This is my third car purchase from Jason Ross Auto Sales and well keep going back to them for future car purchases. He always has a great selection, and his cars are dependable. No pressure, no haggle, friendly service at its best. Our first purchase in 2015, a 2004 Lexus, is still running smooth on the road today; same with our second purchase a few years ago. Todays vehicle was a 2013 Lexus 350. Cooper The Wonder Dawg is a great companion while completing the necessary paperwork; watching him mosey around makes time fly by. They also have great financing connections to help you find the right term and rates for your situation. They cant fix or improve your credit score but Ive overheard them working hard to get other customers the best options possible. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

Very happy with my experience with Jason and his sons. After spending months searching for a vehicle, it was refreshing to communicate with a dealer who is up front about their costs and I was pleasantly surprised to find their no hidden fees advertisement to be true. In fact, I believe they do offer service contracts and other things based on their website, and they didnt once try to sell anything additional to me. All the vehicles on the lot seem to be clean and in great shape. Jason was very accommodating while I arranged financing after test driving the car (which was cleaned that morning and held for me while I drove up from Charlotte) and patient with me as I am new to the process and was on edge from my previous dealership experiences. They held the car for me while I got everything sorted, and then stayed late so I could pick it up during the week. I traded in my car and while they dont match offers, they were very fair in their appraisal. Jeffrey is very quick with paperwork and explained everything in detail. Bonus - they have an adorable basset hound and coonhound pup hanging around! I am happy to support a small, veteran-owned business like Jasons as apposed to a big box dealership. I really like the no hassle and the fact that they have the prices set for out of the door sale so you know exactly what you are paying. I also like whatever the amount you put down on the purchased vehicle comes directly off of the vehicle for the exact amount without some type of hidden fee that absorbs your down payment. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful throughout the transaction from start to finish.

This is the second time weve bought from Jason Ross and they have been great to deal with. We called on a Saturday to let them know we were intending to buy a particular car and they waived the deposit requirement to hold the car since we were return customers. We then went to test drive the car Monday (we forgot it was a bank holiday) and they held the car another day so we could get our loan paperwork in order. The process was simple and straightforward, and since their price includes sales tax and all fees, that made things even easier. Two days after the purchase, we called to let them know that the tire pressure light was on. Jason paid for a new set of tires for the car, even though the car was already sold and driven for 2 days. Great customer service. Thanks Jeff and Jason. Well definitely be back when we need our next vehicle.

My first stop in looking for a car (mine was in an accident and car was a total loss) was at Jason Ross Auto Sales. I had looked at cars on their website and noticed that they had very nice looking cars. I had no intention of actually buying a car this day, but just wanted to begin my search. Arrived at dealership at 9:00. Was greeted at the door by Cooper, the Wonder Dawg, and warmly welcomed by Jason and Jeffrey. I had my eye on a Toyota Corolla. I drove it and liked it, but told Jeffrey to find me another car that he thought might be good for me to try. He brought out a 2016 Toyota Camry Hybrid, I drove it and absolutely LOVED it! By 11:30, I had made a purchase and completed all paperwork!! Jeffrey took care of calling my insurance company, put me a 30 day tag on the car until my permanent tag comes in the mail, and I drove it off the lot!! They were GREAT!! Just bought my own first car and the experience was great. They answered all of my questions with honesty and transparency. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Bought a vehicle yesterday from this dealership, they falsely passed the safety inspection with a tail light broken and water inside of it which shouldnt have passed inspection, I found this out after speaking with a certified inspection mechanic, then I drove the vehicle home with about a 2 hour drive and the van started making a rattling sound and idling rough and the check engine light came on and threw a code. I gave the owner the opportunity to rectify the situation and he refused stating we declined the after market warranty which we did, with the understanding we could get a warranty at Toyota and now we are no longer allowed to do so because it cannot pass a safety inspection with the tail light broken and the check engine light on! they are lying on their inspections and I have contacted the attorney General and am taking legal action against this company for falsifying inspections.

I live in Greensboro and I was in Burlington to look for a car and I’m still working on improving my credit. Jason was able to go above and beyond and so professional and also very personable. You could tell this a great business ran by family. The service was nothing I had experienced looking for a car! They took their time even though they were almost closing and offered water or snack. Even though I did not purchase the car due to my insurance increase once my credit is better I am coming back! Thank you and all stars for Jason Ross auto sales.

We searched diligently for over two weeks for a good, used and reliable vehicle for our son to no avail. He and I were out one evening and nearly passed up Jason Ross Auto Sales but decided to stop and just look around. The owner, Jason Ross, greeted us and gave us space to look around...wasn’t a pushover or overbearing. He was personable and professional. Our son found a car he liked but didn’t want to make a decision on the spot, feeling it was necessary to think about it. He decided the next day (8/29/19) it was the one he wanted so we moved forward with it. Negotiations went well. We have had a small issue with the vehicle since driving it off the lot but Mr. Ross is graciously assisting us in resolving the issue. Yes...the flyer says “As is - No Warranty” but Mr. Ross and his sons take pride in what they do and are making it right. We checked out big dealerships but when it comes down to it, supporting local businesses the likes of Jason Ross Auto Sales is a great way to go. They truly hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard. Give them a try!And you’ll get to meet their cool beagle, Cooper, as well. 😊
