We had a great experience at Flow Honda Burlington. They told/showed us they did $2k worth of work on the 2010 Pilot we were considering before before putting it up for sale. This was verified by our own mechanic when we got it checked out before buying. Our mechanic, who our family trusts greatly after using them for 30 years, said the car was in great shape and we should move forward. They have told us otherwise before! FHB is the real deal!
In what is probably the worst time to buy a car in recent memory, we had a very positive experience with this dealership. Gary Moon, the salesman we worked with, was kind, courteous, and honest. He never tried to pressure us or use aggressive and over-the-top sales tactics, and he made every effort to help us understand all the bells and whistles newer vehicles come with. Dalton, the sales manager, was also very straightforward with us and pleasant to work with. We left believing we paid a fair price and are happy with our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Flow Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
I have been a customer of this Honda dealerships Service Department for 8 years now.I paid the extra that dealer service costs knowing it was quality and backed by Honda.When this location was purchased by the Flow group the service has steadily declined and predatory repair sales have become the norm.No matter what you take your car in for they will reccomend other repairs in the hundreds of dollars . They will charge you outrageously for what you do need.They are completely understaffed with service reps. The last 2 times I have gone there have only been one or two while the service manager sits in the office. It used to be a bustling fully staffed service department. No more.I will never use them again and I will not buy a car from this location because of the service departmentTake your Honda to Richard Bailey. He will fix it at a great price and prompt service.

I recently moved to North Carolina from New Mexico, and I contacted Flow Honda to purchase a car. Before I move out of New Mexico, I started talking with Dalton who helped me a lot by providing me all the information and papers that I need to purchase a car in North Carolina. When I arrived in North Carolina, I went to the dealership to sign the financial documents and pick up my car. As soon I arrived at the dealership, Jesse was waiting for me at the door, so we can complete the process and show me my car. Jesse showed every detail of my new car. He explained every setting of the car, from setting the radio to all the Honda Sensing technology. Also, before I went to sign the documents Jesse asked me how I want the settings for my car. I have never experienced this before at another car dealership. We worked with Lisa Yodich, who was awesome! We were able to do everything on line and by email as we live in the mountains, a two hour & forty-five minute drive to Burlington. I originally went to the dealership to look at a 2021 Honda Passport; however, I wasnt totally sure that was the vehicle I wanted so I explored all SUV options with his assistance. He was very detailed, courtesy, knowledgeable about the features on the Honda SUVs, really patient and overall just a very laid back car salesman that is not pushy at all. A definitely plus in my book. He asked the right questions to see what was important for me and my family, asked additional questions and informed me on which SUV has what so that I could chose, no pressure, just good old fashion courteous salesman. Brought my car(Honda) here twice because my car would not start. Each time they said they fixed it and it was not fixed. I described what was happening with the car and they tried to say i needed some part called vs04 which they had to special order. I asked how much would this part cost, the technician said $1400. I took my car somewhere else and found out exactly what is was, the starter. The dealership had no idea what was wrong with my car. But they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. I will not take my car here ever again.

Sai & Kent were great. A huge help & I would highly recommend working with the both of them! Before putting a deposit on the car, I asked if it came with weather tech mats. I was working with the sales manager at the time & I was told it did not but he would give me his 50% off discount. To no surprise, after the purchase of the vehicle the manager did not hold up his end of the deal on this. Huge disappointment. Especially from someone who is supposed to be a leading example for his salesman.

It has been several weeks since purchasing my 2017 Toyota RAV4 and I am so thankful that I chose Flow Honda of Burlington. This was a great experience. I was dreading getting a new vehicle due to past experiences. But this time it was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Quinten. He did a great job listening to what I was looking for and finding me a vehicle that was a perfect fit. Service department is terrible, was constantly being charged after i was told my car was fixed the first time. 2nd time bringing my car back with the same issue that they had told me they had fixed the first time and still was charged 1k after paying 1.5k the first time.would recommend ppl to seek services else where if you want your car fixed the first time without paying outrageous prices
I was traveling home and had been driving 10 hours when I got a flat tire in Burlington. I went to Honda in Burlington to get a new tire (as i still had 2 hours left to drive) and they didn’t have the tire on my car at the store, so they gave me a new/used tire. I was told repeatedly that the tire was good and would last longer than the other 3 tires on my car. I traveled to my destination and didn’t even make it there before my tire pressure light came back on again. I took my car to discount tire when I arrived and they told me that there was a small hole in the side wall of the tire and needed to be replaced. Once I learned this information, I contacted Honda and asked for a refund for the tire I paid. They have refused to give me a refund and stated they “were just trying to get me out of there and back on the road.” I believe they knowingly gave me a tire that was not in good condition and took advantage of me- traveling alone and still not at my destination. It’s disappointing that I paid for a tire and labor at Honda and then ended up having to pay for another tire at a different place. When I called to discuss this, my concerns were dismissed. Attached is the photo of the tire at Discount Tire where I had it replaced. I will no longer use Honda as a service and will stick with Discount Tire as they were professional, kind and willing to help me while I was in a predicament.
Lisa was wonderful! She was kind, quick and willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions I had. It was a whirlwind decision I made to trade in our vehicle. She was prompt in getting me an estimate and started working on finding the availability on a vehicle I was interested. She was encouraging, honest and made my time feel valuable. I do not like going to car dealerships. My past experiences with Sales people ruined it for me a long time ago.I have never in my life been so impressed by a sales person as I was when I purchased my CRV. Lisa was one of the most patient people I have come across in a long time. She made me feel as if I were a friend, not just a sale. She explained to me the features with care and ease. She did not rush me into making a choice, or pressure me into buying. Flow has themselves a GEM. You do not meet people like her anymore let alone as a sales person. I came in to find out about a 2022 Honda Civic so I could trade in my current car. There was no one to great me at the reception desk. The workers were hesitant to come up to me. Once someone came to “help” me they seemed uninterested and were really no help. Might as well have just looked at the car online. If you are a POC might as well not even go here since they clearly don’t treat everyone with the same respect. I say this since all the other white customers were being helped and being shown cars and keys.
The Conclusion:* We got an excellent price combined with an exceptional car buying experience at Flow Honda of Burlington.* Burlington is an easy drive from Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill.* Dalton Hogue, Jassie Fath and Kiara Johnson are superb professionals.The Story:Summer of 2021 is a tough time to buy a car. We first went with Costco car buying program. Costco connected us with a local dealer. It was ok. Somewhat terse, but not rude. I called them. They complied with their Costco terms and gave me a clear price that was lower than MSRP. I was happy that my car shopping was done. However The surprise came when they calculated the OTD (out of the door) price. It was higher than MSRP+taxes/govt fees+ document fee that all dealers charge in NC (typically $600-$700)The reason for this was the Dealer installed packages. They said EVERY car they sell has this $1500 package that adds window tint, Nitrogen etc. The real value of this package in my opinion is less than $500, even if I presumably wanted it!Disappointed, I browsed the websites of a few area dealers and found the model I wanted listed on Flow Honda-Burlingtons website. I filled out the web form and received a call from Kiara in under an hour.Kiara was very helpful. I told her that the car they had listed does not have the color I want, she worked very hard to find one that was en route to their sister lot. She handed me to Dalton, the manager who was to get it.On his day off, he made it a point of texting me. Provided me a quote lower than the out of the door with Nitrogen package quote. He asked me if he should reserve the car. I told him to work with me on price a little bit but go ahead and reserve it. I asked if he wanted a deposit, but he said not to worry. He provided me with a window of 5 days when the car was expected.Luckily, the car arrived on the very first day of the stated window. Dalton called me as soon as the car was unloaded and sent Jesse to fetch it for me. He discounted the price further by a small but not insignificant amount. For the high demand car I was buying, his price was very very fair.The experience got even better from that point on. Jesse, a young man with a disarming smile and friendly demeanor took charge of our buying experience.He showed us the car quickly and asked us to work with Brian on the paperwork while he filled the car up.Brian, the finance manager was efficient and pleasant. An affable southern gentleman with folksy demeanor, he had all our paperwork ready. He explained every piece of paper we were signing and took our check. They accepted a straight up personal check. That saved me a trip to the bank for a cashiers check! He explained some extended warranty stuff as he is required to, but he was not pushy at all on any of it.After the signatures, we were back in Jesse s care and this was the pinnacle of the shopping experience. Jesse spent over an hour with us going over every feature and setting of the car. He was very knowledgeable and very committed. His level of commitment rivaled the kind that you find among teachers and librarians! He got every setting on the car personalized to our choice. He explained every button, every menu, made recommendations on settings when asked, answered every question, paired every phone we had with the infotainment system and the smile never left his face while he was doing all that.Folks, I have purchased new Mercedes and Acura before at much higher costs than this car. Those experiences were fine, but not one delivery was done with such care as this one! Jesse, you are the man!Kiara was in touch via text and ensured that the car buying went well.Another side observation; this dealership is very neat and clean, but it is not flashy. That means their expenses are lower, that probably means they can give you a break in price.If it was not for the short supply, I would not have looked at Burlington to buy a car, but I am glad I did. I hope you all give them a try too.

Typically, no one wants to deal with a car dealership and sales people because the prices are high and the sales person can be pushy. I was so happy to find that was NOT the case at all at Flow Honda of Burlington. Our sales person, Alex Shepherd, was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly and understanding. My husband and I took our VERY active toddler with us and the entire staff was understanding of that and what it entails. We love our 2016 Honda Odyssey and it is exactly what our little family needed and wanted. I cant say enough good things about Alex, Flow Honda, and our experience there. We will be back!

Took my car in for a recall. I explained to them the situation with the car and the history as far as I know. They kept my car for over a month to deny me for the recall repair. I purchased parts from them whenever I need special Honda parts and they always have it. Their parts department is awesome, service not so good!
Flow Honda of Burlington Service & Parts department are VERY unprofessional and were EXTREMELY unhelpful. Requesting information on Anti_theft codes for Radio after replacing a radio in a vehicle that had broken display. Wouldnt recommend anything to anyone.
Quinten Campbell was an amazing salesman and got me into my Honda pilot. I am very picky and with everything going on with my other car I did not come off as a very nice customer in the beginning and he still kept it professional and still went above and beyond to find what was right for me and what fit my specific situation. He was completely honest and never once pushed me to go with something I didnt want. Sure he asked me if there were any other interests but never tried to push for something else when we didnt find what I wanted the first time. He continued to search and he answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Quinten, there arent many good salesman left (in my personal experience) but he is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with!

I just purchased a new Honda Pilot at Flow Honda of Burlington. Josh Bellamy made my experience so easy from start to finish, I told him which Honda Pilot I wanted, one was due to arrive any day and as soon as it was taken off the truck he called me to come in and drive it. He didnt pressure me at all, he come in on his day off to close the deal and stayed late to go over every detail on my SUV before I left and then told me to contact him if i have any questions or need anything at anytime. Randy was also great and broke down pricing for everything didnt try to hide cost and worked with me to get me to the best price. Highly recommend Flow Honda and be sure to ask for Josh Bellamy.

Where to begin?!? When I inquired on the Flow Price the wait time was minimal. Shannon followed up and was amazing and made me excited about coming to a car dealership after having a less then desirable experience with 2 others, and that was just for online pricing.When we arrived Saturday the service department was friendly and courteous even before getting my name. Ethan was quick to greet us, asked a few questions and I was able to “kick the tires” of the car I was looking for in no time. Lisa did an amazing job as our sales woman! It was such a great experience having her take the time to show us the features of our new CRV. Purchased a SUV from Lisa Yodice, this was a great difference from what I am familiar with from the car sales world, she was very knowledgeable of the SUV I was looking for as well as the competition product I was comparing. I purchased a 2021 Ridgeline RTL-E from Flow Honda on Wednesday April 28th. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Honda vehicle. My salesperson, Sai Vang, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ridgeline I purchased. He was be of the main reasons I purchased from Flow Honda. He was engaging and really made the experience a pleasant one. The discount Flow Honda had on the Ridgeline was nice as well for a hard to find vehicle. If/when I need another Honda vehicle, I will come back to Flow Honda.
I had a wonderful experience buying a new 2020 CR-V at Flow Honda. The salesman, Tyler, was super helpful, friendly and respectful. He helped me get a great price on my new vehicle and a fair price for my trade-in, especially considering it is in need of a serious repair. We purchased a Honda Accord 2.0 Sport in October 2019 which my wife loves and our salesman was Josh Bellamy. We had such a great experience that we went to see him again since I was looking for a truck. We told he what we needed it for and what we were looking at (Ridgeline) and one came in on a trade the day before. We went to see Josh again 2 days later, took the Ridgeline for a drive and bought it. He is a great salesman because he listens to your needs and is a pleasure to talk to as well.

I had been putting off trading my car in because I absolutely hate going to dealerships! It’s hard to find a salesman that isn’t arrogant or pushy. After getting a call from Tami at Flow Honda in Burlington I decided to go see what Flow had to offer. I was completely blown away by the friendliness of the staff at Flow. I was greeted in the lot by RJ. I told him I had an appointment with the finance manager but he was already helping another customer so RJ helped me through my purchase. I have never met a salesman that didn’t make me feel pressured and actually took the time to interact with me on a personal level. Daniel helped me through the loan approval process and he is great as well. I thoroughly enjoy RJ and Daniels laid back but serious approach to helping me getting a car. They are super friendly and super helpful and definitely went above and beyond during my time at the dealership! Ask for RJ the next time you’re at Flow looking for a new car-you won’t be disappointed!

Had a lot of complicated issues with the aftermarket warranty denying coverage for repairs that should have been covered, which resulted in my car being at this dealership longer than it should have been. The service team at Flow were persistent in their communication with this warranty company that seemed to be playing dumb when it came to covering repairs they were contracted to be responsible for. Apparently, this is par for the course with aftermarket warranties so buyer beware. Alex was the young service representative that helped me through this madness, providing me with reliable courtesy cars and keeping me updated until the other parties involved got their act together, even amidst this Covid 19 pandemic which claimed the jobs of many of his service techs, resulting in a much larger caseload of repairs per staff he had available. We all need a good reliable vehicle to live and I think this company actually cares about providing that to their customers, even if providing that comes with complications out of their control.
Sales staff was very professional and made sure we got to check out every car we wanted. After we decided on the vehicle, we received a fair price and the met our requirements! They did things that we normally don’t get at other dealers. We recommend you check with Lisa Yodice as sales agent!

Exceptional customer service-----Weve now gotten 2 vehicles here, and couldnt be happier with the experience. If you are tired of the typical auto dealer experiences, give them a try. We live in Greensboro, but travel to Burlington to this dealership just for the nature of the experience.

I was in the market for a new CRV and had visited another Honda dealership earlier in the week. Having had an unsatisfactory experience with the first dealership, I called Flow Honda and spoke to the sales manager about a CRV. She provided a thorough review of the CRV EXL, expressing great knowledge of the car and a friendly, warm approach.
