I recently bought my first car and my experience at Flow Auto at Burlington was amazing. I didn’t have to play any games everything was straight forward which I loved. Sai Vang was GREAT! I loved how he didn’t pressure me to make a decision and even gave me a route to test drive the car on so I could get a better feel for the car. He didn’t feel comfortable selling me a car I didn’t love which I appreciate so much! I highly recommend buying a car from here. There have so many cars to choose from.

Paid 4 grand less for same Volvo warranty here. I felt clean when I left, like I wasnt accosted.

Firstly, this is our fourth Flow purchase, and we were not disappointed. We traded in our five year old Tiguan for a 2020 model. FAR superior in virtually every way.Jeremy in sales and their finance manager Brooks were professional and knowledgeable. There were no hard sell or high pressure tactics. We got a fair price on our trade in and a fair price on the new vehicle. We purchased the First Place Finish package and a warranty extension/vehicle service plan. The cost of the protection is worth the investment, in our opinion. Be assured that we were not beaten up or badgered to death in making that decision.So in conclusion we recommend that you give this dealership a try if your interested in a new or used car for that matter.

Great dealership to deal with both buying a new car as well as having it serviced here. Everyone is very helpful and nice to deal with. Definitely dont get the feeling that you are just being manipulated to maximize their profit, instead they treat you like family or friends and want to do what is best for you and them.

This was my first use of this dealership. I was having recall work done. The service department was efficient and helpful without being pushy. All the staff I encountered were polite. They even included a complimentary car wash.

Second time have used the shuttle service when dropping of car for service; failed to pick me up at requested time on both occasions.

Lori Kenney (Sales Consultant) and Brooks Powell (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made our car buying experience hassle free. They both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not at all high pressure. I thoroughly researched the car my wife and I wanted to buy, and entered the dealership prepared to do battle over the price of the car and the value of our trade in. We walked away with more warranty coverage and paid less money than the price I was looking for. Their focus on customer service made this the best car buying experience ever!

I got my oil changed here recently in my 2017 Subaru Outback recently because I couldn’t get an appointment at Hendrick SouthPoint . They were so nice and helpful. They did a good job and I’d definitely go back for service or even to buy a car at this smaller Subaru Dealership.

Great looking dealership with some great looking cars. I loved the new Volkswagens! When I trade in this will be my first and only stop. Everyone is professionally dressed and could not be any nicer! I owe a Big Thank You to the service department that went above and beyond to help me with my 2009 VW Toureg. The guy at the service department desk was one of the most helpful people I have run into. I give them 5 stars for quality of customer service!
