I would absolutely buy another car from this family! They were not pushy, they just told us the facts and let us make our own decision. After our first test drive we let them know the car was pulling. They had it fixed the next day and we test drove again and bought it! Mother and daughter were so helpful and answered all of our questions with no pressure! Their prices met kbb fair pricing guidelines while other dealers prices were always at the top of the scale. I HIGHLY recommend buying from this family!

I purchased a Toyota Tundra from them. I am very happy with it and them. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. I am a mechanic and I thoroughly reviewed the truck before buying it, and I could see that they had done all of the work they claimed, using good quality parts and did it correctly. When I found a previously unknown issue, they jumped on it immediately, corrected it promptly, and apologized several times. I came from 4 hours away to buy it, and they worked hard to ensure I could get back home safely and in a reasonable time, even opening early to help get the paperwork done. I will gladly do business with them again.

If you want a CLEAN car with low mileage that is reasonably priced, then this dealership is for you! They provided EXCELLENT customer service, and there was no price haggling because their prices were already lower than at the larger dealerships for similar cars. We live in VA and were on our way to see another car at a big dealership and stopped there on the way. We are so glad we did, as we were able to find a very nice Ford Escape for thousands less than the one we were heading to see. Here was my experience......They first lied about how long the car was on the lot...told me 2 months and I found it was originally listed a year ago. The only salesperson there didnt really know much about the car which was odd considering there were only six vehicles on the lot. They had it listed as excellent condition which was far from truth. Said tires were good over the phone but the fronts were almost down to the wear bars. Tried to sell me on the fact that it had a tune up but didnt know what was even done. NEVER met a dealer that was so unmotivated and ignorant. They werent mean people, just incompetent.
