, but the experience was entirely positive. John O. was genuinely a pleasure to work with. John was informative, extremely helpful and funny. We went for a great test drive, to include driving on sheer ice, and he also helped me update my IPhone so I could take full advantage of the new technology.Terry Light was also awsome in helping us figure out the best use of the financing and warranty options. I just had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra GT from Richard Brennan at Burlington Hyundai! I thought I was a loyal Subaru customer until I explored the option of purchasing a Hyundai.The dealership and my salesman, Richard, made the otherwise stressful process of buying a new car hassle-free and affordable.You cant beat the warranty (10 years/100k miles) or incentives (4 free snow tires and money off for being a college grad) of purchasing a Hyundai. I was able to get a brand new car for the same price as a 3-year old Subaru with 40k miles on it. The interior and horsepower of the GT is better, to boot.If youre in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stepping into Burlington Hyundai to see what they have to offer!

Never bring your vehicle here!!! Absolutely worst customer service ever - in my history of owning & dealing with VWs, Toyotas, Subarus etc. Bill Hunter the service manager was extremely rude (to say politely) & did not allow us to try to fix an issue they created on their end! We were hung up on, told to leave the building in person, and left with a useless 1-800 number. Absolutely pathetic service from what you would think is a reputable dealer! But it is not, never bring your business here!

She took her time with us and made the process of trying different cars/models easy. She was knowledgeable about options and was happy to hear our true thoughts about a car.Liz was very attentive but with a great balance. She followed-up with me via email after our visits, but was in no way pushy or pressuring me to buy or make a decision, just checking in. In fact, I felt so comfortable with her that even though I ended up buying a totally different brand of car (though the Hyundai Sonata was a close second), I contacted her to let her know about it and why I went another direction. I went in to get a Check Engine light checked out. Usually I would just take it to a mechanic I trust, but my mechanic recommended I take it to a dealership because there was a communication problem with the computer so he couldnt diagnose the problem...I explained to the service rep. that the check engine was on, and that there was a computer communication problem... They charged me $87 minimum fee for 1 hour of diagnostics and promised that if they found the problem within an hour and I decided to do a repair, they would put the remaining fee from the $87 toward the repair...About TWO hours later I still hadnt heard a word about my car. I had to hunt down the service rep. who I originally talked to--- he basically paraphrased back to me exactly what I had told them was wrong when I walked in... He told me that my hour of paid-for diagnostic was running up (they still had no idea what was causing the problems) and if they didnt find the problem soon they would have to charge me another $87. The rep. said he would talk to me in about 10 mins. to let me know if theyd found anything by then, or discuss paying for more diagnostics. About another HOUR later, I was still waiting for someone to fill me in on what theyd found- so again, I had to hunt down someone to fill me in...Long story short-- I spent about 5 hours sitting around the waiting room just to get the problem diagnosed. I spent over $100 just to have them look at it-- they did absolutely NO maintenance... Their service was terrible. The mechanic who was working on my car even went home for the day without telling anyone he was going-- he knew I had been waiting for hours for him to tell me what what part needed to be fixed--I was told Just a couple more minutes several times, and each time I had to wait about 40 mins. before I got annoyed and had to chase someone down.... It took up my whole day just to get to find the problem.Fortunately, at the end of the day I did FINALLY get a run down of what my car needed.... Now that I know what is wrong with it, Im taking it back to my mechanic where my business will be appreciated and Ill be treated right.

I ended up here, unexpectedly, after bringing my broken-down car into Subaru. I got The bad news and completely unprepared, found myself having to look at gettinga new car. I was in no position financially to even think of such a thing but had to do it. Liz worked with me to figure something out based on my situation through every step of the process. There was never any pressure and I never felt as if she was trying to put me in a unfavorable position just to make a sale. They certified the used car I got to help me feel better about the situation. I left here feeling great about my experience. Also, not once immediately after or even soon after was I hassled for a satisfaction survey (I hate that). They earned their good review. Thank you.

Terrible dealer. Made mom feel taken advantage of. My 72 year old mom bought a Sante Fe here. After 7 months and 4,000 miles, the car needs new rotors & brakes for $1000! She has brought it in 3x for various issues. They did an alignment & had to replace some tires because it turns out they never did that before they sold her the car. The emergency brake doesnt work either and the car is uninspectable. Salesman Eric says, it passed inspection when you bought it, you didnt drive it enough. What?! Stay away! We wouldnt give them another dime!

My father passed away last October and my husband and I were selling his car for our family. A nice elderly couple was going to buy the car from us and brought it to Burlington Subaru for a mechanical check. The sales person blatantly lied to the couple telling them the car had been in a horrible accident and they saw this on a Carfax report. This was on 3/12/13. They then proceeded to sell them a car from their dealership. We know the car was never in an accident and pulled the Carfax report and it showed a completely clean history. I am appalled that a company would be so unethical when dealing with an elderly couple. This is the worst kind of service a company can give. My Dads Subaru had only 8,000 miles and was in perfect shape. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was my third Subaru, first purchased from Burlington Subaru. Horrible communication with sales and service departments. Too busy to call you back and respond to e-mails. When I couldnt get through to the sales department to pick up my new car because they were filming their commercial. I should have passed on the purchase......What a shame, they are getting too big for their britches.

We had zero intention of buying a car this weekend. We were on the lot, however, in order to get routine maintenance on our current vehicle so we decided to look. As we looked, we learned more about the current promotions and vehicles available from Mike Salvaty. Every day at work my husband and I work hand in hand with sales reps so were quite picky about approach and technique. Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with and not once did we feel like he was selling us something (which is ironic, as he did sell us a car). We genuinely felt like he was there to help us with our needs and to answer questions as opposed to pressure us one way or the other. In the end we left with a brand new car and an already owned vehicle that feels as if it were brand new. My husband and I are elated and cant stress enough what a wonderful experience this has been. Im happy to be a repeat customer!

My salesperson Richard Brennan made this totally fair, friendly, and transparent process and I thoroughly appreciated working with him and the staff at Burlington Hyundai. As a millenial, would I like the dealership to completely automate the process through their website? Absolutely, but as an in-person experience goes, this was substantially less painless than experiences elsewhere. Thanks for making it happen quickly!
