I was able to get a nice deal for myself and also upgrade my phone!Really nice customer service, a young man helped me. Evan? Something with an E. I just called this location after calling maybe 4 other locations. This one customer service representative, whos name is Melissa, saw how much I wanted the Pixel 6 and took an extra step by telling me she would inform me if anything came into the store, and that really made me say, You know what, thanks. That made me happy and hopeful.

We went to the Alamance Crossing store in Burlington our sales person was Jon. He waited on us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very friendly and very attentive he also solved all of our issues. Made getting a phone and getting them set up a pleasant experience.

UPDATE - 7/24/21: After being on the phone with AT&T for 52 minutes, found out the store never submitted a ticket, for their issue of loosing our trade ins, despite being told this repeatedly. Took slightly over 6 months, repeated visits, being lied to, and someone willing to help at AT&T Customer Service to fix the issue. DEFINETLY dont go here if you want to not be lied to and told something to get you out of their store.Original Post:While everyone is polite and the sales person tried to save us money on the plans, they can’t get anything right here with trade ins. We turned in our phones for the credit and still have the receipt with confirmation. Main AT&T have NO record of it and after months of back and forth, figured out they applied our credits to a random person. You’d think it would be an easy fix but nope. Each month we get told, “It’ll be on your next bill,” but after several months, we’re still being charged full price and have had our old phones stolen from us. Next step is BBB complaint and possibly arbitration because of this insanity.Think twice before going here, unless you enjoy struggling and are willing to fight for a long time.

Experience was truly bad and I feel your associate not only lied but took advantage of me and my wife!I ended up with 3 phones and 1 of them not working for last 4months.We had direct TV and that along with phones had continued problems of overselling and phones not working. Went to store time and again to only be lied to and same problems to happen over and over.Your company has lied and cost my family money and gas and time coming repeatedly to your store only to be lied to and taken advantage by your associate adam.I plan to go to another service unless you fix and reimburse me for all the problems I have had!

We have always had wonderful customer at this location. We have been coming to this store for 10 plus years. The manager Jason King is wonderful! He has helped myself and my children on numerous occasions. Whenever we walk in he always greets us with a smile, remembering our names and makes sure we leave happy! I know my children have been in there multiple times with questions about their phones, Apple watches and computers. He is very patient and always very kind. He is the reason we will always come back to this location. We have moved 30 minutes away ...we still travel to this location because of Jason and his wonderful customer service. He always has our best interests at heart! He is a wonderful asset to your company...#1 reason why we stay with AT&T!

I have to give accolades to Mr Jordan Moorehead, for helping me solve what I was beginning to believe a unsolvable situation regarding accessing a Apple ID for our iPhone. After a brief exchange of sharing my issue & without having a immediate response other than calling Apple,Jordan did what a lot of professionals do well, he asked me a question. That question was basically, do you use FaceTime to call this person? Yes being my response as I looked at the contact to discover the magic Apple ID we searched & searched for only to find I had it on me all along.Thanks Jordan!! Keep up the good work!!

This rating is only given because of an ATT representative ... ADAM...The manager .. could have cared less, I actually asked and. Pointed for Adam to take care of me .. (he was available) the manager told Adam to take the next person and told a young lady to see me .. When I walked over where she was, she sat down and never said take a seat, pull up a chair ... nothing .. I’m standing at the table .. .. I asked should I stand there she said NO. Sit back there ! I told her. I ordered my phone on line because I couldn’t reach them at the store and customer service cut in .. she said Wait a minute .., looked on line and said I had to agree to terms and policy’s then they would send my phone .. it’s been two weeks.. they took my money, I got no message to do so .. she told me that I could change my phone over .. I said I don’t think so ! She went on line signed it ..My phone came 2 days later .. I took it to ADAM .. he was so nice.. helped me to put things together.. of which I appreciated .. Never did I get a phone call, a text, nothing for a How are you doing with your new phone ? That manager leaves a lot to be desired .. ive had businesses all my life .. never have I treated customers like they weren’t my bread and butter .. What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? If you can’t handle the job get the —- out ! Not everyone understands computers! Especially Senior citizens!! Wake up and smell the roses! You could take some lessons from your store reps. I visited the Burlington, NC store on Saturday 12/26/2020 in order to add a Galaxy Watch I had purchased for my wife through Samsung to replace a watch that is on my plan that is no longer in use. After speaking with the representative I was told I was good to go and I just needed to set up number sync and that was it. I attempted to set it up in the parking lot in my car and I noticed the new device showed an Apple iPad, which I have never owned, and the old line was also still attached. I went back into the store to figure out what exactly happened and as the representative was working on it another employee asked him what he was working on and the response given was something to the effect of trying to get a device activated. I informed this other employee that the situation was that my plan showed a wrong device and a device that was supposed to be removed but did not show the new watch. This other employee looked at me and said I wasnt talking to you I was talking to him I immediately responded with Im sorry what did you just say?. He repeated it and I told them both to give me my watch and Ill be going to another store because that is beyond unacceptable behavior. After calming myself down I decided to go in the store and asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise the rude employee was indeed the manager by the name of Jason. I flat out asked him if it was common practice to speak with customers the way he spoke to me to which he told me that there was nothing wrong with how he spoke to me and said he would say it again and to any customer. When I told him to get me the district managers number, because clearly he wasnt willing to so much as apologize to me or even try to put me at ease, he laughed and said sure and as he was walking away I said something to the effect of I will be sure to let the DM know how the managers at this location treat their customers and he just threw his thumb in the air as he walked away from me. And then when my wife told him how he was speaking to me was extremely disrespectful he said Tell me how exactly how was I speaking to him. And as she was responding with pretty much what I had said to him he just laughed. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer as I did then. I have had numerous issues with this store in the past 2 years but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a face to face customer service representative and especially by a manager from any company. Chris the manager at the Friendly Center location in Greensboro was very quick to get me in after hearing about this and set me up with JC to get my issue resolved. That will be my new go to location even with it being twice as far away from me.

After my phone stopped receiving calls I never even realized it for several days in which time I missed several very important calls!! Im currently job hunting and this was catastrophic to my goal!! However the agent that helped me was knowledgeable, courteous and tried his best. In not this exact order he, changed my sim card, did a factory data reset, tried my sim in a different phone, updated my account! This was what has me more upset than anything, after his manager informed me that updating the account would actually save me 5 or 10$ on my monthly bill it actually jacked my bill up 40$ more than what it was!! I refuse to pay this be bill, I just discovered this, I never checked because I believed what I was told! After getting a new account email from at&t I found out that my first payment under this plan was actually charging me even more! Im not a new user, I didnt willfully change my plan!! I didnt even think they shouldve messed with my plan but I was assured it would lower the monthly payment!! Ive had the same plan since 2017 and they said it was outdated and the new plan would be cheaper!! Something has to be done!! Most certainly has to be corrected!! Eventually I was told to wait on a call from Pro tech support and that call resulted in resolving the issue, which was (call protect) that I had disabled because it kept sending me emails that I complained about a year ago before I disabled it. Not sure how a disabled app can effect an account but the Protech support agent said the call protect app was blocking calls from unverified numbers to my phone, which was basically 95% of my calls! Im glad my phone is back on even though I blew several job prospects but the billing issue will have to be resolved!

Came here to get my phone unlocked since it was completely paid for & I was having trouble getting someone with customer service. They “tried” but didn’t do anything helpful. They actually deactivated my data somehow & I had to call customer service again. Meaning I was on hold for hours, & my phone continues to be locked. Will never use them again. I’ll just pay my phone in full next time completely unlocked.

Just like last time and time be4 that out of luck. I think they make these smart phones to last exactly up till warranty ends and boom they out! We have been loyal to AT&T for 12 years and anytime we ever had a problem AT&T has never been able to help us. The manager is completely incompetent and just refers things off to other departments.AT&T technical support is not helpful either. Terrible service all the way around. We paid a lot of money to get away from AT&T and it was all worth it!Any other company would be willing to help in some way but they have no accountability.I would love to have the type of career where I didnt have to help anybody and got paid to be a manager.

Horrible service.! We were never greeted in the store. The store employees looked at us like we didnt belong. While we waited patiently for an employee to speak and allow us to checkout with our item, they continued to help customers who entered the store after us without acknowledging our presence. If we didnt need our item we would of surely left the store. It is completely okay to be busy but at least speak to your customers and let them know someone will be with them shortly.I will never be back to this location.

Definitely would not do AT&T again. Been with them for 1 1/2 months and they sure leave out a lot of information when you sign up. Forgot to tell you that there activation fees included in your first bill and that none of the discounts you qualify do not kick in for months(just a money making gimmick). Also have you sign up for auto pay but forget to mention that this does not kick in for 6 weeks and if you dont go in and make a payment they will turn your service off. You also dont get anything that tells you to go make that payment. If I had it to do over again I would just have stayed with Sprint and they are terrible also so you have to choose the lesser of the evils I guess.

The guy that helped me cut off my wife phone not mine I was the one getting a new phone so I had to get a new sims card .and toke her phone to get the sims card put in and the guy broke the phone and he said oh well you can take it to a place that fixes phones .so I did the guy at the phone fixing place got the sims card out but it bent the pins in the phone .the guy didnt change anything..so we had to get a new phone that we had to use the insurance to get it .the manager at the att store said he would pay for .we will be goin back to see it he pays.. it was a mass it all started because the guy cut the wrong phone off ...

My husband and I wanted to see about upgrading our phones. I was told by an AT&T rep when I called customer service that I could get an early upgrade but would need to do it at the AT&T store. The young man at the store told us we were still under contract, which is fine, and I could get an early upgrade on 9/5/15 using the NEXT plan. This was fine but I had previously chatted online with an AT&T rep on 8/27 who told me I could not upgrade till 2016; this morning 8/28 I talked to a rep on the phone who said I could upgrade at the store; this morning again at the store the young man said I could not upgrade till 9/5.At that point he proceeds to tell me and my husband we could change all of our services to get the upgrade. When we werent interested he said we could go home and pray about it. I am a Christian and I pray a lot and I dont appreciate this young man telling me in a very condescending way to go home and pray about something so trivial as a phone. First, I would like to have the TRUTH about my options and second my contract runs out soon and I will look for a new carrier which I relayed to the young man at the store. AT&T customer service failed once more for me.

Terrible service, the people working there acted as if they didn’t see me. Vary lazy and not willing to help. I went in with my phone disabled, they told me they couldn’t do anything I had to buy a new phone just because I didnt know the password to Apple ID. I removed my SIM card and put it into a previous phone, then I was able to change my apple password though my phone number. How hard is that at&t? Pitiful and plan on switching to Verizon shortly

We have normally had good service from AT&T/Bellsouth, HOWEVER, we have not had land-line phone service since Wednesday 28 August 2013 and it is now Labor Day, Monday, 02 September 2013. There is no dial-tone but there seems to be an open line somewhere. In other words, its like someone is there but not speaking. The strange thing is that we have our DSL internet. Also, whenever someone tries to call us, our phone rings and the caller ID shows who is calling but, we are unable to answer. When we hang-up, the phone continues to ring until whoever is calling gives up and hangs-up. We have AT&T /Bellsouth cell phones, however, we have never been able to use them at our house because there is NO signal where we live! As soon as our cell contract is up, we will be looking for a service that DOES work at our address.UPDATE 09-05-13 We finally have our home land-line service restored after 8-days. However, the internet speed seems slower than prior to the outage.
