I called around to several local tire stores to see if I could get a nail pulled and my tire patched. Everyone said I needed an appointment or that it would be a 3-4 hour wait. I called Les Schwab in Burlington and they said bring it on in and we will get you in. I have 6500 miles on my truck and they asked if I had rotated my tires yet. I said no. They said we would do those to while we have it up on the rack. I said great. All in all I was out the door in 30 minutes. When I went to pay, they said No Charge. I said WHAT? They said No Charge. Just come buy tires from us when you need them. DONE! Ill be delivering a couple dozen donuts to them one morning next week! Thanks for amazing free service!!!!

I went in this morning to have my tiers rotated. I was one of the first people in the door and was told that normally they schedule appointment first thing in the morning and that it would be about and hour before they could get me in due to the high amount of appointments they had that morning. I was ok with that had nothing else to do. Im very happy to say I was out in less then a half hour.

Everything went great until I went to the shop end of it to get 2 170 dollar batteries. Everyone was wearing a mask except one young lady with attitude. Not a word out of her. Tried telling my girlfriend that she needed 4 new tires when she DEFINITELY only needed 2. she’s got a year left minimum on 2 of her tires. i could write an essay about salesman trying to scam women who are unacquainted with automobiles... her back tires are near brand new... trying to take advantage of people who don’t know any better is unacceptable. period.EDIT: nope, the vehicle in question is FWD. therefore best course of action would be to put the barely used tires in the front and the new tires in the back. i won’t be wasting my time in your establishment, thank you.

They are the BEST! I needed brakes on my truck which I use full time to pull my RV and work. Im from Colorado here visiting and only have the one vehicle. Instead of making me sit the few hours in the waiting room or pay for a taxi back and forth, he drove me back to the RV and picked me up later when they finished the work on the truck. I highly recommend the shop.

Les Schwab is the best place on the West Coast for tires, brakes and suspensions!Recently checked front brake pads and rotors on my 150,000-mile car and called Les Schwab for a brake job, advising them that the rotors are likely past the point where they have to be replaced rather than touched up.They did the work a few days later and the tech said they did not need new rotors as the old ones could be touched up, a choice that saved me US$100-200 in parts cost.So, a shop that had the parts on hand and had explicit permission to use them as needed for a customer that explicitly approved that choice instead served the customer by touching up the old rotors.Les Schwab has done that many times in the 30-plus years Ive been a customer and I have every confidence they will do the same for anyone!

These guys have taken car of my Honda Fit since 2013 and I keep coming back because of how professional, kind, high quality they are. They are strong members of our community and their walls are covered with plaques of all the sports teams, 4H, and no for profit donations and work they’ve sponsored sponsored and done. My car has run well as I drove back and forth from Skagit County to Napa County, CA for college and holiday breaks. They are dependable and reliable. I came in every year before school started to make sure my tires and tire pressure were adequate for the long drive full of a dorm room of stuff. I always know I’m going to be given respectful and quality service when I come in here.They’re upfront about costs and don’t try to finagle you into products you don’t want or are unsure of at that time.The employees are familiar faces and always warm and welcoming. I arrived this morning within seconds of walking in I was greeted by Brandon, I asked three questions.....can you still help me if I dont have an appointment, how long would this take because Im in a hurry and how much would it cost me? Brandon smiled asked me for my keys and by far gave me the best experience Ive ever had at a Les Schwab Tire Center.

I came in a rush because my tire had blown out on the way to see my wife on the day I returned from deployment, and they moved with as much of a sense of urgency as I needed them to. They popped my tire on and sent me on my way so fast, and they were super chill. Good job, boys.

I have been a long time customer of this Les Schwab and am rarely disappointed by them. They are usually real helpful and do seem to know their business. Im no dummy regarding cars and such so I can say that. If you need help with your tires go here you will be happy you did, they are honest and reputable.

I noticed one of my tires was quickly deflating. Upon a quick inspection, I found a large staple embedded into my tire tread. Called these guys up, setup an appointment, threw some air in my tire and went on over.As always, no charge. This isnt the first time they bailed me out in a pinch. This place is the best, as with every Les Schwab Ive ever been to. Free tire check and air, free tire rotation, friendly, prompt, helpful, respectful, free delicious popcorn and coffee. I found them very honest and caring about the problem I had with my car. Very professional care give by the manager, Mr Ed Perry.

I dont normally give recommendations but I find myself having to do so today! I woke up to go to work and noticed I had a flat tire. After calling AAA and getting the spare put on (thanks Hestons!) I promptly took it to the nearest tire center in Mt Vernon to get the tire repaired or replaced. I walked in and wasnt even acknowledged. Tired of poor customer service everywhere I walked out and called Les Schwab. I talked to the manager Ed. He assured me to bring it in and I would be next in line. I walked in, was warmly greeted and within a minute my truck was taken back to to the bay. True to his word they took care of the repair within 30 minutes. I am a fairly new customer so when he said no charge I was stunned! I will absolutely return, friendly, prompt and courteous, thanks Ed!

Went here because its close to our house. Oil change was pretty fast but afterwards they said my husband would need to replace the oil filter housing gasket, as it was pooled with oil. My husband said theres no such part. Lol. So after a hundred dollars for oil change hubby has to drain new oil just to see what the hell guy was referring to, to assure its not an actual issue. Fast, but really slow as far as knowledge goes.

Great customer service. I called them from work to see if i could come in right at closing time for a 2 tire repair.They said sure and stayed over close to an hour repairing my 2 tires and didnt charge me nothing.😁Thanks

We have a Beaver motorhome that needed brake work. Ed, Jason and crew made it happen, even though the master cylinder wasnt available through normal suppliers. They found one after we couldnt. I will be bringing by doughnuts to show some appreciation for a job well done at a reasonable price. This is why I am a loyal customer. Two dozen enough?

We searched everywhere to find a special tire for a boat trailer. We finally found it at Les Schwab. New to the company we were concerned that we might find hidden charges, but no!!! The tires were delivered promptly and were exactly what we needed........ so when Costco let us down on a tire repair, ( we had been buying tires from Costco) we went again to Les Schwab, Burlington. They fixed our tire FOR FREE. This is a tire that we hadnt even purchased from them. They are always friendly and deliver exactly when and what we ask for. Bye, bye Costco. We found a tire dealer we can depend on!!!

I was a little leery going into the shop. A previous experience made me very nervous about the competence of Les Schwab employees. HOWEVER, this shop brought my confidence in Les Schwab back! They were friendly, very professional, while showing great respect and teamwork. (I was able to observe how they worked with each other because I had to wait for a part to be replaced that takes awhile). They constantly checked on me and let me know how long it would be while making sure my customer needs were met. I cannot say enough great things about the wonderful, customer oriented team at Burlington Blvd Les Schwab! They really are a great place to take your vehicle!

These guys normally do good work and it used to be the only shop Id go to for brakes and tires.This is the second time in a row that Ive been to the Burlington Les Schwab and had them neglect to call me when they completed the work as agreed. How hard is it to pick up the phone and have a 30 second call?Also, thankfully, nothing was stolen out of my car while it was parked there. Youd think that they would have enough respect to lock your car when they park it. Especially a work van full of equipment.Ill be finding a different place to go. Good quality work with really poor follow through.

Les Schwab used to be the most customer friendly place any where around, wow not anymore. I was in there yesterday, I bought 4 brand new tires they never 1 time came and talked to me about the tires they put on. They put tires on drove car around lady called me up billed me out said thanks that was it.
