Service intake was nice and professional. All of the other sales members were loud and having personal conversations on the floor while wearing their masks below their mouth or had their nose poking out. If your going to wear the mask improperly don’t bother wearing it at all. All of the employees were walking so close to my chair in the waiting area that I could feel the breeze they created. All of the women working there were dressed completely unprofessional and were all wearing casual clothing and leggings. Convenient location but severely lacking in professionalism.

As always I had a great experience at this dealership. It was clean, the service was friendly and efficient, and they asked me if I wanted the additional work needed done prior to doing it since I originally came in for an oil change. The staff is nice, the prices are reasonable, I will definitely bring my vehicle back for future service and will shop here for a car when it’s time.

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. it was my first time here. June was amazing! She helped me out an got me a good price on an oil change and tire rotation. However knocked down a star for everyone else who worked there and how confusing it was in there. I came in for a 1 pm appointment the lady at cashier told me just to wait in the waiting room as someone would call me. I waited 15 minutes then went to receptionist and asked if I needed to check in for service she had no clue but said probably. There were no signs for the service desk but theyre the desks across from the cashier if youre looking for them. Again June was awesome and helped me along my way. I only waited an hour which was great. Then if youre confused on where to pay you go to the rude ladies at cashier. Otherwise a fine experience would probably have to come here again as its close to my house.
This is my first time purchasing a Honda. I’m always used to dealing with Mercedes Benz who are wonderful, but Frank Madden is just as easy and great to work with. He’s very nice, friendly and professional which are always the high marks of customer service in my eyes. I recommend the Honda dealership in Burlington. Ask for Frank! Had a horrible service experience at this dealership. I was told there was a vehicle available for me to test drive and precisely within 10 minutes of arriving there, I was told the specific model I was interested in was just sold. All of this occurred within a span of 1 hour. No one apologized for wasting my time and there was no talk about having me come again when more inventory of the same model came available. There was also a complete miscommunication on the lease offer information provided on the phone vs what I was told at the dealership. I’m definitely not going to come here again for sales or service. Be warned about getting your time wasted, and go elsewhere for more honest and reliable service.

Very friendly, helped with maintenance on my car quickly. Seriously I didn’t think it would be so easy. They gave me a time estimate and they were very accurate as it finished within about 10 minutes of when they thought it would finish. This was my 1st oil change for my 2017 certified Honda CRV which I bought in October 2020. June, service representative, came through big time for me because there was a shield missing from underside; I was experiencing some anxiety over this issue. She listened to me, was empathetic, and reassured me everything will be OK. A shield was installed, and I am so grateful and appreciative to JUNE. I left very happy! Lesson learned next time before I buy another vehicle I will be sure to inspect underside. I highly recommend June! Also the mechanic Matthew did a fine job at performing multi-point inspection. Car wash was also great! Thanks to all, especially June!
Went to parts and asked for a gallon of antifreeze. Was sold a gallon jug for $18. When I arrived home I found that the jug was labeled as half water. So I only got a half gallon of antifreeze. Bait and switch. Now I have to throw it out and start over. I called them and they acted dumb about it.

Everyone worked really hard to resolve an issue I was having with a simple setting for my automatic door locks. The woman at the service intake area made it her life’s work! She got a service tech and the two of them came outside to work on the problem. And eventually they figured it out! My thanks to them both. I’m very grateful.Today’s cars are like computers with gas tanks under them, so nothing’s easy!Many thanks!

Recently I traded my Lexus for a new CRV lease. Jake and his supporting staff were knowledgeable, informative and honest, it was a pleasure doing business with him.
Bait and switch ads. $8000 additional price with fees on what is advertised on the website not including the sales tax. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible business model. Car I was interested in is listed for $39300 and but it is actually $48000. All four listings I called about had the same issue. so this is not an isolated human error.
I never thought buying a car would be so straightforward. Lee Diamond (as well as everyone else involved) made the entire process as transparent as possible, and left me with no room for worry. If you are looking for a new ride this is the place to go!
I was charged for a tire rotation and it was t even done. Chris the service rep immediately brought it back into the derby area and had them rotated. He also refunded our money.Sad to say I’m very unhappy with the service at Honda and probably won’t ever return.If they’re doing that what other kind of service are they not providing but charging!

Terrible experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington!!! The initial sale of my purchase on my 2015 Honda Pilot went very well and smooth, its the after care I received when I had leaking in my car. They were good with trying to fix it, however I had to bring my car back 7 times and no real answer as to why it kept leaking!!Well I found out....they hid it from me after the inspection there was an accident on the drivers side door! I recently traded it in somewhere else and they told me about the accident so I lost money on the trade!! That isnt the reason I am leaving this review though. I am leaving this review because they hid this accident from me. When I purchased the car the CarFax was clean, no accidents. However they did discover this accident when inspecting my car to get it ready for me to pick up. They saw it and noted it on the CarFax on 7/11/18 and I picked up the car on 7/16/18 and was NEVER told of this!! Then in August 2018 the accident was listed!!!I will NEVER buy a car from them again and hope this helps others when looking for a car and landing at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, GO ELSEWHERE!!! BEWARE!!!

I was searching for a car that had all the safety features my current car does not have. The Honda Civic was my first choice. I did not feel any pressure or rushed while working with Frank. In fact, I left the dealership after test-driving two cars to think through everything only to return two days later to purchase the car from Frank. In addition, I appreciate the follow-up call from Frank to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. They do not stand up behind their product... they forced me to throw away a brand new tire and buy a new one for no reason. They just want your money and dont care if the car is functioning properly or not.
Brought my car in for a minor tuneup. Asked if it could be ready be ready before noon. The time was 8:15am. At 10:15am I was paged as my car was ready. All services were done. My customer service rep was very friendly and accommodating as I added one item to my service sheet after it was finalized. The waiting area was very clean
I came just to look at the cars and ended up leaving with a new one. I did not even have to negotiate. They gave me a fair fair price right away - never happened to me before. Usually negotiating at car dealerships sucks the life out of me. This time everything went super smoothly.

They are pretty fast and responsive. But the sale representative didn’t provide me with quote at first so I got pretty shocked by about $1800 fees added to my down payment! They also rejected my graduate discount before delivery so I canceled the lease!
Brought my car here for an alignment. My car was test driven recklessly at up to 90 on the highway and 72 on local roads with no seat belt.If you have a Type R or other precious car that could be difficult or impossible to replace, I cant recommend bringing it here for service because of the risk of wrecking it and the endangerment to others on the road.Also be warned that the alignment rack they have does not fit the Type R without needing to add planks to protect the side skirts. The actual alignment itself was performed well though, so if you have a typical Honda car Im sure it would be fine.Edit: despite the dealership replying to reviews encouraging customers to reach out, if you actually email them they dont reply... guess that explains why there are issues
Have a 2016 Civic coupe that started having AC issues in 2019. Took it to service on February of 2020 and told them about the AC issue. I did not use the car on 2020. Now that I need the AC, I noticed that it still does not work, like in 2019. I read about the condenser issue for Honda Civics 2016-2018 and took the car to the mechanic. They said the condenser was leaking. Took the car to Honda Burlington and without using a dye or anything, they said the issue was the suction hose. Took the car to 2 more mechanics and they could not find any leak on the hose. The Valet parking at Honda offered to give me the contact info of a mechanic he knew, but the agent at Honda Burlington asked me to leave as I was bothering her workers.
Jake was great to work with and got the car ready to take home the same day! He made it easy. Definitely ask for Jake when you go to Honda Burlington!
I have worked with Lance at Herb Chambers Burlington through several sets of leased Hondas. This Saturday I went into the dealer to hand in my CRV 2018 lease, knowing my bottom line in terms of budget, but unsure of what car would be best for my family of teenage boys. Lance helped me finally decide on a car I was unfamiliar with, but now love: the Passport 2021. He was very patient and kind while professional. I will be back in three years for the next adventure! Chris Glen always does an outstanding job. He is a significant reason why I came back to Herb Chambers. Years ago I had a Honda Accord from Herb Chambers. Chris worked there then. I eventually bought a Ford Fusion hybrid. After my brakes failed me twice I came back to Herb Chambers and bought a Honda CRV. It was a secure feeling knowing that Chris Glen was still there. He is always supportive and thorough.

We test drove 3 vehicles, and made a purchase within 2 hours. There was no pressure. None of that, “I need to ask my manager” nonsense. They didn’t push any products or services we did not want. I came by to test drive the Honda CRV (decent car) and got to speak with Phil. On the website it says the lease is roughly $3,000 plus $250/month. Boy oh boy do they like to screw you when you get there! Phil wanted me to pay over $6,000 to drive the car off the lot hahah and then had the audacity to text me at 9 pm a week later to ask if I’m still interested. The best part? He didn’t even introduce himself and when I asked he said his name was Herb Chambers of Burlington. Ok. Go somewhere else and save yourself some time and dignity.

I’ve been going to Herb Chabers for my Honda service since @1992. Chris G is the BEST service advisor ever! (He didn’t pay me for that lol). I’ve known him probably that long…. Straight-shooter and doesn’t charge me for stuff I don’t need. All my service history is there and I love it. BTW I ALWAYS buy the Hondacare warranty and it’s always paid off. I also buy the oil change “packages” like 5 or 6 oil changes for $250.I will continue to take both my Honda’s there for the very MINIMAL service they require.
Our salesperson Lee went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for us. He was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions along the way. We felt very happy and at ease with our choice to come to this particular dealership.
