Ive gotten at least five tattoos (done by Taylor) from Inferno Ink and each time I go back is a wonderful experience! Everyone is always kind, respectful, and so helpful. My dad has also been getting work done by Inferno (his tattoos were done by Jordan) since I was younger and says the same thing! A wonderful local business with amazing artists. High recommend!

Ive been coming to Inferno since I was 14 (23 now). I will never stop recommending this place. The staff is so polite and create a very comfortable atmosphere. Taylor has done majority of my tattoos and I highly recommend her. I dont think Ill ever switch to a different shop.

The shop is clean and Chad is great! He did a bouquet tattoo on my arm and his lines were super clean. You can tell that he takes the time to make his tattoos perfect and everyone at the shop seemed very professional. :)

Absolutely best place to take my daughter to for her first ear piercing! So sweet, quick but gentle too. My daughter didn’t cry at all. This was the experience I was hoping she would have. I had a couple tears after getting my nose pierced and now she can make fun of me for ‘crying’ and she didn’t. Haha.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They let me push back my appointment a few minutes so that I could stay with my friend while she got her ear pierced. Chad was super understanding with the nerves and he did a great job!!

Had an amazing session with Chad. He was very determined to make sure that the tattoo was special and perfect. I couldn’t recommend a better artist as he talked with me the entire time and made not hurry or rush to get me out the door. I’ll definitely be making future appointments after this one of a kind piece!I had my second session with Chad and it was definitely longer and more painful than last time but I was still taken very good care of. We started at 5:30 and ended at 9:45 and he still made the tattoo look beautiful. I love his work and he made sure that it would be a piece that would last forever. Even before the session he spent hours drawing the stencil which showed the determination and care to his trade and his client’s. If you want a custom piece there’s no one better than Chad at Inferno Ink.

I had a double flat piercing done by Hailey and she was awesome! She helped me pick the perfect placement and let me adjust and tweak the dots multiple times before actually piercing. She was quick and made me feel super comfortable. Will definitely be back for any future piercings!

Jordan was so professional and sweet when I got my first tattoo! I struggle with social anxiety immensely and he talked with me the whole time which helped a lot! When I got in the ladies that worked last night were so nice and cool and they were very patient with me when i couldnt decide what to get. My piercer also helped calm me down a little before she pierced my nose as well I would for sure come back here for another piercing.

I just moved to NC, and turned 21 in March. I decided i wanted to to get nipple piercings. I found this place online and called to ask about pricing. Due to COVID an appointment is not made necessary. When I arrived, i saw the sign to call before entering. They were finishing up a piercing and within 10 minutes got me inside. I can’t remember my piercers name but she was very friendly, i was comfortable. She sanitized the jewelry while you’re in. She was open for questions and very thorough on the healing process. I have already recommended her to a coworker. 5 stars ✨

I finally decided to get my first big tattoo and I have gone to Inferno for my piercings and wanted to go here for my new tattoo as well. I was so nervous from a previous experience at another shop and Jordan was so kind and understanding. He made me feel at home and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Got my first tattoo from Chad today and I absolutely love it! He was super nice and very professional.

Our family was disappointed that we could not get our daughters ears pierced for her 10th birthday. We called ahead, let them know what we wanted, and were told it was not a problem. However, when we showed up as a family (5 of us), we were told that only two people could come in with our daughter. The first employee said their policy is only three people. We pushed back (nicely) and let her know that we wanted this to be a family event, or we would need to find another location. That employee said she had no problem with it but needed to ask the other artist. Then the next employee came out and said that their policy is two people in the shop and that both parents could not come in. We elected not to have her ears pierced at Inferno as we wanted the family to share the experience with our daughter. Given their ratings on Google, I am sure this is a fantastic place, so long as you are solo or a couple. While tattoo shops might not always be thought of as family friendly, we know many are and are a fantastic place for kids to get their piercings. Our daughter still had a great birthday, and we have a new location that will be piercing her ears.*** for those wondering if it was because of COVID, all 5 of us were wearing masks. We were not told we were denied service because of COVID, just that it is their policy is two people in the shop, by the second artist. The employees were not masked, so it would not appear this is a COVID issue.

So I recently got my first tattoo here and I had the best experience! My tattoo was done by Taylor and she was the sweetest.She made sure I was comfortable with the design and multiple times she told me she would be okay changing it if needed. I received my first tattoo with Taylor at Inferno Ink and let me just say, this place and this artist are THE BEST. When Taylor found out it was my first tattoo, she was so sweet and comforting. She walked me through the process, was patient with my questions, and made me feel so relaxed that you would’ve thought it was my 20th tattoo! The studio is super clean and has an awesome vibe. Everyone was really nice and said hello if they passed you. Before I left, I booked another because my experience was so incredible - can’t wait to go back! After doing a lot of research, I landed on this studio to get the piercings I wanted. Both the day before and also the day that I was planning to go, I spoke with the studio through their Facebook business page. They told me I didn’t need an appointment for piercings, and really hammered home that I could show up any time during business hours. It was a pretty long drive but I was happy to do it because I the reviews were great. When I arrived, I called to let them know I was in the parking lot (due to covid, they have their customers wait in their car and call when they arrive to cut down on the number of people waiting in the building — which is totally reasonable) and the shop let me know they had no more availability for piercings. I understand that things can happen beyond their control — but it was a very frustrating experience to have spoken with them the exact same day and have them reassure me I didn’t need to make an appointment and they would be able to see me, but then get turned away as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. I wouldn’t have made the 2 hour drive there. I’m sure it’s a wonderful studio with amazing artists and staff, but just be aware that you may want to be double checking that they can see you before driving there...even though they emphasize “no appointments necessary”.

Went with 2 of my friends to get piercings. I got a nose piercing, one got a conch, and one got a daith. We all had an amazing experience! I came to Inferno to get a triple flat piercing done on my right ear lobe and Nicole did a GREAT job! I absolutely LOVE IT!! Today I went to this location to get some piercings . When I first walked in, the vibe with the employees was very welcoming and calming. I was a nervous wreck lol. I had the pleasure to have had Hannah to do my piercings. She talked me through it and made me feel very calm, she was very gentle yet very fast. She told me exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. She was amazing!!! I wanted to get my nose pierced and the piercing at my tattoo place was unavailable so I decided to drive up to inferno. I was glad to see the amazing reviews and decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did. The receptionist was so nice from when I opened the door. Hannah the piercer was awesome! She was so nice and comforting. She was great with the piercing and at the end gave me an after note with a lollipop and her cell to call her with any concerns. That is just great customer service which I didn’t expect but appreciated. Thank you!

I got a piercing done by Nicole Paul and after 3 months it gets infected. Even though I used the proper after care it still ended up getting infected. It looks like it wasn’t even pierced, the piercing was literally just pinching my skin. Highly upset and disappointed in the results of my first piercing.

The shop Is easy to find. It is super clean and organized. You could tell they take cleanliness and sterility serious. The girls up front are awesome! Hanna is amazing! I went in for a daith and tragus piercing ... obviously super nervous since this was my first cartilage piercing ... she made me feel so comfortable while I mentally prepared myself for pain. She explained to me exactly how it would go. The piercings were quick with a few seconds of pressure. She even recommended where I could get earrings to change them out in 6 weeks. Loved this place!! Super chill environment. All of the women working at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. If you go for a tattoo, ask for Jordan. He did mine on my inner finger-- looks amazing and it was practically painless. He has a super light hand, and he was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Jinx is absolutely the best piercing professional! I have used other piercers in the past, and there is no comparison. Her work is guaranteed (all long as you follow clear care instructions). She is highly educational about types of piercings, placement, care and which type is right for you and your anatomy. But, most of all she is great at what she does! I love that her shop, work area, preparations, and equipment are all clean and she takes all steps to ensure cleanliness. Which is a big deal for me. I cant say enough, I recommend her to people that have never had a piercing, to the people that go all out! AND she just fun to talk to. Thank you Jinx!

Went here and got my tongue pierced and I dont remember the guys name who pierced my tongue but he was very professional, used very sterile equipment and when it was all said and done he recommended that I go and buy Biotene mouthwash to prevent infection and gave me instructions on how to care for the newly pierced tongue and what not to eat etc. and it was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. All the employees here are very nice & respectful and I even took a look at their artwork in the books on the table and the pictures looked very impressive so Im pretty sure their tattoos here are really good. Overall this is definitely a five star worthy business and this is the only place I would go again to have any piercings done. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.
